In the UK the highest according to the motoring organizations is £1.87 Litre and the lowest is £1.43 with an average price of £1.59 per litre across the country. A US gallon ( it's different to a UK gallon) is equivalent to 4 UK litres. At today's conversion rate that would work out at $8.28 per US gallon for the average £1.59 ( $2.07) litre price. I paid £1.79 a litre the other day. Yikes!!

We were in Germany this week and gas was about 2.22€ a liter, which would be 8.4€ a gallon. That is about $9.16 with todays exchange rate. It’s nuts.

4.09 cash/4.19 credit on the corner. A little less at Bjs, Sams, Costco, but not significant enough to drive to the latter two and I dont have a membership to BJs.
I feel for people who truly cannot afford to pay those prices and I dislike the corporate greed that has led to them.

NE Indiana - most stations are $4.25. Costco and Sams - $4.15.
Krogers has 10 cents off if you have enough “points”. But - their food prices have really gone up. I’m saving money buy shopping at Walmart, Meijers and Costco.

I filled up at £1.53 last week with a 7p a litre discount on top of that (Morrisons) I wasn't empty but the voucher was expiring and, well, the price is only going to keep on going up. I work from home and am limiting my trips to the local town to shop only. I have the option to attend a couple of meetings in person next month, but at over 130 miles each way I'm re-considering.

$4.49 a gallon last Wednesday for regular at a non-discount gas station in the N.E. corner of the US---not a major metropolitan area. We fortunately drive very little right now, and the car is fuel efficient, so we buy gas quite infrequently. We'll buy it more often when the weather gets better, but we still probably won't be going very far and the car will be the same, so we're lucky in that the gas prices really are not something we have to be concerned about. But we know plenty of people who drive a lot and/or drive large vehicles, and I know it's hard for them.

I bought gas for $3.98 at Sam's yesterday.
I'm still mostly WFH right now (1-2 days each week in the office, but mostly only 1), so I don't use a lot of gas. My car gets better mileage than DH's, and since he is semi-retired, he doesn't do a lot of travel, either. He uses my car if I don't need it that day.
I usually do some shopping before coming home from the office, and I may do one other shopping trip during the week, but overall, I am fortunate that I don't have to worry too much about the gas prices.
My DD still has to drive to work/school at least 6 days a week, and she is getting a little grumpy about gas prices. She is driving my old Hyundai Accent, and it averages about 30 mpg, so even though she complains, she doesn't really fill up all that often.

Palm Beach County FL. Last week I paid $5.09 for premium, was $58.00 for just under half a tank. This county has the highest gas prices in the state.
My round trip commute to work is 36 miles. For the good of the cause will work 10 hour days to reduce one trip to work.

Southern Ca - $5.29 at Costco, $5.69 to $5.89 at other stations. Yes what is happening in Ukraine is heart breaking but I am over this whole won't you pay $1 more to help because our gas doesn't come from Russia. Hardly any Russian gas is used in the US. Ca has its own damn gas and I am over gas corps making bank on what is happening in Ukraine. Middle class and lower class families struggle as is and now these damn gas prices. No one should choose between medicine and gas or food and gas or whatever and gas. Alberta has tons of oil and gas too but we don't see it at the pumps or in our natural gas bills. It's not how the world markets work. I've never seen any reports that you won't pay more, as soon as the Russian sanctions came in and oil prices went up they said orices will go up at the pump. amp.cnn.com/cnn/2022/03/12/energy/us-gas-prices-russia-oil/index.htmlIt's $1.70/litre here. Which is $6.42/gallon Cdn or $5.02 USD. It was $1.44 two weeks ago. Our premier said we'd get a 13 cent savings starting April 1 which will only counteract the increase in carbon tax coming April 1.

Cant’ wait for California to start with the “summer blend” that’s “less polluting” but raises the cost per gallon.
