As usual, I am way behind on comments. Will come back later to look at everyone's creations. Here is my LO for today. Not alot of planning. Just kinda let the page make itself LOL. I just grabbed and glued (and then, to be truthful, UNstuck a few things and moved them around...) I even ended up adding the corner stenciling after I had glued everything down. POINTS: two pages created & shared (4). Eight photos for the Donna challenge (8). P-2 thicker (1), P-3 two patterns (2), P-5 PL card (1), P-6 three diecuts (3), S/I-2 twelve squares & rectangles (12), S/I-9 one star (1), s/I-10 one circle plus circles on stencil (2), c/M-i brushed on ink (1), C/M-5 all reds (1), T-1 inked edges (1), T-4 two layers (2), T-5 one stencil (1), W/T-4 month letters (4), W/T-6 two fonts (2), Th-2 pic's from BC (5), Th-7 summer (1), N/S-1 eight photos (8), N/S-2 two 4x6's (2), N/S-4 two 12x12 (12). Thanks, Linda , I kept waiting to see if you would tackle the Sketchy Sat. sketch so I could use yours as my example. I finally just decided to try it in landscape. That seemed to work. The trees were a free cut file from Paige Evans. I love her delicate files.

scrappyrabbit, you have love in the gallery on your cute Easter layout and your cards. FurryP, that card is really pretty. I assume you did all the inking before you used the cover die. You did such a great job going from color to color without getting muddy colors. (my problem). I may scraplift it. It would be great in masculine colors too. grammadee, your Canada Day page is wonderful. I left you love in the gallery. So many cute photos and touches. I think I caught up! I’ll go check out the gallery.

Time to get caught up starting with page THREE. pantsonfire, I am glad you are having fun with the different stencil effects. The results are beautiful. Are you planning to use these for PL cards in an album, for embellishments on a traditional page, or backgrounds for cards? Or are you "just" playing? I have sheets of watercolour paper with various effects I created months--and even years--ago in a drawer, and sometimes I pull one out and find a use for it. So many interesting and pretty pages, Linda! I love that kitty page with the diagonal strip: such a cool design. And the diecut of the happy chef on the BBQ page is a hoot! It is a nice contrast to the page with family sharing the meal--such a classic solid design right down to the dots at the bottom. I intend to lift that little stick with the marshmallows on it on your s'mores page LOL. Can't believe how you perfectly matched the shape of the flowers in the photo on your next page to those on the papers! And keeping the pp muted really helps the real flowers to pop. On to this page... FurryP, that bd card just pops right off the screen! The blended inks are so summery and happy, and they stand out so beautifully against that royal blue. Stunning. nylene, there is love in the Gallery for this and your other pages, but I am really impressed with how you worked that sketch to fit your landscape pages! Linda, great photos on the family game night page. That border strip with the dice in the scalloped circle is the perfect embellishment. And speaking of embellishments, the placement of all things bowling over and under the photo block on that page is really fun. And nice touch to fussy cut one ice cream cone from a PL card and pop it up over the other one. Cool! (pun intended). Pretty colours on the Happy days page. Whew!

Spent a couple of hours playing with paper this morning, about an hour of it on line with justjac . Put this LO together, using some assembled diecuts gramma had RAK'd me. Just unearthed them a week or so ago when I was sorting embellishments. Borrowed the title from Linda 's page. Thanks, Ladies!
ETA on Sunday:
This is for yesterday's Sketchy Saturday. Have shared it there, but popping it in over here so I can score these LO's together.
And here is a LO I started last night and finished this morning. Since I received them from my ds & ddil, I have been intrigued by these photos of the boys (and mom) framed by the porthole window on their Disney cruise ship. Yesterday I found some circle pp in my stash and I was good to go...
Believe me, I TRIED not to make Mickey ears out of those photos, but they would not let me LOL.
POINTS: six pages created & shared (12). Fifteen photos for the Donna challenge (15). One Sketchy Saturday (10). P-2 thickers (2), P-3 patterns (14), P-4 solids (2), P-5 PL card (1), P-6 diecuts (7), P-8 scraps (5), P-9 brad (1), P-10 kit club kit (5), P-14 tags (3), P-15 twine (1), S/I-1 gears (3), S/I-2 squares and rectangles (20), S/I-9 stars (2), S/I-10 circles (8), S/I-13 cloud (1), C/M-1 ink colours (6), T-1 inked edges (3), T-4 layers (11), T-5 stencil (1), T-6 dies (2), T-14 clusters with photos (4), W/T-4 month letters (14), W/T-6 title fonts (6), Th-2 travel pic's (7), Th-7 summer (2), Th-10 smores (1), N/S-1 numbers (7), n/S-3 4x6's (6), N/S-3 number in title (1), N/S-4 six 12x12's (36), N/S-6 5x7's (2). grammadee - love the S'more page - that plaid is awesome and the stitched star is also. The sketchy Saturday page is so pretty with the soft colours and variety of prints. The Mickey ears are great - how could you not? Love the nautical touches and the wave border.

Linda, your game pages are so sleek and classy. I need to learn that less is more. I love the clean lines and the use of the dice in your accented circle.~ Love the bowling embellishments and the perfect title. Great photos.~Great job on the ice cream page. The photo is so sweet. I love seeing siblings having fun together. Cool way to set off the title with tilted cards behind. ~ I love, love, love the Happy Days page. Clean, classic, perfect colors and a timeless page. Beautiful. More layouts for my Pinterest board. grammadee, I always love your 2 page layouts. The wave border on the Disney page is fabulous. You have love on each in the gallery. craftymom101, what a fun page with a very fun car. I love your journaling. So many travel die cuts all tucked in perfectly around your photo. Beautiful page! scrappyrabbit , you have love in the gallery. Cute pages. Your Arthur is such a sweetie. Swayzee was a bit dismayed while painting grandpa's toenails when she got to the missing toes. I love her expression. Spa Day

I decorated a couple of mini composition books to keep track of movies and television shows I want to see. With all the different streaming services and the watchlists you have to go into to save, I thought it would be easier to hurry and write it down when I hear about something interesting. I really liked the pink color on one, so I just added some green and white cardstock

Here are 3 journal cards I embellished. I haven't added journaling yet. I used 2 really old SEI cut outs and I think the umbrella sticker is EP. I'll try to add some praise tonight. I'm currently in my son's room because he's had issues throwing today. He's giggling as I type on my phone. I do better on my laptop.

I think I need to wear a tiara with my lab coat. I’ll call the look “a la Swayzee”. She also has one special Grandpa! They’ll be telling that nail polish story for years. So sweet!

refugeepea , you do such a great job embellishing your journaling cards. I especially love the one with the sun and the blue clouds. Perfect amount of decoration with just enough room for a little journaling. Great job. Your composition notebooks are beautiful. Such a great way to keep track of things. Makes me want to cover some of those that have been sitting in my closet. Did you pull the paper around the edges inside or just glue tightly to the edges? They look so nice. hmp, I'd love to see you in a lab coat with a tiara! LOL

I came across this old (1997) piece of paper. It brought back so many memories of early scrapping that I was determined to use it. It reminded me of the Quarter 3 Inspiration layout (C/N8) that I hadn't used yet. Here's my version: 100 % Boy

For the green notebook, I put double sided tape on the back of pattern paper that was oversized. I lined it up to the black edge and stuck it down. Then I trimmed the excess paper around the notebook. I'm not good at measuring.
