To anyone with the DLC: Are you, too, tired of having to run around 2 worlds to find the daily blue chest? It was fine at the start but since the update, I am covering ground like a mad woman. I cannot spend this amount of time trying to find it daily. I used to be able to log in and locate it within 5 or so minutes. Today's blue chest took me right to the very last biome left to explore. If this continues, I'm going to have to clear major patches of land on Eternity Isle to make it at the very least a little easier to spot. This is madness. I believe she's on Switch, like me. The best I could find was in Settings under Controller, but it's only 2 options.. Also, yes, swapping between the two world is ridiculous. I get that they left it open to expand eventually, but having to load to go into the castle, load to get to the "landing", and the load coming off the boat... :X Does your Scramblecoin do a super pause on round 2-4? I'll move, then wait on my opponent for ages. Come on CPU, you can do it! Then they drop gold coins near them and they win anyway, but whatev. |

We need to either have the blue chest spawn in one central place for each world or to have a direct teleport inside our home. It's not sustainable as it is. dawnnikol I let out an audible gasp minutes ago when I discovered there's a Fast Travel option for all biomes! You can click and go from the Wild Tangle to the Peaceful Meadow straight away. No need to triple-load from the boat to the castle! 🤯 Go to Map. Click to see the Villagers in Eternity Isle/Dreamlight Valley. Click whichever button allows for the Fast Travel option. You'll see Valley, Eternity Isle and Realms. I discovered it by accidentally clicking the X button on my controller when I was in the Villagers menu. Mind. Blown. No more constant castle runs, even for Realms. 🎉💃🍾

okay I miss playing with you guys. Wahhhh. I miss our old fun on AC!
I did buy this game for my mom and we never got very far into it. She had a heck of a time trying to fish and honestly it was so confusing and weird to me even I couldn't explain the game to her so she gave up.
And, I downloaded it right when it came out and if I recall correctly it wasn't cheap, like $70 for the full on package. Should I highjack her Switch and attempt to play?
If you can give me a good website or Youtube channel you recommend to help learn the game I'll do it. <3

Woo boo! I finally got Ariel and Ursula to 10, so now I have Eric.
It is starting to get crowded on my map when I’m looking for a villager to do something with/for lol.
I hate that Forgotten is so dark - it’s really hard to find dark wood in there! Of course I’m mostly playing at night so that doesn’t help.
Is it best to level up who you already have to 10 before adding new villagers from the castle realms?

Can somebody explain the current Event to me? I see there are tasks to do - do you have to do each and every one of them? I get that completing them gives you different currency to buy new fun things with…..but some of these tasks are long (hang out with a silly stall owner - 15 times) for the same 10 coins as some smaller things.
But is that the jist of it?

I think I'm doing it right lol - I'm plugging along doing tasks that are in the Event duties list and piling up the dreamlight - I'll be able to open some new realms soon!
And I've got two pumpkin areas going, loving the extra coins. I've upgraded all the buildings that can be upgraded, and I think I have one or two more Moana boat ones. And I can afford the pretty dresses in Scrooge's shop LOL

But is that the jist of it? I think, for the most part, as long as you do the normal dreamlight duties, you will eventually rack up winter path rewards. And I'm. Ot exactly sure but I don't thinknit is 15 times but counts as minutes. I grabbed Goofy and mined rocked with him. I hit him up for mining at the beginning. And when I checked my rewards, I had 4 of 15. I had not hung out with him 4 times. |

The hangout duties are definitely in minutes, not amount of times. 😉 We've had Star Paths with 60 before.
Anyone thinking of using the sloop and the brand new Ancient Fountains for their DreamSnap this week? I feel like I'd be doing what most people who've gotten around to start crafting furniture at the Timebending Table are going to submit. But it's sooo tempting! 🥴

oh yvonne, you must play. You were so much fun when we were playing ACNH. Fishing takes practice, but once you figure it out it's easy. It took me some time to figure out the game. I almost gave up a couple times. I play on my switch.

It's been a while since I logged on here and I have learned a few things. Fast Travel?!!!!!! Gotta try it. The new codes! Gotta redeem those.
I used to get 10 night thorns/day and now I'm down to 8? Anyone else?
I HATE looking for the blue chest now with the rift expansion.
I HATE Gaston.
I love Rapunzel and Eve.
I get so anxious when the event is going on. I missed out on my very first one because I didn't understand it. Now it's all I work on when it starts. It took me 8 days to get all the gifts. It took me an extra day since I started to get only 8 night thorns/day. I never thought to let them pile up in the days leading up to the event.

I really had to google to figure out what I'm supposed to do with the wrapping paper I keep finding, and the holiday fish. They are great about releasing stuff but nowhere are there any "how" things lol

Holiday Fish? What are we suppose to do with them. I found one of each but I don't fish often.
How many wrapping papers do we get per day? Is it only one? I think I picked up 3 so far? I'm guessing that we use them to craft gifts and then gift them to our villagers?
I have all the rift valley villagers up to 10. My biggest mistake was to make their talent (?) to time bend. I should have made them bust rocks. But I went to the cave with them anyway. Bust the rocks, and then gift them all the gems I got. I did that till I leveled them up. It was a pain for sure.
I leveled Gaston up first. I want to avoid him from now on. There are quite a few villagers that I can't stand listening to their comments over and over. I think Woody gets on my nerves the worse.
I have Skellington left to level up. I'm taking my time with him. I kind of want to enjoy the process with him.

Getting a tad annoyed with the Mother Gothel challenge…I have to find things that only spawn at certain times of the day. Well I usually only play in the evening, so the morning and afternoon ones are going to be hard to get!

I think I'm getting the hang of this! LOL
I've centralized my pumpkin patch - I had two in two areas for a while, and realized if I deleted some trees and made a huge patch in the forgotten area, it would be easy peasy. Still need to remove a few things to make it easier to grab the "bonus" ones that spit out and you get them all and get a trunk - haven't managed that yet.
I have all the realms & characters moved to my village (Belle & Beast just yesterday) and now I have plans to move a few things around and make a Goofy's cart area so it is all in one spot. I forget where each thing sells, and have to run around lol. And after mining for half an hour to fill up my iron ore and coal - I realized I'm an idiot and can buy it from Sven LOL
I keep thinking about moving things around when I play in the evenings - and it is too dark to see properly. I need to try and remember to do it during the day!
But pumpkins are making me rich and I can buy all that I want lol

I just got this game for Christmas and am having so much fun. The controls for decorating seem a little loose to me. It’s hard for me to precisely place an object where I want. I’m excited to catch up on this thread.
