I know I am preaching to the choir, but I don’t understand how Donald’s legal team can say the impeachment is unconstitutional because he is no longer President. He was President when they impeached him, it doesn’t suddenly go away because he is no longer President. If someone is charged with underage drinking when they are 20 but turn 21 before they appear before a judge the charge isn’t dropped. Not that I know from personal experience or anything.
