On my husband's side we have 5, but we don't gift that side of the family - they live in TX (we are in IL) and we don't get together for holidays. On my side we have 7. Two are adults, so we only gift to one of them (he has special needs) and buy for the other teens/kids. Our family "rule" is once they enter college we no longer gift them - they join our informal adult stocking exchange.

We have 6 nieces, 3 on each side. Ages range from 3-17. We don't exchange gifts with our siblings, but we do gift to the kids.

On DH’s side there are two, one teen and one young adult.
On my side: Oldest had 2, adults now Next had 1, but my sibling passed away before the birth. We didn’t meet the person until my mom’s probate. Adult now. Next had 3, adults now Next had 3 + 1 step who passed away, all adults now Next had 2, adults now Next had 0 I had 1, middle schooler now Next had one, adult now
So including my kid that makes 14 grandkids on my side. I have too many cousins to count and since they are all the ages of my older siblings I don’t know any of them enough to pick them out of a crowd of two.

Three nephews--23, 16, and 15. My oldest DD was three when nephew #1 was born. My sister and I bought for each other's child for three years, but when we moved to FL and had twins, she and I agreed to stop buying for the kids. We didn't want to deal with mailing gifts, and honestly, gift-giving isn't a huge deal in our family. The other aunt and uncles continued to buy for them, but when my older brother and his wife adopted two kids, they stopped buying for ours and we never started buying for theirs.
My unmarried siblings still buy for the kids, and the kids give them gifts in return. None of the siblings exchange gifts, with one exception. My disabled brother gives each of us a gift, and he gets one from us in return. However, he has a specific list and a specific person assigned to each gift on the list. I get to gift him replacement brushes for his electric toothbrush. One brother has to give him notebook paper. One of my DD's was assigned disposable cups for the bathroom.
Most of us never actually purchase any of these things. For some things, he has such a stash that Mom just re-wraps some of what he has received in the past. I do watch for sales on the toothbrushes at Sams and Costco and buy a new set every once in a while, but I just give them to Mom to wrap for him.
