I am passing this time despite having a gift card. I have bought her albums in the past with bigger discounts so I am set for a few more years of DD. I bought a few things when they were released and paid around $10 shipping if the order included paper. I have used her stuff up so it was worth it to me.
I want to see her offer for December collection this year and maybe buy a few things. And yes, her website is frustrating, especially during this sale with everything digital and physical mixed in together.

I bought in her sale last year, and it wasn't so bad shipping wise (to NZ). I did only purchase a few small items. I loved them.
Went to buy a few items just now, including an album. Total = $29. Shipping: $76 🤯😭😭😭
The album is what I was hoping to get so I could say buh-bye to AE....
I did not complete the sale

Did you get your email that their will be no October kit? I was wondering when this would happen, with all the supply chain issues.
I haven't used my last 2 kits, so I am fine with it. And, really, it's just fun stuff, not like missing a toilet paper order!

I think it was discussed somewhere that there will not be an October kit ( I think due to shipping delays). Also based on Bella sneak info it was known that the Holiday collection will come earlier this year than in the past: Oct vs Nov.

I like the new REESE collection. My daughter likes wearing overalls so I want the diecut pack because the girl looks like her. It's not on sale for NSD so I may wait a little bit.

I received an email yesterday saying there will be no physical kit in September, so she can get the Christmas line out sooner. Many people requested that for things like their December daily.

there will be no physical kit in September That sucks if you're a subscriber. I know she always drops one kit a year to allow people to opt in to the Christmas kit, but I guess I don't understand why she can't still offer a Sept kit and skip Dec. |

FJ just sent an email out. They are closing. That explains the lack of kit for September and the push for the Christmas release. They've had a good run. Shipping had become completely beyond reasonable for me as an international so I haven't placed an order in years now. I will miss their clean chipboard numbers and more generic embellies (never got into the girl/doll thing). I enjoyed their clean white backgrounds but they didn't really touch their aesthetic or reinvent themselves over the years. I can imagine their regular customers are set for years when it comes to the clean FJ look with the stash they've built up subscribing and buying one-offs at this stage. Wishing them the best for their future endeavours. |

I love their aesthetic and this is the only scrapbook subscription I've kept up continuously since I came back to scrapbooking 3 years ago. Wishing them the best for their future endeavours. I feel the same way. I've been a subscriber since the beginning and LOVED their kits. They were 100% me. But honestly, I was about to cancel. Its the same designs, just in a similar color way, each month. Nothing fresh and different. For them to be rehashing designs each month, it was just too expensive. I have enough black/white/pink/turquoise/mustard to last me quite awhile. I wish them well but I do feel like it was either time to evolve or close. I also didn't 'get' the doll theme. Or the refusal to use a true red at Christmas. |
