YES! I was trying to get them in my realm this morning (kids had the Switch tied up yesterday) and then my game locked up. /sigh I'll try again later I spent moonstones for the beach house in the premium shop. I’ve been wanting that since I passed on it the first time. Really glad I passed on Eric’s ship last week! I haven't decided on getting Figaro yet... he's so cute. I did get the Stitch bundle though, I mean, was it even a question when yesterday was Stitch Day? I might have to hand in my Disney lover card - but I'm not a Stitch fan LOL |

I might have to hand in my Disney lover card - but I'm not a Stitch fan LOL Totally okay! There's enough characters to spread the Disney love. Stitch is one of my DD's absolute favorites, so I'm kept well in the loop of his shenanigans. I'm the anomaly in my family because my parents weren't big Disney lovers and neither is my sibling, but I jumped into that train and just let it take me away. My kids (and DH) had no choice but to jump in.  |

I'm determined to complete it though for the 5 companions, dang it! I think Mulan is level 4 and Mushu is level 5 so far while I chug along on the Starlight Path, too. How's everyone else doing? |

It’s not Remy’s it’s the castle! You will find trophy’s those two places, little cakes in Moana WallE and Remy realms, and hockey equipment in Mickey Goofy and Merlin houses. I have the memories completed just working on the collect 200 one! |

I stumbled across a trophy maybe the first day and didn't really remember reading the mail I got. I know when I opened the memory I thought it said in and out. Then a couple days later I saw something on it. I did find several things in Remy's realm and also Moana's. Nothing on Wall-e's. I did find a trophy and a golden potato in Scrooge's store.
I just got Mulan and Mushu last night. I thought I would never be done with all the camp readiness! But they're here now.
Just grinding out the star path at the moment.

The other video game thread had me wondering how everybody is doing with the new update last week!!
Jafar and Tiana? Having fun with this Star Path> I think I'm almost done with it. I've gotten all the rewards except the last moonstone set on pg 6, and then the bonus moonstones on the last page. Yay!

I finished the last star path so quickly, I decided I might need to go a bit slower on this one. I do need to print out the entire list so I can keep up with all of them.
I have finished the Jafar and I have Tiana. I haven't done her first quest yet. I don't think.
If I'm honest, I am becoming a bit bored with DDV. The other thread got me thinking on some other games. I looked in the Nintendo store and Hogwarts Legacy is on sale. I sent a text to gamer son and he said it was a really good price but wasn't sure if I would like it. In his words, "you like calmer games" which is why I sucked at Zelda: Breath of the Wild. He gave me his thick book and I was working through that one. I am just not a battler. He said I might not like Hogwarts due to that fact. I am puppy sitting this weekend at his house. He said he would have Hogwarts pulled up on his PS. I should play through it some. We will see. I have quite a few days more before the sale is over.
I will most likely play more of Disney this weekend. Work through on getting all my characters to 10. I only have 2 open quests available.
I really need to pick up AC again. I am sure my villages don't remember me and I can't even think of all the clean up that is needed there.
One thing ODS told me was that there is a new event Sept 4. I asked him what and he didn't know. Also told him it was odd that they are saying that since this new event just started. He said he was only telling me what he read. I think, on Nintendo. Not sure where he got info.

I refuse to play. When it's required, I make my daughter do it. Also not a huge fan of the Daisy boutique. It's just "meh" to me. That said, I love the clothing and furniture from Tiana's quests. I may have to redo my kitchen. |

I bought Hogwarts Legacy on sale and played the first little bit but I don't know that I'll like it because I'm not a battler. I like quests instead.
Also, what is the dream snaps challenge? I need to unlock Vanellope to eventually unlock Daisy.

DD pre-ordered at Christmas, it was delayed and delayed, she finally got it and has played it only a few times. Just didn't click with her. Jafar and Tiana? Tiana, however, is almost level 10. I've been more focused on the Star Path since I won't have time to play for a bit. One thing ODS told me was that there is a new event Sept 4. I think this is the first time I saw a Nintendo Announcement and AC wasn't a blip on SM, it was about the Switch 2. Apparently it hasn't even been confirmed as a thing, but people are fiending for it. I'd love a new AC game though. I think it would be hard to top our ACNH summer, but I can hope. Also, am I the only person who despises Scramblecoin? I hate playing Scramblecoin. I just skip past it when its required. HAHA! I actually started out hating it, but now I like it a lot more. The problem is that they only give you like these stupid lowbie pieces. I try to only play the characters that give me the bonus, but I've unlocked everybody except the newest piece, so that helps. The Rapunzel piece is legit, but I swear the computer drops those gold coins around the character I'm playing on purpose!! Overall, I enjoy killing some time and losing myself in it for a bit, but I definitely struggle when there's not an event. |

I've been playing for a while now and I still don't know what star paths are. It's one of the Events in your tabs, the same as DreamSnaps. On the Switch, you hit the + button to scroll those top tabs? It's in the Events. DreamSnaps, I can't remember if you had to unlock a certain character to participate. Basically it's a photo challenge, you have certain requirements you have to meet whether it's an outfit or a room/spot on your island. You take a photo, then click ZR to submit it to DreamSnaps, it'll tell you if you completed the challenge or what you're missing and the Wardrobe/Scene buttons will show you which items you need, too. It can be hard if it's specific and you don't have a lot unlocked. You submit the photo and next week, you'll receive mail with some Moonstones, dust stuff, and clothes/furniture based on the votes you received. You can just vote as an option, too, which earns you a max of 50 Moonstones. Hope that helps! And Daisy's shop sucks. It seems pretty pointless to me, but I don't like to design the stuff? Maybe someone else loves it. I just like that if I have to track her down, I know she'll be there! >.< |

Star Paths are optional extra quests that are character or movie themed and allow you to "purchase" themed items with points you acquire doing those quests. They appear periodically, and you can find them under the Event tab when you press +. You can work on them three at a time, or you can use moonstones to buy a faster path where you can work on six at a time. Dream Snaps is also a little thing where they select a theme and you set up your background, dress up in themed clothing, take a picture, and while your picture is up on the screen, there's an option to submit it to Dream Snaps by pressing your ZR button. It took me a while to figure that out! It will tell you if you have met the challenge when you try to submit the photo. People vote on the photos and you might get some points for entering. |

Dang da danggity dang!! I had the absolute best Dreamsnap set up for the Tiana challenge. I made food for the table, candles, a grand piano and meant to grab Tiana last night to get that photo and submit. When did I think of it? This morning while gathering my stuff to head out. I am so bummed. When I got to work, I did open my game to see that I already had received my results from the last submisison, Make It Camp. I got 1200 moonstones!! Color me shocked! Which I promptly spent on the Jack Skellinton outfit.
Still sludging through the Dapper Star Path. I finished the previous one so early and this one just keeps dragging. I think I have a bit more going on at the moment and just can't seem to devote much time to it. But sludge on I go.

I liked some of the tasks in this one better than previous paths. I hate the ones where it's "gift 4 favorite gifts to XXX". Dude. If I wanted to give them a gift, I would! There's no incentive after they're level 10. Now, maybe if they would give you something back? I mean, if your "favorite" is a shiny bumblestone? Pssshhhhh. I did find that Tiana pretty much had 2 cooked dishes each day and Jafar was flowers, so those weren't too bad. Don't fret too much about still going through the path, I'm done and today it says "13 days left". I just checked Scrooge's and collected some marshmallows and flowers that I'm low on in storage. Holy bonfire though! If you have been collecting the marshmallows, that bonfire is way bigger than I thought it would be! |

I finished the star path a couple weeks ago lol. I seem to have a habit of needing to get tasks done if they are listed. So now I'm back to no tasks, just trying to level up Jafar so I can finish him.
I've saved a few FB posts and TikToks for areas I've seen decorated that I love, so I'd like to spend time doing that. I do find it relaxing!
I'm doing marshmallows - although I'm finding the blue ones don't spawn for me like I think they are supposed to. Some days I get 6 on the beach and others none or one. But I've handed out the 25 to guests, and am working on eating 25 smores. I've made the cooler with them, and may make the fire pit.
Still enjoying though!
Part of me wants the Meg outfit, but that's a lot of moonstones. I'm a hoarder when it comes to those! LOL

dawnnikol , I'm not a mickey mouse fan, but the game is really fun. It's challenging and interesting. I've watched the walkthrough- I'm also a big fan of those, but there is technical jumping and enemy killing at the same time and I am not skilled enough to do all at the same time  |
