This makes me tear up. With my last breath, I will swear that Biden has served his country doing what was/is best for the US. Unlike that orange piece of shit, who is only doing it for his own ego.

Just to make sure, that was a quote from Johnson's speech not my opinion.. That's why I called him "Toady Johnson."

I just found this site: United for Harris. And after pledging to volunteer for Harris (when she's the nominee), it asks about your VP choice, here's the list: Gov. Andy Beshear (KY) Gov. J.B. Pritzker (IL) Gov. Josh Shapiro (PA) Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (MI) and "Other". I think TFG's head would fucking explode if Whitmer were on the ticket.

You’re aware that, unlike Rs, we actually already have a party platform … right? Lots of projection going on with you. Oh but the republicans do have a platform! It’s called Project 2025. But Trump keeps saying he doesn’t know anything about those people! 🙄

RFKJr response to Biden withdrawing. And we have two crises, and they both derive from the same condition," Kennedy said. "And that condition is the emergence of the domination of corporate power over American democracy that accelerated beginning in 2010 with the Citizens United case that unleashed a tsunami of corporate money into the American political process."Kennedy said "both parties" were captured by corporate money. "On the Republican side, President [Trump] promised the last time around that he was going to drain the swamp, but instead, he{TFG) came in, and he appointed a pharmaceutical lobbyist and a CEO to run HHS, Verizon lobbyists to run the FCC, a Goldman Sachs CEO to run the Treasury Department, an oil lobbyist to run the Interior Department, a coal lobbyist to run the Environmental Protection Agency, and so on."
"And only today, President Trump has announced that in his new administration, should he win this election, that Jamie Dimon will be his choice as Commerce Secretary, and that Larry Fink, the director of BlackRock, will run the Treasury Department," he noted. "This is the swamp. These are swamp creatures." Kennedy also took a shot at Vance. "And his pick as vice president is a salute to the CIA and to the intelligence community and to the military-industrial complex," he insisted. "Their gravy train is going to continue." www.rawstory.com/jd-vance-cia/

I don’t like that Biden stepped down as a candidate and I certainly don’t like what was done to him.
That said, Harris was on the primary ticket with him. She also got those votes.
It is what it is now. It’s time to coalesce around Harris and whomever she picks as her VP.
Also, just ignore the pathetic trolls.

Dems just handed the election to Trump. He should have dropped out after the debate Why do you say that? I’m always confused when I see things like this… My vote will now go to another Democrat instead of Biden. I’m certainly not going to swap and vote for Trump. Because now you have people like me - who may not necessarily think the democratic option is the greatest thing either. I'd die before I voted for Trump and I'd also die before I voted for someone like Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris. People like me now don't even want to vote and people who support Trump have drank the kool aid so far they're going to show up en masse and he's going to landslide this election.

Jared Moskowitz scores again!! Donald Trump was trolled by a Democratic congressman eager to remind the former president of his past support for his possible opponent in the race for the White House. Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) posted an image of a $5,000 donation Trump made in 2011 to the campaign to re-elect Kamala Harris as attorney general of California. Was a wise investment,” the congressman wrote next to the image on X. x.com/JaredEMoskowitz/status/1815113296036479175www.rawstory.com/jared-moskowitz-2668786808/

Word is Joe Manchin is considering running for president.. At the risk of being thought too negative … JFC. Not in a million years. And to show that I can back up my position with facts: Manchin and Sinema together torpedoed much of the Biden agenda during the first half of his term by voting with the Republicans (or announcing they would not support large Dem initiatives) after winning as Democrats. They don’t represent our ideals and we can’t trust Manchin to preserve our rights and our democracy. thehill.com/homenews/senate/3561908-five-times-joe-manchin-has-bucked-the-democrats/amp/

They are now promoting something 47.. Agenda 47 Right. So supposedly Obama is telling any Democratic nominee what to do, but in reality, it’s the Heritage Foundation pulling Trump’s strings.

Word is Joe Manchin is considering running for president.. He's 76, that's a nope from me! Because of his age? Being 77 didn’t stop people from voting for Biden. Actually I think Manchin would have the best chance of beating Trump. He’s just moderate enough to pull the undecided and independent voters. He’s the only democrat I would ever consider voting for.

Got the name now for tfg election plans and related to the lack of local election offices.. A secretive initiative dubbed "Trump Force 47" by Donald Trump's inner circle, which has taken control of the Republican National Committee, has conservative election experts scratching their heads and questioning if it will pan out.*** According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, "Trump Force 47" is "shrouded in secrecy since it launched earlier this year, raising questions in political circles about the ground-game strategy," adding, "the party’s field organizing is so small that some local Republican officials say they are anxious it won’t be enough." www.rawstory.com/trump-2024-election-2668786171/

I would never vote for Joe Manchin, ever, because he is a traitor to his party. Except -- if he was the candidate against TFG then of course I'd vote for him. Because staying home, or voting third party, is a vote for trump. I just don't understand why people don't see this! Someone in this thread just said it. But if you (general you) think trump is so awful why would you ever withhold your vote?

I’ve just remembered that Harris is, in outlook and attitude (and only two months from actuality), GenX.
Let’s go. It’s our time. No more old white men.
ETA: Beshear is also GenX. Let’s do this. We’re not putting up with anyone’s crap.
