I have a dear friend who is a political fundraiser. she has seen biden up close in the last few weeks.. going to parties at white house for the holidays.
she and her husband (who goes to some events) both say he moves like an older guy, but his wit and brain are as sharp as ever. they have no qualms about his intellect at this point.. none at all. they also know kamala.. and she is far smarter and clever than the press makes her out to be.

On Tuesday, attorneys for Trump asked the judge to put Trump's Monday testimony on hold while they appealed a gag order that prevents plaintiffs or defendants from referring to court staff.
