I saw the sneaks and instructors in the first post and thought, "I absolutely can not stand those donuts. I'm not excited that Carissa Wiley is an instructor, either." Now I see my alumna registration email and that Carissa is teaching the donut class! I'm overjoyed -- that SO MUCH increases the likelihood that I will love all of the other five classes!! EtA: So, are you in, MichyM?

I like some of the sneaks, but I'm going to pass on this, because of the price and thats I'm coming back from Hungary on the 20th and I'm going to be wiped out. I feel like that this one event its more fun when you do it live.

Not a fan of those donuts. I love Jaycee gasper's work and also love Kristina and Jennifer. Carissa can be a hit or miss for me. I loved her 1st class for Pinkfresh but her last year's holiday event class with PF was not my favorite.
And this might be an unpopular opinion but I think Laura Bassen focuses more on her fun conversations during a class lately. Her cards have started to look the same. I still enjoy watching her but I don't learn anything new from her anymore. Vs Jennifer and Kristina never disappoint. They both have so many tips and techniques to share.
I am still thinking to sign up or not for this one. Need to make a decision.

Knowing that Carissa and the donuts were the same class did it for me -- I'm in.
I found Laura Bassen beyond annoying at an Altenew event last year, but liked her class at last year's summer camp, so I'll give her another try.

I'm on the fence. I really enjoyed my first camp last year. Just not sure what my schedule is like that weekend and I thought it was so much fun participating live.

I got the email too.
Questions: --So for $299 you sit in front of your computer and watch them create?
--Do they offer in person time too or instead of online?
--Supplies....they will send you what you need to complete their projects?
--Are these videos available later on if you can't watch them live?

Yes, they send you supplies -- stamps, dies, stencils, card stock (and patterned paper if required), with the option of adding ink cubes or pads for an additional charge (you can sub your own inks if you prefer).
Most folks craft along live, though I admit as an east coast early riser, given that C&9 works on mountain time, I am not sufficiently awake to craft along towards the end of their day.
The recorded videos are available immediately, so I generally do that last class the next morning, while folks in Utah are still asleep. The recordings don't expire -- they're available to you always.
Concord and 9th really leans into the summer camp gestalt -- it's a lot of fun and seems more interactive than some other virtual events I partake in.

The pop-up greenhouse looks neat. And the two sizes of donuts are cute, too. But I already have a donut set from The Stamp Market and an abundance of rainbow and cloud dies. I’m not excited enough about the rest so this is a pass for me.

I caved and signed up before the price goes up. This is my first summer camp event so I'm excited to see what the hype is about. I am crossing my fingers that I get assigned to a "pink" cabin

I really like all the products. It seems like the interactive card can be used with other products and not just a rainbow. I'm pretty sure the dimensional greenhouse die can be added to a flat card and look great too. I love the stencil set and card. It's similar to the stencil set that was released this weekend but in my opinion better. I'm extremely happy with these products!

I actually really like all the projects but I just signed up for both the Pinkfresh card event and scrapping event, plus Crop & Create and Spellbinders. My wallet says I need to sit this one out, but I will have FOMO for certain.

I was on Taffy Town's website, thinking about buying. I checked out the ingredients and they honestly didn't look all that exotic. I was at the grocery store today and they had salt water taffy in bulk bins, make your own mix on sale for $2.99/lb. The ingredients looked really similar to me. I got orange-vanilla, huckleberry, buttered popcorn, red licorice, peppermint, and blue raspberry. Just under a pound. No outrageous shipping charges. I think it will be fine....
