I'll go first: I have to roll my window down whenever I back into a parking place. No idea why. I can see the mirrors perfectly fine.
ETA: I also have to take my seatbelt off.

I would never attempt to back into a parking space. I just cannot. Lol
This is a great question and I'm sure I have a hundred of them but I'd have to think on it for a while!

We have a dishwasher. However it's just me and my husband so unless we're entertaining I never have enough dishes for a full load. Even that small load feature. As a result I handwash the dishes.
I wash, dry and put them away.
Yet every night when I make dinner I have to rinse and wipe out every pot pan dish etc that I use. I've no idea why I do this but I have my entire life. I know it's clean, I cleaned it but nope rinse and wipe off.
I'm not like this in any other area. lol Oh well I'll own my weirdness. :-)

I have to open packets from the top, not the bottom. If I’m home and open potato chips or anything else from the bottom, I’ll tape that end shut and open them from the top.

Nothing. Everything I do is exactly how it should be done. Duh.
I'm sure I have a million and one. As a spinoff of the kitchen one above, I can't stand having a dirty/messy kitchen. The rest of my house is quite the tip, to be honest, but the kitchen is as close to spotless as I can keep it (with 3 other people around 24/7 who do NOT have the same philosophy!).

I have this weird habit of holding water in my mouth when I drink. I don’t even realize I am doing it. I will just suddenly realize there is water in my mouth. It is like I forget how to swallow or something and I walk around with that last mouthful.
Now here is the weirder thing - both my mom and sister do the same exact thing! I have no idea why or when it started. My sister said she once took a shower and as she was drying off, she suddenly realized she still had a mouthful of coffee from earlier in the morning! So far, I have only done it with water. But to be fair, other than one cup of coffee every morning, all I drink for the rest of the day is water. I’ve never asked my older sister if she has ever done it. That would be really odd if all of us did.

I have to touch my tongue to the glass before I drink. I also rub my lips a lot. it's like a nervous rub with my fingers. I've gotten better at that one.

I have to open packets from the top That makes total sense to me! I know I have a lot of quirks. All of my pantry and refrigerator items must have the labels all facing out and easy to read, also must be stacked/stored neatly. I have 2 colors of bath towels and wash clothes (green and ecru) and they must be folded a certain way and then put in the linen closet with alternating colors (green, ecru, green, ecru, etc). If a pen has a removable top, I can't write with the pen unless the top is the end...if the top has gone missing, I will throw the pen away.

I know mine is not uncommon, but... I rearrange the dishwasher if the dishes are not in there Just So. I of course have my little reasons for why the plates need to go in a certain way, or the bowls, etc., but even *I* know it's kind of ridiculous. Here's the worst part: I'll do it at my mom's house, as well. To my credit, I never complain about anyone else's way of loading the dishwasher; I just quietly rearrange things when I do the dishes. My philosophy is that whoever does the dishes gets to pick how the dishwasher is arranged.

I know this is odd so only do it at home, not in public.
When I make a sandwich I do not cut it in half. To me, the centre of the sandwich is the best part and the crust edges are less desirable. To maximize the enjoyment I first eat the crust edge all around and then enjoy the large middle section, crust free.
With regards to backing in to parking spaces mentioned above…I work on a military base in Canada and all vehicles are supposed to back in/drive out. Many people have trouble with it but it is so much easier/safer than backing out. Mind you if I’m at a busy mall I search for a drive through spot and I’ve never parallel parked in my life lol.

My quirk, learnt from my mum, is to put milk in first, then the tea. She explained she did it this way because she didn't want a cup of hot tea sans milk pulled down on top of us.
I will, if at all possible, back into a parking space.
I don't own a watch and haven't worn one for decades.

I think I'm the very definition of quirky I'm absolutely eccentric. I like that. Eccentric. My DH just says I’m weird. I have to sleep in a completely dark room. Like, dark dark. If there is the teensy, tiniest little spot of light coming from something like a clock or electronic, I have to cover it up. Even if it means getting back out of bed to do it. There is a little tiny blue light on my DVR in the bedroom and it drives me crazy to open my eyes and see it in the night. I just have to get up and block that demon light. Ha I also absolutely positively have to brush my teeth before I leave the house. No exceptions. I don’t care if I’m running late or make my DH wait for me. I *HAVE TO* brush my teeth. (Yes - my DH is a saint for putting up with me. )

I always do everything right first. Shower - wash right arm, then left. Right leg, then left. Dressing - right shoe, then left. Right pant leg, then left. Lotion, jewelry, etc. Right, then left.

I'm also anal about the dishwasher being loaded to my specifications (like a PP) ... which means only I do it Related, my dishes must be completely rinsed off before going in the dishwasher ... my dishwasher can probably handle dirty dishes but the princess has never had to

I have a few but the way I sleep since DH passed away tops the list. Most people sleep north to south, I can only fall asleep if I’m east to west or diagonally across the bed. I can’t be on just one side of the bed anymore.

Similar to wellway, I do this with my coffee, always put the creamer in first before pouring the coffee. I know the right proportions, and it's easier to get the cup to the right level of fullness instead of risking a too-full cup if I pour coffee first then add cream. Weird, since the proportions are the same, but they're somehow easier to gauge if I do the cream first. Also, doing it this way mixes the creamer in with the coffee so little or no stirring is needed. I'm sure I have a million or so others, as does DH...but we put up with each other's quirks.

Like others have said, I have a lot. s/o of the chip one above, I do it the opposite way. I like to open my chips from the bottom. First I turn the bag upside down and shake all the salt or flavor that has settled to the bottom to distribute it back throughout and up to the top. Then I open the bottom of the bag and eat what now seems like an evenly flavored bag of chips.

Just so many. One that seems to really bother others is I eat bananas sideways, like corn on the cob. It is the only way as the center is the best part. Many, many food and clothing quirks.

I always tap the hood of my car when I walk by it. Take out the garbage, tap the hood. Go into the house from the garage, tap,the hood. For some odd reason, it reminds me of my grandma.

I wouldn't do it in front of you. I'd turn it upside down to shake and distribute the flavor then open the top and dump it in a bowl. So you're safe.
