Linda, these pages are so cute. The purple is my favorite. I think your colors look great! I love the grouping of the 4 photos in the center of your Cool in the Pool page. Such cute patriotic dresses for your girls. I'm betting you made them! Great patriotic page. Love the photo of the baby in the sink! I'm impressed that you had the time to get the camera. LOL. Love them all.

Such cute patriotic dresses for your girls. I'm betting you made them! Thanks nylene - and yes, I did make the tunics and trousers for the girls. They were a bit more complex than I usually sewed - the pattern was from Ottobre Designs - but I was so pleased with how they turned out.

Whew! I managed to finish the last of the SKETCHtember challenges today. Nothing like a time crunch to get the juices flowing LOL. These first two are colour challenges from Ryann . I was able to use the same basic pallet and papers for two double pagers on the same event, so that saved some time, for sure. Got the twists on both #7 monochrome and #28 cool: Malahat Sky Walk by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Road trip with Dad by Gramma Dee, on Flickr On to the 5K run that dgs made a couple of weeks ago. Good for both Chinagirl828 's #19... 5k army run by Gramma Dee, on Flickr ...and *I HOPE* for Linda 's #27 with twist to fussy cut: POINTS: Seven 12x12 pages (140), created & shared (14). Twenty photos scrapped for the Donna challenge (20). Four SKETCHtember challenges with twists (32). P-12 plaid, P-16 tags, S/I-2 stars, S/I-5 butterflies, S/I-12 leaves, C/M-3 teal/blue/lilac, C/M-5 monochromatic, C/M-7 orange/yellow/brown, Th-4 travel, N/S-9 five photos, O-8 two inserts 6x12. Total: 217.

Linda, you have been on FIRE! Starting comments for page THREE: Love all your ZOO pages, so cool that you have matched your papers to the birds/animals you are scrapping. Love the background pp in that page with your dh at the zoo in 2008. Of COURSE you had the perfect little train car to dress up your pic of you and the little ones on the zoo train. Your anniversary card is really professional looking: love the red & white. And you ended the month with such bright happy colours. I have said before but will say again how much I am enjoying seeing your pages about your kids when they were little. Those girls were SOOO cute! Especially all dressed up in the outfits Mama made them. Now onto this page: that pic of the little one in the sink is worth a giggle or two! Love how you used the alternating traditional and tilted squares: such a fun way to scrap this fun photo. And I think you handled the purples really well: they all look to me like they coordinate, and I love how you switched from the horizontal and vertical breaks to waves of colour. Your Bee card looks really bright and cheery: I am sure your dd loved it. Of COURSE you found anemone pp to back the photo of the two girls in their Nemo shirts! Good job getting all those photos on the last two LO's. I gave my templates away several years ago, but I know at least once since then I ended up cutting rounded rectangles into cs with my Silhouette so I could get a bunch of pic's under control.

Thanks grammadee - if you look closely at the PP for the Nemo shirts, there are little clownfish (Nemos) hiding in there.

So many sweet memories represented in those photos, Linda! Love all the bright colours in their clothes and on your papers and extras. My fav is that last page with the bright circles where you talk about her learning colours and shapes.

Linda you are on FIRE! I didn't know you had a redhead in your family! Such sweet photos, and the one in the sink is priceless LOL. I love it when I catch moments like that lol. I really like the purple LO, it turned out really well! My favorite is that last one, the blue and white diagonal, the sweet line of embellishments that go so perfectly with those precious photos. grammadee great job finished all of the sketches! I'm glad you are on my team! There's love in the gallery for you!

I didn't know you had a redhead in your family! Thanks - all three children had strawberry blond hair when they were small but they all darkened to varying shades of dark brown. I was hoping for true red-heads - my mother and my MIL were both redheads, I had red highlights until they turned grey and DH was very blonde as a small child (but dark brown once he was school-age) - but the dark genes overruled.

joyfulnana, there is love in the Gallery. Linda, I'll bet your dd is enjoying all her toddler pages, and your other dd will LOVE all her pages when she gets there this weekend. I love how you captured their facial expressions with your camera and now have them pinned down on pages. The background papers--gingham and florals--add a nostalgic feel to these pages: remind me of tablecloths and wall paper in vintage homes. Your Halloween cards are really fun. Love all the spooky focal images and bright colours. Were all your kids such scamps as that youngest one? The pages about time spent with big brother and dad as well as sister time with the sand box add a lovely touch of family interaction. Your family really knows how to have an adventure. Love the pumpkin farm pic's. Great colours on that and your birthday party pages.

Were all your kids such scamps as that youngest one? yes and no - they all had their own special brand of mischief. DS was a climber and he was also the one who sprinkled cornmeal all over the house. DD23 had a magnetic attraction to water and ws plucked out (thankfully) of many a pool, pond, and fountain - she was also my escape artist. Thanks - I've had fun working on the older photos. 2008 is almost done - 4-5 pages to go I think

These first two I did on the Wednesday crop And this last is a layered cut file in a shadowbox for my BIL for Christmas - my sister saw the one I made DH for father's day and suggested her dh would like one too. grammadee - the thank you card is lovely! Great job with the folded card - cute bears! I like the colour choices for the Army run - great pics! And that diagonal design is great! Love it

Great use of crop time, Linda. Such cute pages. Love the stripes with the trains and that page design with the sweet doll hug. Dang. I missed all the crops this week, except for the one I dropped in to chat. That is an amazing shadow box!

I'm so sorry. I've been awful about sharing and commenting the past 2 months. These are my most recent 4. I am finishing up my DDs final dance season in 2021. I previously scrapped randomly, and rarely scrapped the same event or subject twice in a row. This has led to obvious "gaps" in my albums. So now I'm working through each subject/event to completion. Gets repetitive, but does let me better coordinate stories and papers! layout variety show by kirstendrew, on Flickr layout thats a wrap by kirstendrew, on Flickr layout arcade joyride by kirstendrew, on Flickr layout 24 fouettes by kirstendrew, on Flickr
