Please share where, in what, & how you store & organize stickers, including flat & dimensional (e.g. foam, puffy, layered) alphas, numbers, words, phrases, labels, tabs, images, etc? TIA. ETA: See other recent "how do you store & organize" threads: StencilsEmbossing FoldersEnamel Dots

I organize by theme. I use 13 x 13 plastic envelopes. I have about 30+-ish categories. Everything for that theme goes in there. Stickers, paper, embellishment, chipboard, etc. Edited to add: Some themes, have a lot of paper (Halloween, Christmas), so I put the paper in a separate 13 x 13 plastic envelope.
Stickers that don't fit into a theme, go in a binder that is filled with divided holders (like sheet protectors with various size pockets).

Super large rectangle Tupperware containers sorted by theme for unopened packets. A4 binder with card sleeves for left overs so I can easily flip through and find little bits and bobs Alphabets in a stadium style organiser And yes I have way too many stickers to need that many containers 😂

Well PaperAngel there's another part of my life that needs some organization. I currently have my stickers stored by theme along with paper & embellishments in Artbin "satchels" (plastic containers with handles). But I do have my alphabet stickers stored in the tall stadium sticker holders from sb.com. I really do need to weed through my themed stickers and get rid of some.

P.S. I should add that stickers that go with a collection are usually kept with that collection until I've used up a major portion of it.

Alphabet stickers are upright in a re-purposed printer cartridge box on my desk. I am trying not to buy letter stickers anymore, and print all my titles with my Silhouette, so once they're used up (probably in 100 years) the box will go away... They're constantly the wrong color, size, or I don't have the correct letters so half the time I don't even bother to flip through them... hence why they are now parked on my desk right in my face.
Theme stickers are in their theme 12 by 12 drawer (the kind that come in sets of three) Everything else is in another drawer.

ummm...you had to ask about stickers...
my older stickers are stored in my theme folders (with other related items) - plastic file folders in file folder holder tubs (from the school supply aisle)
my 12 x 12 stickers from collections that are otherwise used up are in a drawer. Military, christmas, and travel are also in drawers as those themes outgrew the theme folders.
so far so good, right?
But then there's my Alex drawers - I have one with more recently acquired Christmas embellishments, one with all the embellishments I got in my Pinkfresh box, and one with a random assortment of stickers nad other embellishments that are recent-ish acquistions. Oh and alpha stickers are also in a drawer.
And stuff that goes with a collection is with the collection still.

I keep my smaller sticker sheets on my clip it up. I keep my 12x12 sheets in a plastic folder/envelope to flip through. My alphabet stickers (that I NEVER remember to use) are in size order in a drawer system.

Alphas/Numbers are in a large art bin storage thing. Words/Phrases are in a 12x12 iris container thing. (unless I want to keep them with their collection-then they are with the collection) Stickers books/sheets are kept with their collection until I use it up or get sick of it etc. Misc. stickers that I pick up are in a photo storage box.
This works for me. It's not the most efficient, but it works with the way I think so I guess it's ok! LOL!

Some themes I keep together. Depending on the quantity, I use either a ziploc bag or a big 12x12 bag. -Baby -Christmas -Halloween -camping/outdoors -summer/beach -wedding Etc
If it doesn’t go in a theme, I sort by size. The 6x12 size I keep in one section, and smaller stickers in another.
When I’m making a layout that doesn’t overtly fit a theme, or when I’m wanting some additional pieces, I rifle through all my stickers. My stash is not too large so I’m able to do this easily.

Not very well... Themed/image stickers stay with their collections. I have a standing divided file folder for my letter stickers, and the 12x12 sheets stand up between it and a hutch support. Most used ones stand in a small Tupperware tub next to those. But when I need stickers, I rifle through them, grab what I want and don't always--let's say never--put them back immediately. When they get completely out of hand, I sort the letter ones into colours and the phrase/image ones into themes. But it doesn't take them long to break free...

Alpha stickers are housed in the Tall Sticker Organizer by SB.com. I have it sitting in a Kallax cube, where there is about 2" space in front as the base is not as long as the length of the cube. It's just enough space to hold a clear acrylic napkin holder, similar to this one. (non-affiliate link) that holds the small sheets of alpha stickers (6x8 or smaller). The smaller sheets would get lost in the tall sticker organizer, so it works really great! All other stickers are sorted by size, to fit in the Die, Stamp and Supply Organizer by Totally Tiffany. I absolutely LOVE this thing. All the dividers are removable so it can be customized. The back section I removed the divider and it holds 12x12 stickers/chipboard. All the plain, heavy duty chipboard received from shipments of single sheets of patterned paper goes in the very back of this section to help support the sticker sheets. The middle section I have one divider in the middle, so there are two sections that fit all the 6x12 sticker sheets/books. The front row I have divided into thirds. Two sections hold pocket cards and one section holds the smaller packs of things like word stickers/puffy stickers, etc. I also keep two of the 4x6 Iris photo containers sitting on the ledge of the container between the back and middle section. They hold enamel dots. This organizer sits on my desk in front of me, just to the left, but at an angle so it's all in arms reach. I may end up putting it on a rolling cart in the next iteration of my craft room, just to free up more space on my desk for creating.

lol... this is where I show my crazy...
I have a big heart candy box that I put every single heart shape thing in.. stickers, die cuts, veneer, buttons, brads... I also have a smaller plastic box that I put every star shape in... yes, that means I cut out every heart or star from all the sticker sheets and books...
I have a binder that I put all big words in... big like title words.. stickers and die cuts...
Then I have a spiral that is all tiny words.. and I cut them out of sticker books or off sticker sheets... and tape them in.. i also put smaller alphabet sheets in this spiral... cut out of all the books or taped in from ephemera packs...
Then I have color binders for my other stickers and die cuts... which are really just spiral notebooks.. its crazy but yes I cut them all out.. even happy planner books or sticker book or off the big 6x12 n 12x12 sheets.. i tape the sticker back onto the notebook paper... and flip thru whatever color book I am looking for...
I know its crazy... but I enjoy when I get new stickers or ephemera and sort it and put them into all the books..

I also cut up my sticker sheets. When they are new I leave them in an organiser on my desk until I'm no longer reaching for them for every page I make, which is when I cut them down into their individual pieces. I mostly sort by colour although I do have a couple of themed categories. Things like title words go into one of those 4x6 Iris photo containers if they are one piece on a sheet of other images. If it's a dedicated title pack of words I keep them in the front of my alpha storage.
I keep super themed pieces in another Iris photo container, so if I want a clock or a robot or a rainbow or a backpack I just have to look in one place. I keep all the critters, including unicorns and dragons, in another small tin. All the generic pieces are sorted by colour.
I have a stack of little words and phrases. Some have been cut off sticker sheets, like the word block at the bottom of the CV sticker sheets, others are the dedicated words/phrases sheets like the ones from AE/SC.
Labels and tabs have their own drawer in my desktop storage as I buy and use them a lot.
I like mixing and matching manufacturers and collections so this really haphazard way of storing everything works for me. I treat foam/puffy/die cut/stickers interchangeably, so they are all stored in the same containers irrespective of type.

I don't have too many stickers except for alphas. Alphas are all together in two Artbin satchels (like the iris cases). Tiny stickers, for example, I have sheets of hearts, triangles, and other shapes, go in my shoebox of enamel dots because I think I will use them the same way. Words are together in a photo case (hmmmm, should I move them to my alpha boxes?). New sheets that go with a collection stay with that collection until the paper is used up.

Everywhere! My stickers are everywhere.
Stickers typically stay with their collection until I break the whole thing down. When that happens, stickers will get sorted by theme and placed in a 8.5 x 11 binder. Alphabet and phrase stickers go on my one tiered spinny thingy (whose name is totally escaping me now). Any 12x12 stickers sheets go into a plastic sleeve.
Sometimes I keep a sheet or two on my desk as well, just to try and use it up.
My dog tries to eat my stickers too. So if she does get one, that is stored in her tummy. I definitely don't encourage that, though. Haha!

I keep all of my different collections in individual 2 gallon storage bags. The stickers stay with the collection. I have a hard time using a sticker without it matching at least one paper on my layouts. My brain just won't let me mix artistic styles. I like the idea of cutting up and sorting sticker sheets but it just isn't the way I scrap.

Those of you who cut your sticker sheets apart, how do you keep the stickers on the backing? I tried cutting a sticker sheet up last night, and suddenly the little brats want to stick to everything on my desk except the backing sheet...

My stickers stay with the collection until the collection is used up enough to put in my general collection, by theme. One thing I do with sticker sheets is use an Exacto knife to cut out random elements that belong in a different theme. For example, summer lines often have various fruit stickers. If I don't think I'll use with the collection, I cut them out and place them with my food/kitchen theme items where they are more likely to be used.

Thanks for your responses. I primarily organize supplies by type & secondarily by manufacturer. Small sticker sheets hang on a desktop Clip-It-Up base unit, 12x12 & 6x12 flat & dimensional stickers are corralled in a Cropper Hopper (now Storage Studios) Paper Holder, & Thickers sit upright in wire locker baskets.

Stickers that go with a collection are kept with that collection. Stickers that have been used to a point or don't match a specific collection are kept my theme in my scraprack.

950nancy wow!!! Beautiful!!! breetheflea to make it easier i pull off the border from the stickers.. its easier to cut just the backing... in a sticker book.. i will pull it apart.. take off all the sticker edges and sometimes move stickers that match closer to each other... then just glue that part to my sticker book
