Hi all. I have a real long shot question. I’m looking for some printable pocket cards from a shop that someone linked here sometime since Dec. (when I started coming here regularly). I really liked them, but at the time I didn’t have a printer and was like I’ll never print my own cards and didn’t bookmark it.
It was a small website that only offered printable/digital cards and they seemed to be mostly (or all) black and white and simple/modern-ish.They were organized in different themes/kits like travel, etc and I feel like I remembered a discussion about how the designer/shop owner was discontinuing some Themes which was disappointing to people especially since they were digital and wondered why she would discontinue. I know that is not much to go on at all but perhaps someone has an idea! I’ve already tried searching many threads without luck.

If you click on Products up at the top, it will bring up themes like travel and seasonal. She might have something similar to what you were looking for. I know Geralyn was with Feed Your Craft before, so the description sounded similar. I'll be shopping there, too, this weekend. Hope you find what you're looking for!

I also thought it was in a creative bubble, but could it be paislee press? the-lilypad.com/store/Paislee-Press/

I was going to suggest this too. This is also cute and some of it seemed really close to what I saw before so it *may* be it (although I remember the website being different so I don’t think it is). I am happy with both links sites you guys introduced me to and will get into enough trouble with those! Lol thank you!

paget - I found a download I did in March (early March 2022) that is black and white digital elements/cards and it's called Monochrome Magic. It's from Nelly and Clem. I wonder if this is the one?

paget Your mention that what you'd seen seems close-ish to Paislee Press makes me think you may be referring to Elif Sahin. She sells both on The Lilypad and her own website. She discontinued several collections a few months ago. However, she uses colours so it likely isn't her after all...

Anybody up for a share of the top 3 of their current faves featured/to be featured in their PL? Late April-early May loves for me include: 1. Heartstopper on Netflix 🍂❤️ //2. Celebrating Half-oween //Seriously, going all out for this was the best decision ever. Watched scary movies, wore all black and deep red nails, made DIY PSL and special treats, carved yellow and orange peppers, got my Halloween mug out. And I wasn't cold at all. Halloween in spring is the bomb. I'm rallying the troops and organising a small Walpurgis night with bonfire next year! 3. The new Kygo song for my work-out playlist //

I remember (and was drawn to) B&W but the designer might have had some other colors, too. Can’t say for sure.

sleepingbooty I’ve never heard of halfoween. How fun! Is that just something you made up or is it a “thing” in your area? I have a couple events coming that we are going to in our community that I am looking forward to recording (a cheese board and board game night and “a night on the bayou” event with music and crab boil -never tried one- and desert dash, etc). We are also going to Vegas this week and then we did a fun thing on Mother’s Day I am looking forward to capturing.

sleepingbooty I’ve never heard of halfoween. How fun! Is that just something you made up or is it a “thing” in your area? Halfway to Halloween or Half-oween has been on the rise although I've heard of it online since 2012-2013, I believe. I'm not American so Halloween is really not much of a thing here but I've loved the Halloween/Samhain celebration for as long as I can remember. I even did a talk on it in English class when I was 12. Half-oween coincides with Walpurgis night which is linked to older pagan festivals here in Europe, including ones that hold bonfires. It all collides beautifully together. Horror streaming service Shudder does a special Halfway to Halloween month with new releases. The US Disney parks are also jumping on the celebration nowadays. It's spreading and it seems to make the spooky season-lovers super happy! Considering Easter is over by then and there's a gap until the next big holiday, it seems like the perfect moment to have a reason to dress up and have a bit of a party/movie night. “a night on the bayou” event with music and crab boil Ooooh, that sounds like so much fun! And super yummy. This should allow for a very pretty colour scheme for your page, too, with the bright red of the crabs and the lush greens of the bayou...

For anyone wanting to see how the new horizontal 8x10 Ali Edwards albums work for Project Life, Wanderlust Documented is back on YouTube and using this format for 2022. She's an American scrapbooker currently living in Europe. Here are a couple of her 8x10 PL process videos (more on her YT channel):

Does anyone make their own insert cards? Was thinking about sharing some that I have made. I mentioned in the FOMO/Buying an Entire Kit talk that I use bits left over to make my own cards using embellishments.

I've been doing traditional 12X12 for years. I am trying to find my way with 9X12 pocket layouts, and it would be nice to use the embellishments I already have.

Ok here goes. Most are 3x4, a few are 4x6. Some are journal spots, others are just to take up space.

@sunnycamom those are awesome! I need to make an effort to add a bit more dimension to mine. Here are some I did last night. I didn't have the best light in my kitchen when I took these. The blue grid card is from a BH PL Elder core kit. I covered the words with the flower die cut. The word America was cut from the bottom strip of the 12x12 paper.

I've made a few filler cards for those pages with lots of random events.

With these two, I put the sticker that says BROTHERS on top of the sheet protector.
