used some old Hallowe'en paper for this MARCH layout but the colours were just what I was looking for. Midnight is about 18 and Little Friend is 11.5 - they've been buddies for about 10 years now and were both former strays that we were feeding outside and brought inside about 5 years ago.

What a bright, sweet page. School layouts can be hard for me. My kids were in elementary school where we only used film, so my pictures aren't the best until maybe fifth or sixth grade. The other day I found my youngest son's kindergarten "me book" where I found maybe 7 pictures the teacher took in class. I am considering taking them out of the book (glued on) and using them in a one page layout. The rest of the pages are pretty generic with a scribbling (haha- this kid was a math wiz, not a stay in the lines kind of guy). We'll see when I get there.

You all have made some lovely cards and layouts.
I hope to make a few cards this month as well as some layouts. I am enjoying my journal, too because it is quicker than my layouts and cards.

Lovely layouts and cards! My mojo has disappeared this month so I’m hoping peeking in here helps me find it back.

I got to use some of the space themed paper I've been hoarding The PP on this one is super thin/flimsy (I think my printer paper has more heft) so I don't reach for it as often - pretty sure it was a paper pad I got from Joann's ages ago

I've managed 2 this month. Both are based on the Scrapbook Generations sketch class for 6x6 paper pads. This one slowed me down because I didn't like it from the start... so I procrastinated. Most of it was done in July. I am proud of using ancient stash and stamps however! layout jk jake by kirstendrew, on Flickr This one I love - used my SCT kits which include 6x6 papers, and lots of sun dies. layout synchronized lake leaping by kirstendrew, on Flickr

kitbop - those are both great! I love the big arrows with the title, journalling, and embellishment cluster on the JK layout and the diagonal photos and the yellow accents on the lake layout

whipea, so nice that you are scrapping again. I love your pages showing the renovation of your bathroom. Love the medallions! Keep scrapping. You did a great job and your bathroom looks lovely. AussieMeg, your pages are incredible. You have such a wonderful way to make every page a work of art. You have love in the gallery. *leslie*, I love your page of a Braw Day Out. I love the scenery in the background. I have always wanted to go to Scotland. Your photo takes center stage as it should. I love the wispy little white leaves at the bottom. Beautiful! Linda, I love the photos of your new area. How fun to be so close to a little stream. It looks so green and lovely. That leafy paper fits your subject so well. Nice job.~I love the photo of you in your scraproom. That is such a pretty page with the pinks and roses. I need to have my DH take a photo of me in my scraproom so I can scraplift. (But first I have to clean it up a bit!)~Great photos with Midnight. The black and yellow are so dramatic. I especially love the big banner through the center.~ I didn’t think Halloween on your Kitty page until you mentioned it. It’s a great background for your pretty black kitties. How nice that you rescued them and they are best friends.~ What a great page about the NASA cup. What a great teacher to save it for her. We loved visiting NASA while we were in Florida and got to watch Atlantis take off. I can understand her love of space and science! Perfect page with cup and story. azcrafty, that card for your nephew is the cutest. I love all the elements you used to fit the theme. Your coloring is beautiful and I love the off set background papers. He will love it. craftymom101, I love your page and story about Finny. The colors are wonderful and I love your layering. Such a beautiful design and those intertwined stars are fabulous. I need to remember that! Great job. kitbop, your pages are awesome. I have missed watching you do them online. You have love in the gallery.

I loved this collection kit as soon as I saw it - bees + gnomes = perfect. And while the colours aren't perfect for these pictures - I had to use it anyway.

nylene - your picture steals the show there - what a cute pose! Could be naughty or nice!!! Linda - you are definitely keeping the thread alive this month! Are we slackers or what? I can't believe how well that gnome/bee paper goes with your pink flowers - lovely! Here's another one I completed for the Scrapbook Generations sketches for 6x6 pads class. I'm almost up to date on it, and proud of myself for that. I did the background with mixed media on kraft to match my inner triangles. layout driftwood discipline by kirstendrew, on Flickr

This LO is for sleepingbooty 's colour challenge, using the official colour scheme for the Tokyo Olympics. This was a real challenge, as it's not a colour scheme that I'd normally choose to use.
