If anyone would like the Elle's Studio Christmas Phrases Stamp set (minus the jingle all the way stamp and make note that the countdown stamp does not have straight edges and has damage to it but it still stamps), let me know. I got my new set today and it is all good. I can mail it out next month. If it is still available, I would love it! All yours. I will PM you next month for your address.

Like Ali's messy circles but want them less, well, *messy*? Got access to Polish scrap brand Studio Forty goodies (they're available from a few select international retailers)? You're in luck because their new line, Together, has the perfect sticker sheet for you! Together is both autumn and winter-oriented and these winter stickers are just right for DD (price is around 2.50€): ( joblackford Toget/her - teehee)

SB.com shipped my velvet Emerald Green album and it should be here Thursday along with the panoramic page protectors. Very excited to finally have something for my DD. Well... not including the stash I already have from previous years.

sleepingbooty Thanks for sharing that sticker sheet! It’s really cute and would be so useful in DD, minus Toget/her (as you noted) and Tradi/tions. What the elf!😬😂

along with the panoramic page protectors. I'd love to know what you think of these when you get them. I've got all the configurations in my cart and think they'd be really useful for DD when I just need a little more space. I'm sure they'll live up to my expectations but it's always nice to get an honest opinion to justify my spending

I'll be sure to report back when they arrive.

Very late but I missed the AE stencils, so I’ll create my own when the digital release (the ones I want). Glad to have this option!
Add me to the list of not totally surprised FJ is closing shop. Her shipping calculator on the site is awful and has never been fixed, or she’s refused to so she can send everything in one of her branded boxes.
Also, y’all are Ali Express enablers! 😆

Felicity Jane is closing but will release the last kit, IVY, on the 12th, as their last release. View AttachmentWow I'm behind on the news and only saw this now. I've never subscribed but have bought things from time to time. I'm always sad when a scrappy venture shuts down.

I just checked out the Felicity Jane Ivy release, and I think it’s really cute, but was relieved that I didn’t feel like anything was calling my name. I spent enough money with Ali this year, that I wasn’t wanting to spend anymore, but still had to look 😂. I’m sad Felicity Jane is closing, but like everyone else, I’m not super surprised.

Not sure if anyone likes to follow along with Shimelle's Christmas kit but she said it will be released this Wednesday afternoon. She usually has a stamp set or 2 and a best of both worlds-style shopping list (to shop LSS, shop the wishlist, or shop your stash).

Yes! This was a collection from several years ago, I want to say 2016 or 2017? I turned some of it B&W. The big skull snowflakes are some of my favourite DD embellies ever. They were perfect to document my love for The Nightmare Before Christmas! She's got a lovely, spunky and funky style, doesn't she? Serena Bee was all over the goth pastel trend before it became mainstream. She has gone a bit awol over the last couple of years but I hope to see her back in force for October Daily this year! Just love following her unconventional craftiness in an otherwise quite formatted industry.

a bit awol over the last couple of years Yeah, I was wondering what happened. She was posting all the time then it seemed like a sudden stop. The time stamps on the youtube videos started 5 months ago and she just recently announced the reopening of her shop. I hope everything is ok. I really like her energy. She's creative and down to earth, nothing fussy.

I am mulling over the purchase of a die set from AliExpress, each number is approximately 2 inches/5 cm high. It looks like it would be easy to use year after year, dramatic and impactful without taking up too much precious estate thanks to that slim profile. Love that you get to play around by adding or withholding the outline. I can see doing the outline in a glitter paper or by adding embossing powder in a tone-on-tone finish for an edgy touch. Total cost with shipping is under 5€. What do the DD-ers think? I think that is the same as the one I bought, but they were sold separately. I only bought the solid outline.
Shu-Wen recommends using Mono Tombow sand erasers to "prime" stamps. I've been doing it for a while and it really seems to help. She's got a lot of great stamping videos that I learn from on YouTube: www.youtube.com/c/ChouxPuffCreationsI use a white papermate eraser.

If you’ve been to the AE DD prep days, what do you think of them? I suppose for $5 it’s probably good/worth it. Would it be similar to the subscriber appreciate day from this spring or summer where there were mini classes/topics? They had mentioned other years it’s been 12 hours (and thinking of maybe 8 hours this year) and I can’t imagine what that looks like! I don’t want to do anything for 12 (or 8) hours. As others have said, I think it was totally worth it for the price. I got quite a few ideas for pages and there were about 8 digitals offered that I ended up using in some way. The time is divided up into different sessions with different hosts. For example last year the sessions were: intro & welcome mindset, live hour with Ali, workflow & organisation, live hour with Pam, celebrating different approaches to DD storytelling, another live hour with Ali, same story different ways, live hour with Laura, hybrid page idea with Jennie Rey and wrap up & QA. Agree 100%. I love prep day.

EuroPeas: Artemio's new Christmas collection, Woodsy Christmas, with loads of critters and muted greens is starting to arrive at retailers. Paper pad is 60 12x12 sheets for about 16€, acid and lignin-free, made in Belgium. (full collection here) Perfect if you want to stay on budget and have enough paper to make cards and/or DIY an Advent calendar on top of your DD pages.

Oh my goodness, I love the fox in that collection. And the wooden ornaments to go with it! My daughter loves foxes. Is there any place that ships Artemio to the US?
I shall begin my hunt now...
Edit: Well. Now I want their Fall in Love collection too! Still searching!
Edit again: They have another collection, Splendid Christmas, that has lovely foliage and ornaments. The diecut/wood ornaments are so pretty. I should not have opened the holiday catalog, ha!

I have found the stickers and stamps, but still hunting for the paper pad. This is a need, not a want. 😊
Edit: I ordered some Woodsy Christmas stamps, puffy stickers, die cuts and wood embellishments. Never found the paper or the wooden ornaments, but I did email the company to see if they knew of some vendors that ship to the US. Thanks for enabling!
