jjpeapea it was a border I cut with my cameo that I cut apart into smaller sections. Oops, I have been having a lot of fun with my Cricut Explore these days and you inspired me to search Etsy for "bicycle gear SVG". Then I found construction trucks that might be good for a birthday card for a 3 year old boy. This might be damaging to my wallet....

Will be looking at those pages more closely on Flickr, gramma. It was good to play with you this weekend. And I see you are not the only one being a successful Silhouette pusher. Looks like schroema has jjpeapea heading down that rabbit hole...

I think this border was titled “steampunk cog” lol which is not what I was looking for, but it gives you another search term.

Never, have I ever, completed our Christmas cards in January! Thanks to this challenge this is something I can check off my to do list. Nothing fancy just used scraps of Christmas papers and a stamp here and there. Talk about being organised!! I am super impressed. And your cards are really lovely.

This is my Project Life 2021 Week 2 layout. Ready To go Pocket Page Template by Just Jaimee. One of the journal cards was a list to write resolutions on, but I've decided not to make any resolutions this year - it's too depressing when I don't meet any of them haha! Instead I made a list of "Things to be excited about in 2021."

jjpeapea those tractors are adorable! coloradocropper nice cards! Good idea to work on Christmas cards now; I always say I’ll do them in November and then never do and send out store bought cards instead. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that!) Unexpected snow day yesterday so I was able to do one layout plus have another started. First day of fifth grade by Schroema, on Flickr

Love the Three-rific card, jjpeapea ! So bright and colourful, and I know he will love it! And coloradocropper your Christmas cards are beautiful. I love all the elegantly simple designs using those pretty papers. Makes me want to get out my circle dies and play with my Christmas scrappy supplies, but I really need to show them the way to their corner cupboard... I will check out your fifth grade page on Flickr, schroema . Glad you got good use out of a snow day.
And there is love in the Gallery for your glorious PL pages, AussieMeg. Busy, happy time! What are you going to do for the rest of the year to live up to THIS???

gramma I enjoyed your weekend hangout pages. The Pumpkin Patch page sets such a scene. It made me think of those crazy Heckle and Jeckle cartoons with the crows. grammadee I can't believe your Christmas online pj party is scraps. The colors are so great to highlight your photos. Years from now you will look back and remember how you found joy even though a pandemic kept you apart. coloradoscrapper those cards are so lovely. You're so far ahead for next December! AussieMeg I like the positivity of things to look forward to and I love how you used the template. I keep forgetting that it is summer for you! Hope it is an enjoyable one. schroema, cute 5th grade page (your kids are so cute). I was a teacher up until June 2019 and then a substitute until March 2020. Well, our school district is having a day off for an ice storm and I just really miss that delightful feeling of a surprise day off. Even though all my days are off. Does your cameo software make it super easy to do the offset outline on the title "5th Grade"? Cricut software does not do that. I had to learn inkscape to get offsets done.

Maybe I'll get busy too. schroema , AussieMeg, and gramma & grammadee , I left love in the gallery. Here's one I worked on during Sat. Online crop. Little Artist

January is always fun and interesting, then my life gets progressively more boring. By the time April comes, all you'll be seeing is football games and dog walks. Mind you, if the football season is like last year, you won't even see that!

Never, have I ever, completed our Christmas cards in January! Thanks to this challenge this is something I can check off my to do list. Nothing fancy just used scraps of Christmas papers and a stamp here and there. Me either! But here are mine!
All from scraps from layouts I made at the end of 2017 with a Quick Quotes collection called Holly Jolly. It had a bunch of cut aparts and I used the January sheetload for the sketch, without the layers. All the edges are chalk inked though to add some dimension.
And since I had the collection out and wanted to do this layout:
Completed in triplicate one for each kiddos book. That's 27 tiny ornaments with wire hangers y'all!
Now to think about other things . . . or maybe make just a few more Christmas cards from the rest of the cut aparts that might be duplicates of what I did for Quick Quotes when I was on their design team, they were great the first time, so why not the second?

I’m a preschool aide and while I enjoy working with the kids, it’s great to have a surprise day off! I just got my cameo for Christmas so I’m still learning. The 5th grade title was cut from a piece of patterned paper, not from my cameo.

I love your planner pages, hop2 ! Like AussieMeg , you really know how to make a grid work for YOU! Here are a couple of fairly simple pages I finally put together this morning. Had the photos and cs in an envelope for a couple of weeks, even had the copper photo frames cut. Finally got to printing the title, doing the rest of the cutting & the gluing now.
POINTS: two pages created & shared (4), R-3 twelve photos for Donna challenge (12), T-3 diecutting on each page (2), W/T-1 "new" (1), N/S-3 giant diecut circles (2), O-4 pic's of people enjoying the game on each page (10). Total: 31.

Oh boy, I'm behind on checking out everyone's posts but everything I just scrolled through looks amazing! And a good reminder to start on my Christmas cards for the 12 card challenge. I made a couple of cards yesterday. I was experimenting with a puzzle die that I just *had* to have, which I haven't used at all. I wondered how it would work with a patterned paper so I chopped one of Shimelle's AC boxed cards up and used the back piece - the yellow dot - as the background and the dandelion front for the puzzle. It came out pretty well for an experiment. Jan share by jo.blackford, on Flickr This card is for my shop, a quick Valen-lime that took me forever to make. I have another one that I'm totally stuck on. I tried out the scrapbook dot com smooth cardstock with an embossing folder that doesn't work as well as I would like. The lightweight cs worked quite well and the color was a great match for the Doodlebug limes. Jan share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

hop2, I am so impressed with your organization and the color scheme you have used. What a wonderful documentation of daily life. You have such determination. I would be ok for a week or 2 and then I'm afraid it would slide away. Beautiful job. I left love for all those posted in the gallery.
