The saga continues...LOL No real updates on the trial front, but I discovered quite by "accident" last Thursday that his latest luxury trip is get this...KENYA! He left last Thursday saying he was traveling to the west coast for work. But he really left for an 8 day trip to Kenya that ends with a marathon, I think this Saturday. I found the welcome letter, itinerary, everything. I can only imagine how much that trip cost.  **UPDATE August 7** Get this one! Last Thursday, I got an email from my attorney with a counter motion filed by STBX's attorney about the motion we filed to have his "friend" who he has sent a shit ton of money to being brought in as a 3rd party. Basically, they are asking for the motion to be dismissed. In the motion my attorney filed, she had a list of 19 things, numbered, as to why she needs to be added as a 3rd party. The motion HIS attorney filed listed one by one each of those 19 things followed by "Respondent denies this and asks for strict proof." LMAO...he even denied things that he actually said in his deposition, denied the amount of money he has sent her (which we do have proof of). The man who in the past 2 years has traveled to: Hawaii x2, Alaska x2, London, Berlin, Manila, Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and now Kenya to run marathons, (and those are just the really big trips), yet he even denies spending huge amount of money on luxury trips. He denies every single thing. But the kicker is this: At the very end, his attorney asked for the judge to order ME to pay her fees for the time she spent preparing that motions. LMFAO I am sure that is standard, but they all know the huge amount of money *HE* has compared to the amount of money *I* have. I'm sure that last thing is standard procedure, but dang. I sure as heck hope that the judge denies THAT. *UPDATE 8/9** This morning, I was google searching to try to find the race results from the Kenya marathon, and I don't think they are posted yet. BUT, I did find a photo that my stbx and his "friend" are in!  I saved it and sent it to my attorney, just in case he tries to deny being there. |

Do you continue to share these finds with your attorney? I just can’t imagine your feelings finding this kind of betrayal over and over. Looking forward to this all being over for you.

I took pics of everything and texted the to her immediately, before I even texted my good friends. LOL |

Just when you think you have seen/known him and his antics, he surprises you again. The only good thing about it is that I know he's gone all week. LOL That is the worst part of my life right now...that I have to still live in the house with him. I never know when I'm going to get home from work and see his car in the driveway, and that sucks. |

ohmygosh, I didn't realize he was still in the house with you!! for some reason I thought he had moved out. THAT has got to be nerve-wracking. One little question.... Is there any possibility he is planting stuff which might not be true..?? Or does it contain enough personal info to actually prove he went?

But if you have his reservation info, couldn't you just accidentally cancel his hotel reservation or his flight home.

He is dragging things out because there is a whole lot of money at stake, and he doesn't want to get any of it. At this point, I think he is hoping I will just give in to get it over with. I'd be doing a "deep dive" into his closet when he's gone and looking under luggage flaps, pockets of his clothes, under drawer bottoms etc. He probably keeps a lot of it at his office, but you never know. Are you sure there aren't any cameras in your home?
