@karine we currently have an elliptical but I think bikes take up way less space. You may be able to find room for one somewhere.

Joining in - I need to keep my motivation going. This week and last, I walked 4x before work. I am for 40-50 minutes each time. Feeling a little discouraged the scale isn't moving but I know it's part of the process. I'm so jealous of Peleton owners! I wish we had space for a piece of cardio equipment. I used to have an elliptical but had to give it up when we converted our loft into my home office. I have never ridden a peloton, but I just got the ic4 which works with the app and is amazing (except for the seat). I got it at Dicks online so I used Ebates and a 10% coupon so it was pretty adorable. It s whisper quiet, came with the SPD clips and weights too. It is super compact, my husband was stunned at how compact it is. Might be something to look into. Oh thanks, I will check it out!

FRIDAY: I made it! I did my aerobics this morning and walked this evening.
Welcome to all of you that joined us mid week or even today. Thanks to all of you for participating.
Congrats to all of us for reaching or even trying to make our goals. I am feeling better and I hope you are, too. So glad I am taking better care of my mind and body. Like Elle Woods of Legally Blonde said, "WE DID IT!" 😆
I want to continue "Exercise With Me" so I will start a new thread for Monday. I will link the new thread here on Sunday night.
Are ya with me???

I'm with ya kellyr21! Today I'm helping my son move. I'm going to count that as my 30 minutes of movement. I've already moved cabinets and couches out to the driveway. Waiting for his friend to show up with the truck. Bonus: He's taking two old couches, a bed, an old kitchen table, and 4 old cabinets out of my house! My basement and attic are getting cleared out. I really wanted to replace that double bed with a queen, so it's a win for me!

Hit my goal today of 5 bike rides for the week. I’ve also done 3 times on the elliptical and twice on the treadmill.

Just finished 40 minutes, super proud of myself and everyone else for all our hard work!
I am totally in for next week and the week after! How long do they say it takes to make things routine? That is what I want. I want riding my bike to become part of my daily routine. I already feel better after only 4 days, I just want to keep this up and this thread is a great way to inspire me to do just that.
Thanks for starting this thread and thanks for everyone for sharing your stories!

I went to the gym for five group exercise sessions, and did a walk Friday night before the rain. I did it too! Hooray!

I'm 3.5 weeks post surgery and walked 3 miles this morning before the heat became too stifling. Think I'm ready to start calling it exercise again instead of recovery and get back into my pre-surgery walking/yoga routine.

I’m exhausted We did our tunnel dog run today. My boy and I are both pooped! We are both carrying a little extra weight, me more than him! We had 62 exercise minutes for our run Now I’m laying on my massage pad to help relax my back. Great week everyone

I've walked at least 3 miles a day this past week. Today and yesterday 4 miles. I exercise on my Pilates machine daily for my bad knees.
ETA: My total today was 5.7 miles walking.

I did a 20 minute bike ride today, it was shorter then I did the last two but more difficult, so I am calling it even. Just glad I got on, because today I wasn’t as inspired as the other mornings. Thank you little white cat who decided he wanted his weekend breakfast served at the same time as weekday breakfast; 5:30 am!!!! and loudly made his request known.
