I'd be stealing his passport and "accidentally" losing it. HAHA I love this! Your attorney will have a field day with this. I’d be looking for his passport, personally-so that I could snoop. ☺️ I usually find out where he is going or has been, but looking at his passport is a great idea. Im guessing he hasn't figured out you know everything? He's dumb if he doesn't. LOL My attorney puts things in motions she files, like his luxury trips to all the places. He probably wonders how we found out, but he never says anything and neither do I. I used to "stalk" his lady friend on IG, but then she made her account private. For over two years, that is how I found out about most of his trips. I would see where she posted runs at then look up the race results and find him, their race numbers, times, etc. |

**UPDATE August 7**
Get this one! Last Thursday, I got an email from my attorney with a counter motion filed by STBX's attorney about the motion we filed to have his "friend" who he has sent a shit ton of money to being brought in as a 3rd party. Basically, they are asking for the motion to be dismissed. In the motion my attorney filed, she had a list of 19 things, numbered, as to why she needs to be added as a 3rd party. The motion HIS attorney filed listed one by one each of those 19 things followed by "Respondent denies this and asks for strict proof." LMAO...he even denied things that he actually said in his deposition, denied the amount of money he has sent her (which we do have proof of). The man who in the past 2 years has traveled to: Hawaii x2, Alaska x2, London, Berlin, Manila, Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and now Kenya to run marathons, (and those are just the really big trips), yet he even denies spending huge amount of money on luxury trips. He denies every single thing. But the kicker is this: At the very end, his attorney asked for the judge to order ME to pay her fees for the time she spent preparing that motions. LMFAO I am sure that is standard, but they all know the huge amount of money *HE* has compared to the amount of money *I* have.
I'm sure that last thing is standard procedure, but dang. I sure as heck hope that the judge denies THAT.

She even offered to pay for my forensic accountant if I need her to. She also offered to pay for me to stay in an extended stay hotel as long as I need to. Dh suggested checking his credit reports to see if he has any new accounts where he may be hiding stuff or if he has done something stupid like bought a car for his "friend".

I have a friend whose ex tried to claim they couldn’t afford child support by showing all their credit card debt. The ex had a crushing amount of debt post divorce at various high end men’s only clothing stores and expensive hotels. Needless to say the judge practically laughed ar his receipts and increased the monthly amount he was required to pay. I hope the OP gets a swift and generous settlement. |

My family member who went through a nasty divorce had a narcissistic spouse who to this day takes no responsibility for their actions with their kids. Family member kept their cool and was able to bring proof to the judge about their ex's actions, resulting in judgement that was favorable to them. You reap what you sow, just might take a bit.

Do you look at the pictures to see if one waits on the other to cross and whatever else is captured? I'd check around the time of the slower one to see what is captured.

I don't often see pics anymore, but when I could, yes, it seemed as if he would take pics of her crossing the finish line because often, their times were only a few seconds off from each other. Two years ago, they ran the Boston Marathon together. I downloaded the app, and was able to even see their split times at different miles, and they were exactly the same. I rarely see pics now since she made her IG private.  That is how I often found out where he was because she posted, and I would go look at those race results. I've had to get more creative. LOL And a lot of times, I have no idea where he is. |

Even my attorney, who has only talked to him once, when she took his deposition, said it is clear that he thinks he is smarter than everyone else. LOL I can't wait to be able to spill it all! As disgusted as you all are with him now, just wait! I would love to write a book. I write and journal all the time, and it could be turned into a book but I don't think I can do that to my kids. |

We have proof in checks he has written to her, as well as venmo and paypal transactions. It's ironclad proof. And there may be more. That is what my attorney's paralegals found. We haven't gotten a report from the forensic accountant yet. I am on pins and needles waiting for that! |
