I got too much toilet paper. If you have extras of stuff can I suggest that you donate to your local food shelf. I am sure they would appreciate any extra.

A few canned goods. We don't use a lot of canned goods but I bought them for their stability. Since they're not what we prefer to eat and we haven't had a need, they're still there.

Hand sanitizer. Once it became readily available, corporate shipped a ton to our office and DH kept bringing it home. I’m sure it will expire before we use it all.

I don't usually keep cold medicine on hand, but I picked some up last year that we haven't needed to use. Also Tylenol. Just 1 bottle, and I think 2 different cold medicines, so nothing major. I am happy to have not needed to use them. Yes I have a ton of medicine that needs to get used.

I still have 3/4 of the yeast I ordered from Amazon in vacuum sealed bags in the freezer. I've baked just not that much. There are two bags of flour I got at Aldis there as well. I'll probably never use that flour now.

At one point I had a fuller than usual pantry with canned goods, but it is all stuff I use regularly (beans, tomatoes, tuna, sardines) so it has all been turned over and replenished. I've cut back to the regular amount we keep on hand. We were sick so the disposable gloves, pulse oximeter, Clorox wipes and basic meds were used, too. The only thing I wish we had more of on hand was soups. For me, nothing provides the comfort of my childhood "sick food", Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup and we didn't have any.

I am using the stuff I bought. I haven’t gone through all of it, but we have it arranged with the oldest in front, and I am not in danger of having stuff expire anytime soon. I haven’t bought any canned goods since last summer except for mushroom soup and French style green beans for our thanksgiving casserole.

Nothing that’s totally unused. I’ve used some if anything I bought, and all of some things. I have some powdered milk left ( thankfully I use that in baking ) more recently I stocked up on antibacterial wipes but we will use those.

Thankfully I never bought things we don't regularly use so nothing has gone to waste.

I have an amazing load of paper towels. We try not to use paper much so I can’t think why I bought them. Perhaps I thought if I couldn’t find toilet paper....😜
Also the pound of yeast in case bread became scarce. That’ll take some time to use up. What’s left is in the freezer.

I just bought more of what we usually use. It’s all gone or close to it. I keep a bit more in the house now than I used too.

At the start of the pandemic, I made a conscious effort to have a few more protein sources in the freezer. I have had more pork loin and chuck steak in the freezer in the last year than I have in the prior 20 years of independent adult living. That was the one thing I was concerned about not being able to buy, although I never did see the meat shortages some of you experienced.
Anyway, the good that came out of it is that I learned how to cook some new things this year, like a pork loin seared on the stove and finished in the oven like an actual chef. I also came up with a couple of different ways to cook chicken breast in the crockpot besides throwing it in to some chili. And I learned that I could cook it from frozen.
I do also have a stockpile of paper towel, but that's because I buy the full sheet rolls whenever I find it so I'm not stuck picking up a package of the scourge that is select-a-size.

Cold medicine that we haven’t touched. I bought some powdered creamer from Sam’s delivery because I was having trouble getting creamer but we never used it. I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to get some for DS. I donated one of them to the food pantry but kept one just in case. I have been trying to buy my son’s favorite and they have been out off and in for the last three weeks. Luckily I stocked up and he still had some. I also bought a variety of pasta and we have a lot still. No big deal as I know we will eat it. We have probably gone through half of the 25 pounds of rice. I did donate some can goods I didn’t think we would go through this week we do have more of a pantry than normal. More crackers, rice and pasta as well as a but more canned fruit and veggies but are working our way through it. Oh I bought some evaporated milk for cooking that I haven’t touched. I need to start using that. I bought lots of snacks that I normally wouldn’t have bought but they were eaten and then I said why we don’t normally eat this crap and stopped buying lol.
I don’t feel bad about what we bought as I like to have extras around especially cold meds because when you are sick you don’t feel like shopping and if it was Covid we certainly wouldn’t be going out. It was purchased after we had been sick in a December as we used up our previous stash. I’m assuming we will use next winter when we get the normal winter crud assuming we won’t be marked and avoiding people at that point.

Tylenol. I didn't mean to stock up, but somehow ended up with 4 large bottles. I never use tylenol so need to give it away and just keep 1 bottle.

I forgot about that kind of thing yes I bought some scrapbook and card kits I haven’t finished, yarn for some knit Ornaments and pumpkins, and a few puzzles we never touched. Luckily none will go bad.

My husband apparently thought we were going to be eating the hell out of canned green beans. I’m just not a big fan, so in the pantry they’ve stayed.

I bought OTC meds to cover just about anything, and basic supplies in case I got sick. I wanted to have on hand whatever I might need since I live alone, and some things were hard to find at times. I also stocked the freezer with more stuff, including different protein sources.
I have plenty of masks and hand sanitizer, cleaning and paper products, but they will get used up or shared with others.

The only thing I bought that I haven’t used much of is a box of disposable gloves in case someone was quarantined and getting food taken to the room. same here

I didn't stock up on anything, so I have nothing unused. The only thing I would have stocked up on, once I realised (too late) that everyone was buying it, is toilet paper. But we didn't end up running out of it luckily.

tuna and Tylenol.
i didn't buy all that Tylenol on purpose. but couldn't get regular or regular strength so got cold/flu (better than nothing right?), couldn't get chewable so got extra coated for DS, then regular became available, and then chewable, and then extra strength became available.
sooo... i have a lot of Tylenol.
and apparently, no one in my house eats tuna.
i did have a lot of toilet paper - not because i hoarded for covid. i hoarded because i was stuck in house with my ex for the better part of 2 yrs and hoarded everything i thought i would use on my own and took it to my mom's (TP, paper towel, laundry/dish detergent, fabric softener, toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, etc). so when i moved into my own place, i had about 240 rolls of TP.
in the last year, we have used it!!

I dont think I have an over abundance of anything. We've used most of what we stocked up on regularly. The only thing I might have more on hand that normal is frozen chicken breasts. But grilling weather is here and I will start grilling chicken a bunch so that should use up a bunch.

I was so tired of our food sitting in the middle of the dining room, so once things opened up in the summer, I donated it all to the food bank. We don't have enough room in our house to have a stockpile of food. We have a grocery store a couple miles away, so I just buy enough food for 2 days. I'm so happy to have a dining room again!
I also had extra clorox wipes and cleaning supplies. I had quite a collection before the pandemic as I love to clean. I thought I would be giving a lot of it to my parents, inlaws and my husband's grandmother. But they never needed it. I donated it to friends, neighbors, the school and animal shelter. I am happy to have just a couple containers now! I don't see any more shortages now that the vaccine is here.

I had a lot from bath and body works from the past few years. The little ones for purses and cars. I probably should throw it out if it's expired. I forgot that stuff expires!
