With Libby being let go from My Favorite Things, do you still think she'll be teaching the class for this? It will be interesting to see. I am excited. I mean, it’s got to be better than the Spellbinders Weekender, right?? Bahahahahahaha YES! I was happy with some of the cards from the Weekender, but for the most part, I won't be doing one of those again. It was a mess. You'll see, when you do this C&CD event, the difference. Lots of planning goes into these events, Catherine is a professional at these.

Libby was let go from MFT? That's a shame. I wonder if HA will take her back, or even if she wants to go back. She's a good teacher.

Ugh, stacked words! Just stop it already ETA: I should be positive. I LOVE the color combo. Hope that's a watermelon cube in our future.

Oh, pretty sneak peek from C&9th! Thanks for posting it. Looks like it's the new C&9th colors: Creamsicle, Watermelon, Eucalyptus, and Rainforest.
Hoping we get an arch die embossed with stitches and flowers.

I love those colors and hope they are in our box like usual. Also I really like that coverplate die. At least it looks like a coverplate die. Are those polka dots a stencil? I feel like we already got a very similar stencil from Concord and 9th in a previous kit. I think it was another birthday kit that had balloons in it.

Yes, it was with the Hip Hip Hooray and Celebrate balloon kit in 2022.

Love it! I've come to love HoneyBee in the recent card events. Is that another coverplate (bricks) ? Looks like a wreath stamp? pinklady bigger is better!

I am totally digging the Honeybee sneak! I love the background panels that they include with their event classes. It is great to get the cool papers too.
The C9 stuff is just too similar to the other SCT classes that they have done. They design some really cool things. I would love to see them change it up a little.

First impression of C9 sneak was similar to you guys: ugh, stacked words. But still usable in my circle. I can work with that. (Unlike the Weekender cocktail glass and ginormous bicycle.) Looks like an interesting cover die.
Honey Bee, I so hope that tree branch and those stars are stamps, and the bricks a die, but I agree that it most probably is background papers. Cute set. I have always thought I wanted a kitchen-y, baking die set, but have always resisted. This one looks fun.
So far, so good. I had visceral, horrible reactions to the Weekender sneaks, LOL Already much better than that!!!!

Sneak #3 - Gina K Designs I'm kinda meh on this one, but knowing Gina K, she'll have something good up her sleeve!

Gina K looks like some stencils with textures on them. Maybe.
Not too bad. If the class products are like her other products, they are easily adaptable to color/design preference.

Typical GinaK. I mean that in a good way. I'm always a fan of black silhouette stamping. I'm not a fan of the double stenciling or stenciling then stamping, but that's also easy to remedy.

Can’t remember how to post a pic… but sneak #4 is up from Taylored Expressions.
Layering stencil words. Kinda meh for me. They look kinda weird. (ETA-the stencils and words themselves not so weird, just the way they are done here. The inks maybe?) Not a fan of the colors. The line and dot design in the backgrounds looks interesting.
Is it just me, or do the inks in those designs look off? Not smooth or something. May be just because they are super up-close. Easy enough to remedy with other inks/paper.
Taylored Expressions has not wowed me with their regular stuff in a while. Still looking forward to see her techniques here though.

I’m not a fan of the color selection but I like the stencils so that’s an easy change. It looks like the words are Just a Note, Hooray and possibly Hello. Hopefully no stacked words. I wonder if the dots and line is a stamp or part of the stencil? This is a thumbs up for me.

I really like the way she lines it up on the inside and outside of the shaker one. The class description also mentions adding dimension, so I am hoping those glittery dots are part of the kit and instructions. I need instruction and practice on adding dimension.

Taylored Expressions - I usually love them but this one.... I don't know what to think. mcjunkin, I have TE inks, and they sometimes stamp like that - blotchy, uneven. If I wait until they're dry they usually look better. They blend great, but I'm not crazy about using them for stamping. Seems like the sneaks are coming fast.

Seems like the sneaks are coming fast. I'm glad they're coming fast. It seems like 2-3 per week. In previous sessions, my box was here and HW started and they still posted sneak peeks. Hopefully they're posting them all before shipping starts. RE: The TE sneak peek. I'm kind of meh about it. I do like the dot and line background, though. And of course it's only a peek. I reserve the right to change my mind when I see the full cards.

Hmm, I don't know if I like that Taylored Expressions sneak peek. It looks blotchy to me too, maybe it's just a bad picture? Maybe the card will look better in person.
Usually, I like all the Taylored Expressions products. I still love that handy turquoise anti-static tool we received in last year's box.

The Stamps of Life peek is up. I'm not a fan but honestly, I've never been a fan of their classes. When/If I do the cards, I always make major changes.
