Good Monday Morning! Linda, your pages are all lovely. I like the whimsical look of the stamped title. (Or maybe that is what I tell myself when I purposefully misalign things on my pages so I don't feel the pressure to get everything on the square...) The heart/flower cluster is a nice touch, too. That page with the foiling looks beautiful. Have no idea how to photograph those to make them show up in their true beauty. The LEGO pages are fun. I, too, hoard block themed elements from different companies for that perfect moment when they all come together! MDscrapaholic, I agree with kitbop. I think I could spend hours leafing through your journals. So many interesting details and photos, yet the pages are all open and airy and easy to look at. Don't worry about that middle piece on the gymnastics page being not quite aligned. Maybe it is a balancing balance beam... Thankyou for sharing the other album papes, papersilly. You do amazingly detailed work. This looks like a true keepsake. There is love for kitbop and scrappinwithoutpeas in the Gallery.

I did another layout for the Shimelle colour class: choosing your colours from your photo (red in the tackle box, yellow on the bread bag)d. I also based my layout loosely on her page - 1 photo, 3 clusters - but instead of using the 1/3 2/3 paper, I did 2 strips down each side instead. It feels too simple to me. I struggle to "let it be"! layout we cool bro by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Linda , I really like your My Girl page. That cluster on the circle is wonderful. The colors are perfect matches. I also love you page about her pigtails. She is such a cute girl with beautiful curls. I’d love to see this in person with the silver background and metal letters. ~ The artistically arranged squares make such a perfect backdrop for her art photos. Don’t you love it when you can use up some scraps and come up with a beautiful page? This is one! I love the way you did the title with the paint pallette. MDscrapaholic , I am really enjoying your journal/planner. I love all the embellishments and the unique way you use them. It did my heart good to see all the scrappy stuff around your desk. I thought I was the only one who worked like that. I love it! I love your hand journaling. I need to do that more often. Your gymnastics page has some great action shots. I love those. Great use of the PL cards for your journaling. The star background is perfect. @scrappinwithoutpea, you have love in the gallery on your sweet Easter and baby cards. kitbop , you have love in the gallery. Another fabulous title. So cute. I am finally getting some pages posted. This is our DGGD, Swayzee. Learning This is the first time together for these cousins since Covid started and they were inseparable during that weekend. nylene - thank you. I love your learning page with the Dr Seuss quote and the soft colours and that sweet little girl! And the cool colours and snowflakes and cute critters are perfect for the cousins page Another digital template used as a sketch here - also Kate Hadfield Designs. All scraps except the background - circles, hearts, and dragonflies are all punches, sticker is PhotoPLay Like Girl

Linda, I love, love, love your Be Yourself page. Those strips behind the photo at angles and the punched out hearts on one of them. Great design touches. The red, white, black and gray are so pretty together. Add a photo of yourself and you have a fabulous layout!~Great photos on your DD's Survival Skills pages. The getting under a log or branch photos give me claustrophobia. What were they learning then? I really like the 8x8 size for these. That Echo Park line is perfect for your photos. kmage, it's fun seeing your class assignments. You have love in the gallery.

Thank you nylene - they were learning how to make a shelter from things around them in case they were ever needing to survive out in the wilderness. Can you tell I'm not an outdoorsman? I was hoping it wasn't trying to get away from a wild animal. I get claustrophobic just looking at getting into a little space. Thanks for the info. Great pages.

kmage - I love your red layout - red is underused, I think, in the scrapbook world. The different patterns you used give the page a lot of visual texture. And then the soft greys and picks are so peaceful in the next layout. And look at you using that vintage OA paper - it looks fabulous and I like the layering under the photo. And that chalkboard paper is perfect for the photos -and the pinks are just right as accent colours - lovely layout. nylene - I can relate to the claustrophia and wouldn't want to squeeze into those spaces myself but DD15 had a blast! Paper Studio paper pad for these next two layouts - lighting is bad at night so not great pics of the layouts and then a simple layout with just some flowers from a LSS yard sale ...gosh probably 15 years ago or so - Recollections brads, and a stamped title

I have a lot of catching up to do! Amazing work everyone!! kitbop, I like your take on the Shimelle LO-super creative to put the piece down the middle, I love it against that tree background. Not simple at all, IMO! linda, I cannot believe the looks you achieve with scraps and punches! The black/white/red LO with you, so classy and elegant. I also love the buttery yellow curry LO. YUM! Looks delish and I am glad to see I am not the only one still into paper flowers. They look so pretty on your page. nylene, I really admire your patience with your die cutting machine. So many layers, and your pages just look perfect, with exactly the right accents all the time. Really a pleasure to look at.

Linda , the bright pinks and greens are so pretty. I love the circle patterns and the flowers. Great photos of you with Midnight. The tilted photos add movement and variety to your page. Your daughter page with the quote is perfect. Such a pretty smile. I love the big banner with dots mixed with the bright colors. ~ The yellow gingham is so bright and cheery. I loved reading your journaling about the lazy-susan. I'm sure one of your children will want that on their table in years to come. I'm glad you got the story down in black and white for them. Here's another Eddie page. The snowflakes that look black are gold metallic. Winter Fun

Lots of catching up to do! grammadee, what fun cards! Your cards are always so full of energy and you can tell that they are for people you really care about. AussieMeg that birthday LO is so fun, what great colors to choose, and the font is wonderful. azcrafty, I don't know what it is but I just love bees...that is a gorgeous die. I don't normally spend a ton on dies, but I had to have the bee set from Stampin Up I think about a year or so ago...maybe a bit longer. Such pretty cards too-and I am loving the sheetloads too! papersilly, those folios are just beautiful. Such elegant and detailed work, a priceless treasure for someone. scrappinwithoutpeas your baby shower cards are darling! Was that writing a stamp, or did you do it yourself? If you did it yourself, way to go, that is a hard look to replicate I think. So pretty!

MDscrapaholic, your journal is so interesting to me. I just love the way you fill every inch of each page with such wonderful journaling or embellishments. I am really impressed that you are doing this every day. Congrats on that beautiful, tiny little girl. I'm sorry about the loss in your family. Hugs to you and your family. Do you print your photos at home? I love the variety of sizes you use. Fantastic job you are doing. I have lots of snow photos with the grands since they were all together after Christmas this year, for the first time in over 2 years. A Flurry of Fun

Do you print your photos at home? I love the variety of sizes you use. I do. I have a Selphy and just recently figured out how to print 2, 4 or more photos on one 4x6 sheet. It takes the photos right off my phone wirelessly.

I'm still using the Shimelle "scrap a rainbow" class as my guide and it really helped me here - I chose aqua, blue, brown and green and limited myself to those colours as I chose pps and embellies. It caused me to mix lines rather than scrapping just from 1 collection, and I dug into my stash - like the 2005 Scenic Route chipboard letters! What I don't like? My design was putting my focal photo a little ABOVE the "base" line of the smaller photos, so that the corner of the hammock was lined up with the baseline, but when I glued it down I glued them all in a line. And I don't like it as well Oh well. Layout wild ride by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Linda , I love how you used your scraps in your first two LO's on this page--one as an open mosaic design and one in the punched scalloped circles. And then the strips on the Purr page (such cute photos there of that little photo bomber!) That Wild Life collection was perfect for scrapping your dd's guide camping. As always, I like your choices of colours and patterns. That yellow gingham is so fresh & pretty, and the pinks are used perfectly. Good job scrapping older photos and older papers. And GREAT job getting YOU on the pages! kmage , Shimelle has you on FIRE! Your pages are all delightful. I can see her influence, but the papers and stories are definitely your own. Love that you used up some ten year old product, too. LOVE the chalkboard background for the pic's of her at a real blackboard! Congrats on the new grandbaby, MDscrapaholic ! Who needs a traditional scrapbook when you do journals like YOU do? Gorgeous pages and they use photos to tell your story: isn't that what scrapbooking is all about? And condolences on the loss of a family member. @ktbop, nylene , scrappyrabbit , and AussieMeg , there is love on Flickr.

scrappinwithoutpeas your baby shower cards are darling! Was that writing a stamp, or did you do it yourself? If you did it yourself, way to go, that is a hard look to replicate I think. So pretty! The writing on "Welcome Little One" was hand-lettered, using a wonky style based on a font (or stamp?) I saw on Pinterest. I don't own that stamp or a similar font so I just wrote it out (carefully!). The lettering on "Showered with Love" was cut from my Silhouette, using the "Sunday Bold" font (welded). I use that font often, as it looks nice for scripty titles and welds easily. Thanks for your kind comments! My niece just had a baby girl so I'll be making more cards soon.

Layout #1 for Shimelle's "red week". I copied her layout pretty closely because I thought it was a nice balance of the red and black and it made it far easier to visualize. This picture is from 2017 and I've loved it forever but put off scrapping it because of the red! What I'm loving about the class is that I'm digging into old old stash and my colour organized drawers of old embellies. The doodlebug paper frills, KI gummi buttons, jillibean letters, the scraptastic vellum camera, the brackets - all so easily pulled when searching by colour this way! layout russian red by kirstendrew, on Flickr

A couple of cards to share this morning. Used my Spellbinders Glimmer system for parts of both. Trying to use it often enough that it becomes routine rather than a process i need to relearn each time I pull it out. This first card is to accompany the baby photo frame I finished yesterday. Welcome baby boy by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And here is a sympathy card. I really like the Pinkfresh frame foiling plates. I picked up the diamond one, but they also have hexagons and other shapes calling my name. At some point I would like to use them for shaker cards. Here, just a window to the layer beneath. heartfelt thoughts by Gramma Dee, on Flickr
