10/26/21 Liar, liar pants on fire!! He now states that Babbitt was 'murdered.' On his fourth day in the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) gained nationwide attention for his actions during the January 6th attack on the Capitol by Trump supporters seeking to overturn the election. After a quarter century career in law enforcement, the former Fort Bend County sheriff and Army Reserve major helped barricade the doors to the House floor. Nehls was proud of his actions, posting a photo of him in a blue shirt standing next to a Capitol Police office with a drawn-gun pointed at a rioter looking through a broken window. But during a Monday appearance on Newsmax, Nehls claimed Ashli Babbitt had been "murdered" while trying to climb though a window into the Speaker's Lobby on the other side of the chamber. www.rawstory.com/busted-texas-republicans-own-words-provide-brutal-fact-check-after-newsmax-appearance/

Well now, can she get out of this? Maybe the Congressional one, we know McCarthy is not likely to do anything!! She used the same ad for two things, but used different disclaimers. Cannot use campaign monies to promote official business and gave out the switchboard phone numbers .. Controversial Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) was the subject of two campaign finance complaints filed on Tuesday. The liberal watchdog group End Citizens United filed complaints with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and House Office of Congressional Ethics. *** Congresswoman Greene has shown a blatant disregard for the law and is engaging in corrupt Washington practices," said Muller. "Using her leadership PAC in an attempt to get around federal law and regulations is both unethical and illegal. Both the FEC and OCE should immediately begin an investigation and hold her accountable for her self-serving and shady practices." www.rawstory.com/marjorie-taylor-greene-2655380240/

Chip Roy (R-TX) on Tuesday fumed that few pharmacies are apparently willing to fill his prescription for ivermectin, which has been touted as an unproven treatment for COVID-19. www.rawstory.com/chip-roy-ivermectin/

Seems we need help. Or those of you who are married.... As he spoke on the House floor!! Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) argued on Tuesday that nearly every problem in modern-day society was created by not following "God's rules" for marriage. The remarks came while Good was speaking on the House floor in opposition to a bill that would reauthorize the Family Violence and Prevention Services program. youtu.be/hczY3relBC0"In fact, nearly everything that plagues our society can be attributed to a failure to follow God's laws for morality and his rules and definition of marriage and family," he added. www.rawstory.com/bob-good-marriage/There is more a fees posts down.. he is off the wall nutz!!

Here is an example of elections have consequences.
The irony is the folks that need these items and in fact most of the items in the Build Back Better bill are in the States where their Senators are busy stripping the items out of the bill.
An example of what I mean…
“Manchin went on to give an example, albeit by incorrectly citing Dollar General and not Dollar Tree.
“I’ll give you a perfect example. In West Virginia, I just saw today to where the One Dollar, what we call General Dollar Store, Dollar General, they’re no longer Dollar General, they are a Dollar-and-a-Quarter, a Dollar-and-Fifty-Cent General. That’s hard for West Virginia. A lot of people do shop there and that’s all they have,” he said. “We have to take all this into consideration. We have a lot of good things we can do. And here’s the thing. My goodness, you have the infrastructure bill, you’ve got this bill we have right now and we have reconciliation bill.”
What does it say about a Senator who’s constitutes are in the second poorest state and according to him only have are dollar stores to shop at and yet he’s busy pulling out things that can help these folks?

In the video some guy is asking how many more elections do they steal before we get to use the guns. And he says he isn’t joking. Keep in mind this guy is talking about a stolen election and there is not once ounce of proof there was massive voter fraud in several states which would have had to happen to steal a general election.

Eastman, after the memo that he drafted describing exactly this plan as to how the president could overturn the election, he then did an interview with the National Review online saying that's never intended to do that," Scuitto said. "Here you have him on tape saying that's exactly what we intended to do, in effect, and the only reason Pence stood in the way is he is, in Eastman's terms, 'an establishment guy.' You're a lawyer, how damning is this video for both for the investigation or any other investigation into the 2020 election?" www.rawstory.com/john-eastman-coup-memo-2655406354/

More on Rep Good... His refusal to observe the wall between church and state, especially while speaking on the House floor is disturbing, but so is lying to children. Earlier this month Congressman Good spoke to a group of 20 or so Rappahannock County, Virginia high school students as part of a public school program, and urged them all to defy the school's mask mandate. "If nobody in Rappahannock [High School] complies, they can't stop everyone," he told the students. “If I was ya'll, I'd say none of ya'll wear a mask. What are they gonna do? They're still going to have school." Rep. Good also "spread anti-vaxx lies and other Covid-19 information while speaking to a high school government class," according to Rolling Stone. www.rawstory.com/congressman-angry-at-americans-not-following-gods-laws-and-his-definition-of-marriage-lied-to-high-school-students/And a whole lot more!! *** HE was one of those who voted against the Capitol Police medal!! Among those voting against the bill was “QAnon Congresswoman” Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, along with Reps. Louie Gohmert, Andy Biggs, Andy Harris, Lance Gooden, Michael Cloud, Andrew Clyde, Bob Good, Greg Steube, and John Rose.

Poor MTG? She invested in to he company for former's new Trust Social... Oops .. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) could be out thousands of dollars after she purchased SPAC stock linked to former President Donald Trump's future social media platform. According to CNBC, Greene filed a public disclosure revealing the $50,000 stake in Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), which has said that it will merge with Trump's social media company. DWAC saw its shares skyrocket over 800% after announcing the deal with Trump. But CNBC determined that it's "almost certain" that Greene has lost money on the investment. "On Friday, DWAC opened at $118.80 a share and dipped as low as $67.96 a share," the network pointed out. "It's now trading around $63 a share. That means, at best, Greene has lost about 7% on her investment." In a statement, Greene did not address the losses. “This transaction was reported in compliance with House rules and provides all required details about the transaction," her office said www.rawstory.com/marjorie-taylor-greene-trump-social/

ABC News….
“Florida judge sends Trump suit against Twitter to California”
A federal judge has ruled that former President Donald Trump must pursue his lawsuit against Twitter in California, and not Florida, under a user agreement covering everyone on the social media platform
By CURT ANDERSON AP Legal Affairs Writer October 27, 2021, 8:38 AM • 3 min read
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Former President Donald Trump's lawsuit to get his Twitter account restored must be heard in a California court, not a Florida one, under a user agreement covering everyone on the social media platform, a federal judge ruled.
U.S. District Judge Robert Scola in Miami rejected Trump's contention that because his Twitter account was suspended during his last days as president the California court requirement did not apply to him.
The requirement, known as a forum selection clause, was in force when Trump originally joined Twitter as a private citizen in 2009, Scola wrote in his order issued Wednesday.
“First, Trump’s former status as the president of the United States does not preclude the application of the forum selection clause. Second, the forum selection clause is valid and mandatory,” Scola wrote in a 13-page order.
The decision means Trump's lawsuit will be heard in a northern California federal court instead of in Miami. A similar lawsuit by Trump against YouTube has also been transferred from Florida to California, while yet another Trump lawsuit against Facebook remains in Miami for now.
Twitter banned Trump's account on Jan. 8, two days after his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol while Congress was certifying the victory of Democrat Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. In making the decision, Twitter cited “the risk of further incitement of violence” following the deadly insurrection.”
dumpster don continues to believe because he was President rules and accountability doesn’t apply to him regardless of whenever it happened.

Former is now blaming Barr and Zuckerberg for his loss in Pennsylvania.... He truly is embracing his claims of being a victim.... he forgets there WAS voter fraud in PA, a guy voted for former twice, once for himself and once for his mother or wife... Former President Donald Trump accused Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his own former Attorney General William Barr of helping to steal Pennsylvania's election in 2020 in an angry letter written to the Wall Street Journal. Specifically, Trump took issue with a WSJ editorial published on Monday that accurately claimed Biden defeated Trump by more than 80,000 votes in Pennsylvania. "Well actually, the election was rigged, which you, unfortunately, still haven't figured out," Trump claimed. "Here are just a few examples of how determinative the voter fraud in Pennsylvania was." *** (he said)"Attorney General Bill Barr ordered U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain to stand down and not investigate election irregularities," Trump complained in one part of the letter. "Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook poured over $17 million to interfere in the Pennsylvania election, including $5.5 million on "ballot processing equipment" in Philadelphia and $552,000 for drop boxes where the voting pattern was not possible." www.rawstory.com/trump-2020-pennsylvania/

Travis Clardy — and boxed him in on why his party was so desperate to pass legislation restricting voting rights, even as he admitted that the 2020 election wasn't stolen. Well now, Liberty University could lose their charitable tax status 501c3 .. Liberty University, a Virginia school founded by the late Jerry Falwell, a controversial televangelist, is no stranger to controversy. Just this week, ProPublica published a brutal report on the evangelical school and how it's allegedly "discouraged and dismissed" students' reports of sexual assaults. But his successor appears to be at the center of a new controversy that's likely to create fresh difficulties for the school. Politico reported: Liberty University's new president, Jerry Prevo, told a top university official this year that he wanted the large Christian school to become a more effective political player with the goal of helping to influence elections, according to a call recording shared with POLITICO.*** The article noted that Lamb, mindful of the school's non-profit tax status, pushed back against the idea of engaging in partisan electioneering. According to the reporting, Liberty's new president responded that he knows "how to work" federal tax law. It's the sort of boast that the IRS might be interested in. For context, it's important to emphasize that Lamb was recently ousted from Liberty, and as Politico added, he claims to have been fired for raising concerns about the school blurring the line between education and politics, as well as his concerns about how the university responds to allegations of sexual assault and harassment. And THIS investigation started under former's term, YES!!! Send Burr insider trading, he of course has denied it all along but, there's more... After Sen. Richard Burr of North Carolina dumped more than $1.6 million in stocks in February 2020 a week before the coronavirus market crash, he called his brother-in-law, according to a new Securities and Exchange Commission filing. They talked for 50 seconds.Burr, according to the SEC, had material nonpublic information regarding the incoming economic impact of coronavirus. The very next minute, Burr's brother-in-law, Gerald Fauth, called his broker.*** On the day he received the call from Burr, Fauth sold between $97,000 and $280,000 worth of shares in six companies — including several that were hit particularly hard in the market swoon and economic downturn. According to the SEC, the first broker he called after hearing from Burr was out of the office, so he immediately called another broker to execute the trades. www.rawstory.com/busted-republican-s-brother-in-law-called-stock-broker-just-one-minute-after-getting-off-phone-with-senator/THAT doesn't count the millions Burr dumped!!! I figured Clark would ask for a postponement. His lawyer dumped him the other day, but.... On Thursday, CNN reported that the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot have granted a postponement in testimony to two associates of former President Donald Trump. "Former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark will not testify Friday before the House select committee investigating the January 6 insurrection, according to a committee aide and a source with knowledge of the matter," reported Ryan Nobles. "In addition, former Trump aide Dan Scavino has been granted a brief postponement from responding to his subpoena and is continuing to 'engage' with the committee, the aide said."*** This comes just after the House voted to hold former Trump strategist Steve Bannon in contempt of Congress for refusing to respond to his subpoena from the committee. The DOJ is currently considering their criminal referral. www.rawstory.com/capitol-riot-committee-2655430234/

He SERVED five years in prison for molesting a young boy QAnon Influencer Who Calls Democrats Pedophiles Is an Actual Child Abuser David Trent’s followers remained oblivious because he was convicted under his legal name, David Todeschini.DG By David Gilbert October 28, 2021, 12:06pm QAnon promoter David Trent has spent the last four years telling his tens of thousands of followers that the Democrats are pedophiles working as part of a global child sex trafficking ring run by the world’s elite. What he didn’t tell them was that he was the real pedophile: In 1999, he was found guilty of coercing an 8-year-old boy into sexual acts three years earlier, and spent almost five years in prison.
