It worked for me.
Sometimes I have this issue with old class videos, but it always works at a later time. Maybe Vimeo gets the glitches.

Shimelle posted 4 new videos for the This Year's Story class under the class materials section. Yay for new things to watch! Looks like they are the February pages, so I imagine this will be it for me. I only paid for the introductory class, not the whole year. Well good for you!    I'm still waiting for the first Use Your Punches class that I bought [what feels like] eleventy seven months ago.  Thanks for the heads up, I'm going to check it out. |

I was doing a last scroll through my phone at midnight last night, before going to sleep, and your layout popped up. I said something like "Oh WOW!" and then looked to see whose page it was. So, I just received my #acmaincharacterenergy order…..
And Imma need MOAR.
This may be my favorite Shimelle collection, ever. May even top Starshine, because the die cuts and stickers are a bit more useful for me (but the floral in starshine…and the reds and navy, and coral, and and..)
But y’all, this is such a happy, versatile collection of colors and patterns and I freaking love it!!! There’s THREE floral papers that I’ve already fussy cut, because they just NEEDED TO BE. So now I need to order more to use as actual paper, ha!

I have a random question, as I have not been to a Shimelle live in quite awhile. I pre-ordered her Christmas stamps for this year, has she made any announcements as to when these would begin shipping?
I just deep cleaned my scrap room, and suddenly I have so much space for new goodies... 😉

Pretty sure I heard her tell someone that they hadn’t arrived yet. congrats on making lots of space! |

So, what does "soon" mean to you? I'm curious, because a post on Shimelle's forum on 24th June says "Use Your Punches Is Coming Soon!" I paid for the coming-soon course a few days later. Now, one hundred and three days later, I have still not seen any classes.
Who else purchased this class?

Who else purchased this class? Me! But a) I know she will make good on it some day... and b) I know I would buy it that day anyways! It's that other big year-long class I feel she's given up on. Most people (like me) only bought the first segment (which she finished eventually), and I did enjoy it and get value from it. As frustrating as waiting for her stuff is, I do kinda respect that she is staying true to her "my life/family first, my business second" model. Takes some guts especially when we know she is sensitive to the criticisms and doesn't like to upset people. Not saying it's a good business model, but she's sticking to it  |

Who else purchased this class? I also purchased! This might not be a popular opinion but I honestly don't care when the punches class comes out. I'm hoping sometime in the next 6 months, but I'm not worried about it. I have plenty of free content to keep me busy until then, and if Shimelle emailed me and said, "Hey can you buy me a 5 dollar coffee for everything you have learned from me for free?" I'd happily buy her 10. So whenever the punches class rolls out, I am good with that. (Also just wanted to add, I am not that laid back in my life and work. I give Shimelle a HUGE pass because I feel like she goes above and beyond and appreciate her more than I can say. I was pretty down in the dumps and hadn't papercrafted in 2 years when I started watching her and she inspired me to get crafting again, with amazing free content) |

I have the class pass so I have the punches class as part of that. I agree with everything everyone else has already said, including buying her classes knowing I may not get a complete class, or that it might take way longer than expected. I credit her with teaching me how to make pages I really love and I find her teaching style engaging and typically well prepared.
However, I don't know why we're so willing to give her a pass because her content is inexpensive, or because she's passionate about the industry, or because we like her. At the end of the day this is a business, and many of us have jobs that we have to balance with family life and somehow manage to do so. If she's finding WB is taking up a bigger chunk of her time that's fine, but perhaps she should scale her business back accordingly so she can meet her obligations on both fronts.
I have no problem with her philosophy of living life first, and I will no doubt continue to support her by buying her classes even though part of me is annoyed at myself for supporting a business model that treats its paying customers so casually.

That's why I don't buy her classes. The only one I bought is Journal Your Christmas, because you get access to all the materials forever. It's a business. Many of us are working moms as well, and I also have a small business. There is a father in the picture too, so I'm not sure why she seems to have to do everything. Anyway, that's her personal business, not mine. Her approach doesn't work for me, no matter how inexpensive her classes are.
