Those cards are gorgeous Linda - blue green yellow is one of my favourite colour schemes, and I love the pop of black in some of them. 💙💚💛

scrappert - those are lovely - and they look like they were fun to make also. Thank you AussieMeg - the black is actually a dark blue but I liked the pop also

There is love on Flickr for ya, kitbop and AussieMeg and joblackford . Linda I love all of your pages, but will comment on just a few. I think the orange plaid is perfect for the pic of that year. (Have you noticed how scrapbook papers often coordinate with fabric patterns? It's like they planned it that way...) Love the photo of the campfire. I am always trying to capture the flames and don't often succeed. And documenting the fresh food box arriving is an awesome idea.
scrappert, those junk journal pages are gorgeous. I love how you have coordinated the colours and the design and yet they appear to have grown organically. Looks like they would have been super enjoyable to create.

Yay for overcoming obstacles to scrap, breetheflea ! Fun page expressing love for your vehicle. I had a couple of those Escapes, and I really miss them! So sturdy and versatile and easy to handle! Love the background pp with the cars--perfect for this page! craftymom101, your Turkey Creek page has so much DEPTH! The foliage clusters give the impression that she is paddling right out of them. And I love the backed torn out triangle pointing right at the photo.

Some cards from this weekend, mostly lots of scraps. I’m still on a use it or lose it kick. Shimelle MCE scraps: April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Sheetload sketch with woodgrain papers: April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr More scraps, even the matting was a scrap actually, a grid I printed out maybe back in my PL days. Old Pebbles with woodgrain and some die cuts I colored many moons ago and stashed in my binder for a rainy day: April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr more Shimelle MCE scraps April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr The last one is my favorite because I put happy Doodlebug images on top of Shimelle scraps Should the pond and tree just be floating in the sky? A card by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I am trying to learn to make cards, it seems like a good way to use things that don't work on scrapbook pages, like this stamp I bought for who knows what reason (it reminds me of the illustrations in Little House on the Prairie) and embossing powder. I had two small business owners go above and beyond recently so I made two of these cards with a thank you note inside, and stuck them in the mail this morning.

This is another layout I did on the weekend. I have been sitting on it for a few days, trying to think of a title, but I just decided to not bother with a title. Katie Pertiet had a birthday sale on the weekend, 59% off all digital products. I have been trying to reduce my spending this year, and only buy something if I know for sure I will use it straight away. So even though I had a ton of stuff on my wishlist, I only bought the 'So Fine' kit, because I knew I wanted to use it for this layout.

Christmas Sweater by BreetheFlea, on Flickr Finished this one yesterday. Photoplay and Simple Stories (Ugly Christmas Sweater) paper and embellishments. Challenges checked off not that many... I used twine and a tag and fussy cut that award ribbon from a 3 by 4 cut apart. Oh well, I'm happy to have gotten it scrapped

Cute farm animals card breetheflea and yes, cards are a great way to use stuff that doesn’t quite work for layouts Don’t forget that every picture scrapped also counts for Donna challenge points, if I remember correctly. So that’s a couple of extra points. Love the ugly Christmas sweater and the faux stitching on your cross stitch pages, and the cross stitch itself too!

Thanks for the comments in Flickr grammadee. I’m amazed how many hockey pages you can make with so many different looks and color schemes. Your little golfer dude came out great! I’m sure your ds will love that. He looks like he took quite a bit of engineering - was he more difficult than your hockey gnome?

This card is very simple, but it was actually really fiddly and annoying, so I decided to only make one. The "father's" is cut into the card base with a piece of scrap woodgrain paper behind it. The sentiment is very fine and always sticks in this die (not enough pokey holes) and the little bits in the loops are too tiny, very annoying to glue in to use the negative. I was totally done by the time I got this stamped. I put some bright stars on it so it hopefully looks a bit more finished. April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr After that I decided that wood grain paper is not my jam right now so I put it away and finished off all the remaining scraps from the Shimelle MCE papers I bought. April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Even the branding strips. Maybe I should've angled the ends or planned the stack a bit better (the top sun strip is bugging me) but hey, it's a card. Maybe I can add a heart or something to balance that gap. The sentiment was leftover from some others I was making so each card got one - the card above has it inside. I used the last couple of strips inside the two cards and stuck some tiny offcuts into my junk journal. I love those little birds. April share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Catching a Leprechaun by BreetheFlea, on Flickr Pretty sure the green woodgrain paper is Amy Tan or American Crafts. The bottom stripes are Doodlebug. Echo Park title and top hat sticker. Studio G shamrock stamp. I kind of wish I'd stopped and not tried to stamp those shamrocks, they don't look how I wanted them to look... Challenges checked off: monochromatic, shamrocks (if that is on this list), and I think there was a challenge about shine or glitter or something.

Catching up on comments... Linda , you continue to amaze me with the number of pages you put together, your clean & simple style, and the perfect little extras you use so well. That border of cat food cans and cream bottles is purr-fect! The cameras in rich oranges & greens for the Mexican restaurant adventure yet in staid black & purple for the honour society, the cupcake border strips, the Gamer phrase card: love them all. And your self portrait with all the butterflies and the affirmation that you are, indeed "good enough" brought a tear to my eye. I can't believe how much depth you can achieve with a digi LO, AussieMeg . There is love on Flickr for your delightful pages. There is love on Flickr for you, breetheflea . Your pages are always so interesting in the topics you choose and how you scrap them. Heading over to Flickr now to take a closer look at your fun cards, joblackford . I love how many different cards you can create with one card design!
