I didn't see a thread about FJ so I wanted to start one to chat about them. I love Felicity Jane. I don't subscribe but pick up a few things every month. Today I went to put in an album to my cart. I already had 2 sticker packs and some journal cards. Shipping came to $23.88!! And I'm in the US. So I dropped everything and just kept the album but it was still over $14. Is shipping really getting that expensive now?
Anyone who has a sub, if you added an album, does your shipping rate skyrocket? I thought they bundled shipping if you added more stuff.
Besides my shipping gripe, I absolutely adore everything they produce!

I bought albums in the past and shipping was close to what is expected. The rates went up again at the end of January so maybe that’s why it’s so expensive. Like you, I love their products but usually buy when they have sales or once in 4-5 months to make up for shipping charges charged even on small orders. |

It looks like they cut on TN this year. The release seems so small. I hope they weather the storm and stay in business as I love their papers, they are just perfect for layout backgrounds.

I subscribe -- and if you ship with your kit, you can get your albums shipped for free. But yes, it costs about $14 to mail a priority box big enough to hold an album.

It looks like they cut on TN this year. The release seems so small. I hope they weather the storm and stay in business as I love their papers, they are just perfect for layout backgrounds. They just had a 50% off TN sale. I hope it isn't because they aren't doing well! |

I love my FJ kits. I enjoy how everything coordinates. I can use a kit, then put the leftovers with all my previous leftovers and they work.

They hadn’t really been on my radar, but I just pulled up their designs and they are lovely. I love the rich red they used for Christmas. I may need to branch out a bit. I’ve been so SC focused in the past.
The feminine feel may be difficult to use in a house full of boys, but I’d be willing to give it a shot because there seem to be plenty of neutrals to balance things out.

There is not a huge amount of paper, just the right amount in my opinion, with awesome double sided cardstock to match.
There are a lot of embellishments!

The feminine feel may be difficult to use in a house full of boys, but I’d be willing to give it a shot because there seem to be plenty of neutrals to balance things out. I have made many pages for the males in my life with their kits. They often use muted mustard, dark blues and greens. And if you use the B side it's a nice black and white pattern. I wish their DT would showcase more masculine layouts because it's definitely possible with their kits. |

I tried ordering during her December sale and nothing I was buying was bigger then 5x7 and shipping was almost 20.00for about 11 things. Just stickers, vellum envelopes, and die cuts. I live on the west coast, it was ridiculous.

I know in one of the threads we talked about FJ expensive bow clips. I decided to buy one at 50% off to see it in person. I subscribe to Cocoa Daisy and they have bow clips once in a while and they are very cute but much cheaper.

I went amd made a pretty decent sized cart with a planner binder and the shipping was only $11. So maybe she’s changed her shipping contracts. Anyways, I’m not ordering because I don’t need anything.

I've ordered albums from FJ before and have not had a shipping cost that high. I just ordered $140 worth of goodies in their 50% off sale (today only), and my shipping was only $11. |

I put some bits and pieces in my cart from the sale today. Total was $36. Shipping was $29. I’m international, so shipping can be high, but this was just embellishments. I can order 2 albums, several packets of page protectors and embellishments from Citrus Twist and shipping is $16.50.
I didn’t proceed....

I do love their kits. I’ve picked up a couple on sale and they do include a lot of nice embellishments. Their shipping is high compared to other companies I’ve ordered from so i usually just shop during sales.
One thing I don’t like is trying to maneuver through their website. Kits aren’t listed in date order so it’s difficult to see what’s new.

Name your kit spring time folic and I’m likely to look and maybe buy. Name your kit Kate amd I have no idea what you’re selling me and I’m not going to dig through each name to find something. |
