Hello!! I’m expecting my box Tuesday and hoping it will come tomorrow! I did look at the PDF’s and I think the projects are TSM style and are very nice. I am excited for the actual classes.
I havent placed an order with my code yet. I already have the inks. If I am reading things correctly, I should have everything else I need. So I have to decide if I “need” to order anything…

The suspense is killing me! My tracking information hasn't updated since the first day and still just says "pre-shipment". Hoping it's a glitch in the USPS system and it comes soon. I'm getting even more excited to see after hearing good things about the boxes!

My box will arrive on Wednesday. I just ordered a few of the new ink colours, too - I hope they ships soon. I had everything shipped to my MIL's condo in Florida - hoping to get it all so I can bring it back to Canada with me next week. My carryon luggage will be heavy, I suspect!

My box arrived today and it is awesome. It was well worth it in my opinion.
Similar value to the pinkfresh boxes except you get all the card stock you need, 1/4 and 1/8 tear tape, vellum, sequins, water brush, 7 die sets, 5 stamp sets with coordinating dies and a few sets of stencils. She also individually packaged everything in clear plastic pickets with a button closure for each class. So all the products plus the paper used for each class are in each pouch.

I got mine today and I am very impressed! The organization knocked it out of the ballpark! One reason why I love it is that it helps to narrow down which pink, which green, etc. some of the colors are hard to distinguish if you don’t have a swatch in front of you. So that is a huge plus in so many ways for me! I also like the shaped card concept. I need easy and these look like I will be able to do it. Yay!

I'm visiting my MIL in Florida and my kit arrived here last week, thank God. I have to take it in my luggage back to Canada, though, so now I'm a little anxious about Air Canada losing my luggage - I have to connect through Montreal, not known for handling luggage very securely. My son's luggage was lost there in 2022, luckily they found it and shipped it to him about a week later - but a nerve wracking week! Imagine if they lose my entire class kit? Gulp. It won't fit in my carry-on, though. Plus I bought the new ink colours and cardstock with the discount code, so those are in my luggage, too. Pray for me lol

lovestocreate it’s possible. I started doing the homework yesterday and noticed there were color choice changes even after the pdf was published. The colors of cardstock are listed on the class packet sticker and don’t always match up to the pdf. It’s possible the changes were made due to on hand inventory or just changes. The class #1 sneak peak you posted has red but there’s no red cardstock provided or listed in the pdf. I really hope there’s lots of inspiration on those blank pages. Just a word of advice, start the homework as soon as you can. There is A LOT of die cutting. I spent about 3 hours yesterday and only got thru class 1 and 2. I was also making cardstock swatches but it’s still a lot.

I think its $40 Canadian, so about $30 USD - but I could be wrong, because I never order anything with that low a value lol - it's not worth the shipping cost. Yeah, even gifts are charged taxes - we have to pay provincial and federal sales tax on it. If something is shipped via USPS and then Canada Post, it often gets skipped, though, so it can be quite random. Edited to add: the tax on goods and services for where I lives is 13%, so it's not unsubstantial. |

Last week I posted on FB looking to see if there might be someone who changed their mind about the event, and sure enough, I got a reply. Got things sorted out with TSM today. Amy was very accommodating. I offered to send her an administrative fee in case she was unhappy about having to make any changes/additions, but she didn't charge me. The gal should be shipping the kit to me later today. She's not far away so I should have it in 2 days.
I've been added to the FB group (did you see how few people are in the group?) and I'll poke around this evening. I'll also go back through this thread for info. In the meanwhile, is there anything you think I really should know about other than homework being a bear?
