Mine are shortening (I should learn to make pie crust with butter...) none. At all. I heard their was a cooking oil shortage but not a shortening shortage...
pepperoni
English muffins, but that seems to have resolved itself this week.
Are things in stock in your store?
ETA: I forgot two things that seem to be permanently out of stock here are hashbrown patties and phyllo dough. I haven't been able to get either for months...

Only thing here is drinks. For us it is raspberry tea.
Other than that, no shortages that I see.

I think people are subbing shortening for oil where they can, such as when frying food.

Only ice cream - but I think that’s more related to the heatwave we’re suffering than any supply issues!

It seems like ours vary each month. Lately it has been Diet Coke again. Thankfully when I start getting dangerously low dh is able to find some at Sams. I do think I could get 12 packs at our local grocery store but if I am being honest that won’t last very long. LOL

The weird one I noticed today was lemons. They only had about 10 lemons at our huge store that generally has 4 massive crates of them, so literally probably a couple thousand on average.

The pasta used had a lot of empty spaces today. It was early Monday morning so that may have changed as shelves often get wiped out over the weekend but I didn’t notice it in other isles but I didn’t actually go down many isles just glanced as I was walking through.

Yes to so many of these. My DH’s favorite coffee creamer has been out for several weeks. Pasta has been hit or miss for a long time. I haven’t been able to find small or large ring noodles for over a year. I heard there was going to be a powdered sugar shortage a number of weeks ago in my baking groups so I bought a 50 pound bag at business Costco so I would be sure to have some when the holidays roll around. Now I’m glad I did because I haven’t seen any anywhere for weeks. Pepperoni has been hit or miss too, DD likes it and sometimes I can’t find any. The things that are out of stock are so bizarre.

Canned cat food, still. I'll be so happy for the day someone starts a thread on this subject and I won't be posting on it saying canned freakin' cat food.

Canned cat food, still. I'll be so happy for the day someone starts a thread on this subject and I won't be posting on it saying canned freakin' cat food. same - I buy 2 brands (Meow Mix for my senior kitty and Sheba (but only the fish flavours) for the kittens)...and it's rare they are both in stock...and even when they are, it's a limit of 10/customer and cat litter is still pretty hit or miss for the basic clay litter - my cats prefer unscented (and so I) but some weeks the shelves are completely empty, some weeks I can only get the small bags, and some weeks it's scented or nothing. I have 5 cats (6 boxes) and we use a lot of litter.

This is random but Cheez-its cant consistently keep snack mix in stock. Sometimes it's a solid month before I can find it anywhere!

Gluten free mini pretzels or pretzel crisps is the latest one for me. I can get the sticks or the rods so it's not due to lack of ingredients.
Pepperoni surprises me as I had hoped to get a local summer sausage in my last order but it got subbed with a local pepperoni. There was a misunderstanding involved but it might be a blessing in disguise if there is a shortage.

Just siracha sauce, but that's a drought problem.

Diet Tonic has been missing from my regular grocery store forever. We always buy the Giant store brand but that and their regular tonic has been out. So a few times we bought the name-brand diet tonic, but now that's totally gone also. For now Harris Teeter has it in their store brand so I went over and bought 15 bottles. lol. We make wine coolers and juice coolers with it in the summer (fewer calories than having an entire glass of wine).

I noticed Peanut Butter yesterday but there was a sign (and I really didn't read it) but saying there was a shortage. There was some.. but most of the normal big names were gone.
There is always something missing.. it seems to be random.. one week is one thing another week is something else.

Our main store just went through a big remodel. There were empty spots everywhere. I couldn't tell how much where because they hadn't restocked the new set up or because of an actual shortage. They had so many empty spots that we started driving to a different location 20 minutes away. They were fully stocked.
PB I knew because of the big recall.
The one thing we've noticed is club soda. There seems to be plenty of the 1 liter bottles but no little cans or bottles. DH uses it maybe once a week. The 1 liter bottles do not keep their carbonation for more than a week after opening.
We're very much an one-stop shopping couple so the idea of going to multiple stores for just one or two things is not worth it to us.

Our dogs’ food has been difficult to find but I haven’t noticed anything else. Fortunately, someone always has it in stock to ship.

I didn't realize there was a pepperoni shortage, because I seldom buy any. However, that probably explains why my husband's favorite frozen pizza has been out of stock for so long. (It's a frozen pepperoni pizza I buy at the health food store of all places!)

My daughter is desperately trying to locate wood pellet cat litter, its the only type her massive spoilt BSH babies will use! I managed to get her 2 30l bags about 6 weeks ago but she only has about a week's worth left.
Anything tin ( foil) plastic ( lunch bags etc) and wood/paper seems to be scarce here in the UK.Yesterday I couldn't get bananas or lettuce and I've long since given up on my favourite coffee and protein yoghurt.

Now that you mention hashbrown patties, one of my kids likes those and we can hardly ever find them right now. I put them on the list week after week and come home without them week after week. And for awhile there was a shortage of certain Bush's baked beans around here, but that has finally righted itself.
Last week I found empty spots all over the pasta shelves. I blame inflation for that one, as it was almost all of the store brands that were gone in multiple stores---people may be trying to put together a few cheaper meals in the midst of this insanity.
We also find that many times, with national stores, an ad shows something, and the store never even gets in any of the sale items, which makes me feel badly for the employees. I feel like we've been eating all of the same things lately, so I keep looking at the ads trying to pick out a few new things to bring home for the kids over vacation, and they keep not being available when I go to the stores. Popsicles, cookies, special drinks, etc.

I can't think of anything I haven't been able to get, but in general, stock is just lower across the board in most of the grocery stores. I don't know if it's supply chain issues or cash management that's driving it.

Milk. It's hit or miss here. I buy whatever I can get. Last week there was none at all. Yes, Fairlife milk seems especially hard to find. Whipping cream has been another thing scarce around here. With my Ninja Creami addiction I need to either stock up on it or coconut milk.

I need my daily lattes!

It is often not available inside PetSmart, so I’ve just been ordering it online now. Chewy has very fast shipping.

I wonder if lot of the shortages are regional. I don’t have problems finding what we eat. The supply may be low, but it is generally in stock. We buy Fairlife milk and it is always in stock.
