Thank you for sharing so that all of his RefuPea Aunties can also be proud of him—and of you!
Parenting is hard work. It seems like we are always willing to take the blame when our kids aren’t doing so well but are hesitant to take any credit when they do well. Granted, we don’t totally control our kids and he should be totally proud of himself, but it’s ok for you to be proud and say “that’s MY son!”
