Happy February! Looking forward to a crafty month here at 2Peas!
Please share your February creations here. If you are playing along with 28-4-28, we are asking you to share in those challenge threads, but it is also perfectly okay to share again here.
If you are not taking on any of the challenges, that's okay, too. We would still love to see your scrappy goodness.
And, don't forget to share the love! Comments on shared creations are always welcome.
What are you planning to create this month?
Valentines? I will make one for my dh, but we don't go crazy after over 50 years.
Other cards? I need to create at least a few bd cards this month, and one of them needs to be built by Saturday...
Pages? I know I need to put together four sample pages for my 28-4-28 challenges, and I hope to get some good photos from the kids to use for our 2021 February calendar page.
According to the famous movie line "If you build it, they will come", so now this thread is built, I am hoping that this is the case for this thread and it will still be filling up with your creativity!

I have been working on this layout for several days. The horse paper came from Down on the Farm and the rest of paper didn't match it well, so I had to find some additional paper. Then I found I didn't have the right pictures. Then I tried to use my Silhouette with my new laptop and they were having some communication issues. Got that to work and my blade decide it was no longer was cutting, so I had to find a new blade. It had been so long since I replaced it, I thought the Cricut blade I had was the right one. Way more problem solving than scrapping. We live about an hour from an old mining town in the mountains. During the summer, these donkeys have free roam of the little gambling town and we always hunt them down for pets, treats, and pictures. In the winter, they head to a winter pen where they come and greet you (and check your pockets). Love how friendly they are.

I have been on a craft supply shopping spree. I just ordered Simple Stories new collection, Vintage Cottage and a few other things from Scrapbook dot com. Then, I used my gift card at Michael's dot com and got distress inks and gelli plate. I can't wait to play with all these goodies. gramma- What cute cards! Great job!

This LO is for the 28-4-28 Day 2 Recipe challenge. As I mentioned on that thread, I wish I was talented enough to have created this, but it's a template, so all the hard work was done for me. All I had to do was add some paper and photos and re-arrange some elements. Layerworks 1297 template by Tracey Thomson / Katie Pertiet Design. It also covers kitbop's Old Photos / Bad Photos challenge.

950nancy, what a wonderful horsey page! I love the circular pp element, and the "banner" cuts that hang under the photos and unite the 2 pages. Your die cuts are so charming! I love the "tilt" to the heads that makes them look like they are observing your photos.

My sheetload for February PLUS 5 more cards that I made from the scraps of the printed paper. I ended up using scraps from 4 colors of cardstock. Even though the designer usually uses 8.5" x 11" cardstock I do not have a large stash of multiple sheets of the same color. My stash is in 12" x 12" . . . I am determined to use ONLY what I have and resist the urge to purchase . . . repeat after me "I am frozen this month!"
I used ancient Provo Craft Slab II patterned papers, Technique Tuesday Large Birthday sentiments (all but 1 on the sheet), Memento Luxe Olive Grove ink, Lawn Cuts Everyday Sentiment Banners, WR Memory Keepers corner rounder 7mm, Sizzix Crackle embossing folder, and eventually 4 colors of scrap cardstock. My goal was to use every teeny tiny scrap of patterned paper. Mission accomplished!
