I'm not convinced I haven't scrapped this photo before? But I can't find the layout so I think it's just a favourite photo that feels familiar. Mid-day siesta for these 2. layout cool cat nap by kirstendrew, on Flickr

There is love in the Gallery for you kitbop . I have two LO's to share. This one I finished this morning. I was influenced by Shimelle's quadrant designs (lead-up to the scrapping a rainbow classes) for the first page. For the second, I decided to carry the hexagon shape from the BB pp on the first page, and it gave me an excuse to use my new tattered hexagon dies from Daisey Mae Designs. Still need to do the journaling. Need to check a couple of details first. fall weekend crop by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Yesterday I completed this LO and shared it in both the latest POTW challenge and Sketchy Saturday challenges. It was fun to put the chipboard letters I had been playing with for days onto their page.
POINTS: four pages created & shared (8). Seventeen photos for the Donna challenge (17). Sketchy Saturday (5). POTW (10). P-1 Is taupe a colour? (1), p-2 seven chipboard letters (7), all altered (5), P-6 twine (1), P-7 PP+BB+CM+R (4) and MR+LF+SS+BB+CTMH (5), P-16 frame (1), S/I-4 three squares X 2 (6), s/I-6 seven hexies (7), S/I-14 arrow (1), C/M-6 no pinks (2), C/M-7 no blues (1), C/M-8 the 70's (1), T-2 never before used (1) distressed hexagon dies (3), T-8 paint (3), T-9 foam tape (2), T-10 torn edges (3), W/T-1 A (1), N/S-1 ten patterns (10), N/S-3 pic sizes (6) Total: 111.

A couple more for tonight I had saved a copy of DH's promotion announcement email so made a page for it. I don't love how it turned out - that lightbulb paper perhaps wasn't the best choice but...it's done and in the album And DD15's first day of Kindergarten - journalling is original to then. (and I sewed her dress and pinafore) - photos aren't blurry irl...my picture of the layout is however. And another 2012 back to school layout I absolutely LOVE that lightbulb paper!! It is perfect for that layout!

MDscrapaholic, those pic's of the Bucket Baby are a hoot! What adorable FACES she makes! And I love the page design and the paper choices. Preatty awesome page you "threw together". And Linda, I guess I missed the pages jenr included in her quote, so I will comment on them here. I think that light bulb pp is perfect for a page honouring an engineer. And I love the little square & pencil cluster. Sweet photos on the Kindergarten page. So cool that you included one of her with the height chart. And you have the perfect papers for this. I love how you picked up the pinks from your older dd's dress in the Back to School page, but b/c the pp colours are muted they really highlight the photos. And what a sweet photo of the two of them together. Awww....

Linda, you have really scrapped up a storm of layouts. I love the journaling you did of your DD and love the journaling that was done at the time your DD did her first baking. You do a wonderful job with your journaling.~Cute page about the New Year, too. ~ LOL on the “vintage” page. Unfortunately, lots of my early photos are also vintage. (As am I). That’s a beautful family photo and I’m glad you scrapped it.~ Those light bulbs are great for your DH’s promotion. I also like the square and pencil you mounted in the corner. Congrats to him.~ I love that you made A’s dress and pinafore. I can’t tell if you included that in the journaling. If not, you need to add it somewhere. She is adorable and the pages are delightful.~Love the back to school page. Can you believe how fast they have grown? I love the pretty pinks and blossoms. Lovely page.~ kitbop, scrappyrabbit, and grammadee, you have love in the gallery. MDscrapaholic, your pages are wonderful. I don’t know where you find so many fun and interesting things to include each day. I have enjoyed just studying them to learn more about you. How I wish I had started something like this years ago. You are doing a beautiful job!~ Your Bucket Baby page made me giggle. That is such a fun age when they explore everything. She’s a darling. Delightful page. I haven't accomplished much so far this month, but did finish some Sheetload cards for that challenge. Butterfly Mini Slimline

I've been a bit slow getting going this month. I've only done three layouts, and all of them have been sketch challenges. Where's my mojo?! These two are for the first two Sketchy Saturday. I've already shared them on those threads:
This one is for destined2bmom 's sketch challenge. I ended up changing the photos from portrait to landscape, and adding a few extra photos. The background elements are the same. Thanks for the fun sketch!

I like your "busy" page, Linda . The darker shades on the pp make it take a back seat to the photo, and the gardening stickers are perfect. Great title. Wish spring was a little more in the air, here... Here is my first LO of the quarter. I wanted to make a sample for the Donna challenge, and had some pretty new papers and die set laid out on my counter, but somehow my mind refused to give me any ideas what to DO with them. So I went back to basics: grabbed the first set of photos I saw, and these simple pages kinda scrapped themselves. School pix 21-22 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr The only time I "wasted" was searching for a sheet of pp I KNOW I own with paper airplanes on it. No significance to these boys or anything, but I had seen a cute page on Pinterest awhile ago and had stored it in my brain. Gave up the search and decided to fold a couple of my own planes from pp scraps LOL.
POINTS: two pages created & shared (4). Two photos for the Donna challenge (2). P-4 alphas (5), p-7 four companies (4), CM-6 no pink (1), T-10 torn edges (2), W/T-1 J(1), W/T-3 coloured title (2), Th-13 school (1), N/S-1 two patterns (2). Total: 24. After counting, decided to take Easy Peasy on this one: 2 pages @20 points each + creating & sharing = 44.
This is SO cute!! I love the little planes- great idea. I like the colors on this and the two patterned paper torn border. It looks very clean but still really Colorful and interesting.

MDscrapaholic - love your planner pages! I did a memory planner last year as my “return to memory keeping” after about a 12+ year break (and then this year and doing PL) and I would have loved to have seen your pages then for inspiration! Really cute- I like how things are arranged- really moves the eye around and is very playful.

Bet the staff will LOVE these! paget , your pocket pages are wonderful: so full of interesting details and colours and photos. I love how each page has a colour scheme that you do an awesome job of following throughout. Is it rude to say my fav pic's are of that sweet dog? Here are my April Sheetload of Cards:
POINTS: claiming these as Easy Peasy. Eight cards created & shared (16) @ 10 pts each (80). Total: 96.

Really cute- I like how things are arranged- really moves the eye around and is very playful. Thank you! I did two of these type journals last year, and really enjoy a daily record of our life, especially with all that was going on with the pandemic. My goal was to take at least one photo a day, and document it. It turned into several photos a day as my kids would send me photos of the grandkids too. If you search here for the 100 day project from last year you’ll see some of my pages in there. Heidi Swapp does this type of documenting too, but her pages are much more involved LOL. I aspire to that but have not been able to achieve that!

nylene , your Sheetload cards are so cute! I need to try them sometimes. And as far as the journaling, it's never too late to start! Often I don't have anything going on in my day besides work, but my kids send me photos of what the grandkids are doing and it's fun to document that. AussieMeg , I am always in awe of your awesome digital pages. I so enjoy how the color schemes all seem to "blend in" with the photos. justjac, I love that traveler's notebook! I don't recall seeing them on here before. Including the comic is something I need to do in my journal! paget , your project life album is so cool! Each card looks like a mini scrapbook page. I tried this a long time ago and just could not get the "hang" of it. I like that you do it weekly, your album must be full at the end of the year. gramma , I wish I worked in your office! Those bunnies are CUTE. grammadee , you knocked the sheetload of cards out of the park! They look like they were a lot of work, with all the stamping and inking, but they look great! Well, here's my two layouts for today. I have to work tomorrow so it'll probably be a couple days before I make it back to my scrapbook table.

I love the way all the colors come together to make a cohesive whole. ~ Your March gratitudes pages are so bright and pretty. You have an adorable puppy. So well put together. ~I love the black, white and yellow designs of the week 14. What a wonderful journal you will have to look back on in coming years. Simply lovely pages. MDscrapaholic, I love your Easter page. That background paper is so cute and fits perfectly. Adorable photos of your grands. Sweet page. ~ That speedometer in the corner of your 4-wheeling page is genius. I love the gears clustered around the photos. Great page!

craftymom101 , your page is gorgeous. I love the contrast between the rugged woodgrain and the soft pastels. The scalloped circles behind your clusters are a pretty touch. I love all the tiny dots, sequins and hearts with the butterflies. Amazing page. scrappyrabbit, I left you love in the gallery.
