It doesn’t look right on my iPad when I open it in Pages. But I think I can easily tweak it to make it work. All of the typing has been done and I don’t have to look back and forth constantly with street numbers, name spelling, or anything. I think it will be easy enough to make it work with the minimum amount of effort. I find that this happens a lot when changing between Word and Pages, or between different printers. I spent a lot of years in publishing with the typing pool being horrible about proper formatting, so I’m used to making it work from one computer to another. (I was known as Murphy Brown, firing more than one temp before noon!) I don’t think it will be too hard to fix. Did you get it okay? I can send a PDF version if you PM me your email address. I am DELIGHTED to report that once I switched to the Mac, it all printed perfectly! Thank you so much, gemini_jen ! You are awesome and this saves us all so much work!

BTW, I meant to mention, thanks for whoever recommended ordering postage online. I got mine last week, super fast. Maybe about a week from the time ordered to the time I received them. That was great, then I didn't have to go into the post office. I didn't get to make any cards this weekend, but I hope to get at least 10 made so I can get the International ones sent off this week. Gives them plenty of time to get where they're going. The ones for the US, I'll hope to have done by Thanksgiving at the latest, but right after if nothing else. Oh good. I ordered a few weeks ago and it took a while, I'm guessing 2-3 weeks. I just placed a second order this morning so hopefully they'll arrive a little sooner. I'm going to hold off mailing any cards until December, so I have plenty of time even if they're slow again this time around. The stamps I ordered last week arrived today. I ordered 3 different books of US stamps and a sheet of international. I cant believe it arrived ina 12x14 inch pouch.

Umm, I might have put my tree up, and I'm not even sorry about it! 🤣 I know have 4 people in my FB news feed who have put up their trees! My 16 year old then said we should too. Now I just have to get my husband to finish putting in the new sink for the second bathroom because the crap is in my tree spot.

gemini_jen, if you have a few mins and don’t mind, would it be possible to pull the original list with all of the information (including holidays celebrated) into an excel file? I’m going to hand write the addresses and this way I could color the rows as I go. Please don’t go to any trouble if it’s not an easy thing to do. thanks! Melody

I’ll email it over - I actually sorted by country / holiday / pea name.

Right, let me just check...I'm sending my cards to MichyM for her to post for me, and they need to be rectangles, not squares, otherwise they cost more. Is that right? What about long narrow rectangles?

What about long narrow rectangles? This is what I found on the USPS website: To be eligible for mailing at the price for letters, a piece must be: Rectangular. At least 3-1/2 inches (8.5cm) high x 5 inches (12.5 cm) long x 0.007 inch (.018 cm) thick. No more than 6-1/8 inches (15.5 cm) high x 11-1/2 inches (29.2 cm) long x 1/4 inch (.6 cm) thick. My words: it must be 1 oz (28 grams) or less in weight to mail at this price. It looks like it’s an additional $0.15 to mail up to 2 oz (56 grams).

I'm so happy. Other than writing a note in the holiday cards and putting them in the envelopes, they are completed and they are SO cute (very clean and modern, my style)! lucyg sent me a die cut machine a few months ago because I had found a die that I really, really, REALLY wanted to use...thank you SO MUCH girl! I can't wait to find a new die to use for next year's design. I've never had a die cut machine before. I can see how it could become a serious addiction I don't paper craft any more (it's been probably 12-15 years since I scrapbooked), and haven't participated in the card exchange since 2017, so I'd forgotten how much I enjoy creating with paper...other than the hundreds of little pieces of excess paper that is! I love that I get so much joy out of participating in the exchange and am really happy that so many of us were interested in this second one! Now, to sit on these another month before sending....I'm not known to be the most patient person.

Today the overseas cards were sent along with some for the USA.😁
When you get my card, you can cut the ribbon or slip it off the card. The ribbon is there to keep the card as flat as possible for delivery.

Ok guys, feel free to take me off your list. As I mentioned earlier, I am mid move and busy with all that sh!t. Then I caught my bare foot and garage stair (stupid, I know but I'm new here.). Anyway after 10 days or more it was feeling good today. Hardly any limp. Had son bring a bunch of boxes in from garage to unpack. Then decide to take dog out for a break before digging in. His name is Toby. Following is text to friend....
So today was first day my foot was better to walk. I had (DS) bring in more boxes from the garage to unpack. Then I took Toby out front to take a pee had my hand on his harness as we're going down the last stair two squirrel-sized dogs go by Toby does a bucking bronco turn around and guess what? I am on last step, stepping down and am slammed forward and down to the ground. now I have a broken clavicle. I am not meant to unpack. 2020 can suck it.
So, since I can't move my right arm for long time, please forgive me if you get no card from me.
And yeah, let's fast forward to 2021. Now if not sooner.
I guess I shouldn't complain, first trauma involving accident and broken bones.

I still received lots of cards! It was so tearfully welcomed. My kids were amazed by the act of kindness from so many! I hope you get better quick.
