starting the quarter off with a super simple page - just a cut-apart (trimmed down) and some scraps of PP and dotted cardstock - and please excuse the poorly lit photo - this craft room just never gets good light

I knew you would be the first to post, Linda . You are so speedy. I love this design. I am definitely going to scraplift this on pages that have lots of 4x6 photos. Thanks so much for sharing! I love the PL card that says it all. Love it. ETA: I just discovered that I can save your layouts to my Pinterest board. You can't do that from Flickr.

nylene - thank you - it can be hard to fit lots of photos on the smaller pages and so often, I have lots of photos Here's another one for the Legoland 2017 album -I used the June 4th sketchy saturday sketch. Echo Park Animal Safari collection for the 2 PP, Paper Wizard for the scraps black Lego paper, and the title is actually the ride name cut from a photo. and one more single page using the same supplies - sticker is also EP Animal Safari, brad is from deep in my stash but was probably Eyelet Outlet

Perfect paper choice on your safari page Linda and I love the clean lines of the grid on your first layout.

I haven't actually shared any layouts here in a while although I do still occasionally post in the gallery. Here's one I made today based on a Shimelle BOBW from April last year.

Linda, I stood and looked at that Echo Park Safari paper at the store on Thurs. It made me want to go to the zoo so I could buy it and use it. Your pages are wonderful. It's amazing what people can do with Legos. I love all the photos you posted. They look like real animals. Chinagirl828, you have love in the gallery. It's fun to see your pages posted on this thread too. You have such a pretty kitty that must love you a lot.

Hi, just wanted to throw out there ahead of time. I don't want a flicker account so I can't post anything in the gallery (comments/photos). Also...once this thread starts going, I won't be able to keep up with everyone's projects, so the "like" button will be my helper. Sorry I can't keep up to compliment your project individually because I have to work during the week, and people are posting all throughout the day.

The like button works well and with limited time, it's best to focus on creating sometimes. There's no expectations about commenting or even liking here.

Linda , you must have an embossing folder that makes those cute little dots that you have used on the background and the little carousel. They couldn't be more perfect. Great page. That carousel is so cute. FurryP , please don't worry about comments. The thread and gallery move so fast that it's hard to keep up. BTW, MichyM posted info on how to post photos from another source in the Cardmaking thread. 2peasrefugees.boards.net/thread/131927/wanna-learn-post-pictures-come (sorry I don't know how to make it clickable. I am almost out of room on my Flickr account so will soon have to switch to something else. ETA: Oh, I think it is clickable.

Wow! You ladies got the quarter started with a BANG! I will be back to comment. I managed to finish one card today. It is for my ds's 45th birthday. The cards on the front are from a little set that popped out of a Christmas cracker. The ones in the middle are from an actual deck of playing cards I nabbed for scrapbooking service. Ok, here I go again> These 3 cards are using a Simple Stories card kit I got at TM. I really liked it and would definitely try out another if the collection appeals to me. There are 8 cards total in the kit. Most of the embellishments are thin, decent quality chipboord. I appreciated that. They don't look cheap. And this one was using a PinkFresh flower die:
