OMG, seriously..... if I didn't "know" you, and read this story on Reddit or somewhere, I wouldn't believe it!!  It's outlandish! Was he this stupid when you first married him, or did he only turn stupid when he hooked up with the other woman? I am stunned at what he thinks he can get away with. |

Somethings I wonder where jerks find attorneys that let them get away with this. Don’t they advise them and don’t the jerks listen? I guess I am still baffled that jerks can think their stbx’s can be so stupid that they believe their lies/games. I have the answer to my own question. During my trial, the judge eventually had to say to his attorney, “Counsel, control your client!” His attorney stood up and said, “Your honor, I can’t.” It was great. I think his attorney was surprised by a lot of things and they spent a lot of time talking back and forth. I think his attorney was surprised I knew as much as I did and could articulate well.

*UPDATE 8/9** This morning, I was google searching to try to find the race results from the Kenya marathon, and I don't think they are posted yet. BUT, I did find a photo that my stbx and his "friend" are in!  I saved it and sent it to my attorney, just in case he tries to deny being there. |

Just make sure there are identifying features in the photo to show proof that it was in Kenya. Or screenshot the whole page. He could have it taken down before court. |

I got a screenshot of the whole group under the banner, and I zoomed in on the two of them and took a screenshot of that, too. Also, it's not something he can take down--I found it on a group page.  I also took photos of the medals he got. He just got home last night at 1 AM, but they are already hanging with his medal collection. |

He's just not taking any of the divorce rulings seriously - he genuinely seems to believe that none of it applies to him. |

Several people have tried to follow her on IG. My boss set up a fake account to make it look like she is a runner, and she wasn't accepted. She recently (my boss) was on vacation with a big group of friends. One of her friends invited someone who it turned out lives not far from this woman. She sent her a request, and wasn't accepted either. |

Well, UGGGGHHHHH is all I have to say right now. I found out yesterday afternoon that the hearing that was postponed from July 19 and rescheduled to August 16 has now been postponed again and rescheduled to August 26. I seriously want to scream. There is no way now that if the judge rules in my favor that the trial will still be able to happen on October 8. I seriously don't know how much more of this crap I can take.  |
