I love FJ's aesthetic. However I no longer support her poor business practices. I get it's her "right" to name her collections whatever illogical name she wants and release her Dec Daily collection *WELL AFTER* everybody else, but it doesn't work for me. I have plenty of other choices and choose to support those instead. I really wish she would hear some feedback (I mean hellobeggyhigginsroundedcorners. Is this the hill you really want to die on?) because I subscribed for a long time and I didn't make my decision not to support her lightly.

At some point, you’re being willfully ignorant of listening to your customers needs. It’s probably easy for subscribers to find the stuff they want because they already see new releases each month. But to get new people in would be difficult because we don’t know what the hell the names mean. |

I get grumpy with the names because my name hasn't been chosen, lol. Yes, I know it's stupid and I own that. But add me to the list where I never know if it's new or not.

Yes!!! Listing by the girls names in alphabetical order is such a dumb move. I agree with you. I've often thought about how I would put it in order if I was in charge but I can't find a solution. How do you think they should arrange it? I think if she simply states Harper (October 2019) or Krystal (Jan2021) it would be much better and maybe sort them by date of release vs alphabetically. I hate that some dolls are not deleted so they are multiplying. I would say if you have only 3-4 items in the collection left, move those items to appropriate general categories which she has and delete those images. It would be good if she only has 12 dolls or so at any given time. |

I agree that FJ is deaf to customer feedback and it was discussed before. Such a turn off. December release is one of those but she is very principal and would not do it earlier to please the crowd who does December Daily. Neither she makes her kits more DD oriented with more cards and embellishments and 6x8 papers even if she sells good quality albums. I think she does not want to grow because otherwise iI am not sure why she does not take the opportunity that is there. |

I think make December release in September or Oct together with a regular fall release. People would be happy to buy items from essentially two releases to save on shipping and take time off later in the year. Her release is one of the last ones to be revealed and shipped and by then many people are already stocked up on other companies’ offerings. Many of us buy her items for the next year or what what it’s intended by her: layouts but if she at least sneaks it earlier like KP does, throwing us some bone to wait, it would make a huge difference. On the other hand, maybe it’s more complicated than we think. Ali was already planning and designing this year DD a few months back and she has a whole design team and bigger company but FJ might not do it in advance and that’s why it’s not possible for her to do what we ask. I wish she would come out and explain it to us so we do not talk about it.

I agree with the FJ website being garbage. I learned a while ago to just shop the "add ons" category. It seems to have everything in it except for the full kits. I like the products but stopped subscribing a few years ago (I sub with HKC now). I always threw the dolls away.  |

I always threw the dolls away. I always did too until I mentioned that to a scrappy friend who said she would love them. So now I need to post her an envelope full of girls. I agree that her website is not great. I'd be fine with the girl naming thing if you could also sort by date of release, but as a sale only shopper I hate playing the guessing game of "have I already bought this girl". |

I hate the girl/doll/kit names as well. I was done playing with dolls at 10. Her products are great quality and I'll occasionally buy during a sale.
I know that some like that month on month you can combine products because the colors are always the same tone, but to me it's boring.

I know someone wanted to know the feedback on the bow paper clip. I got one in February sale. It’s well made but pretty small. It does say on the website it’s a mini clip. This is definitely a “luxury” item for $8 or so. Cocoa Daisy bows are about twice as big as FJ’s. I don’t think I will be buying more even on sale but glad that I tried one.

Not sure it was discussed but FJ moved to a new bigger warehouse and she posted to stay tuned for some exciting things to come in the nearest future. I am curious to know what it will be.

I had those two as well as two 12x12 paper packs. I emailed and they responded that it was a gift for being a subscriber. I did tell them it was an extra 12x12, but I wonder if they thought I was talking about the 6x6?!?

Love April release, finally the fresh color combo that has not been used and a little bit brighter. It’s very similar to AE bloom kit but without muddy colors in the mix.I like this bright green.
