Great layouts grammadee - I got serious points from DD17 for actually using demure and mindful correctly recently. Not sure how old your DGS are but if they're not yet teens, they're probably Gen Alpha Love the roadways on your story layout and the balloons under the title on the panels He definitely identifies as Gen Z. His older brother’s gf and I looked it up when I was there and it looks like being born in 2012 he would be on the cusp. His younger brother and the other 3 boys are def Gen Alpha…

grammadee - my older daughter daughter (b2000) identifies as a millennial like her older brother (b.1991) so I completely get that - she's on the cusp also.

I finished up two layouts that were on my un-finished layout pile. I usually don't scrap on the weekends, but amazingly the family left me alone for a little while and I got some stuff done. Everything is Awesome by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I wasn't sure how to embellish this one but that Shimelle paper kind of did it on it's own. Sweet by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I have an irrational hatred of whatever pink-brown color that cardstock behind the journaling strips is, but it worked for this layout... one reason to never destash cardstock

Love this page, @caftymom101. Love how you used the design of the paper itself, and all of the creative "weight" is hugging the right edge, leaving so much white space at the left. Such a cool masculine page!

Now there's a cool, creative way to use travel themed papers! I love that. We have some location-based Lego sets (city skyline type) and I never thought of doing anything like this.

I couldn’t give away a free charity calendar MIL received so I chopped it up to make cards. The images were very large so it was tricky to crop some of them. The orange backgrounds were a well camouflaged orange frog on leaves that looked odd. The smaller pix are from the preview images on the back cover All the sentiments and die cuts were from my pre-made stash. #useitup! Sept share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

So behind in taking on the sketches, I need to at least to try to keep up in leaving love... Linda, your Bee Happy page has the perfect balance of fun colours and classic page design. That peach jam looks delicious, and the photos and pp show up so well against that navy background. Those rays with the story about your mom's quilts from scraps highlights the photo beautifully and the pp looks a bit like a strip of quilting material. Love the green/yellow/brown combo on the Dali page and all the blues on that two pager with so many pic's of the sky. joblackford, I am heading to Flickr to look at your September cards.

Mostly I've been sharing on the Sketchtember threads, but I thought I'd share one of my September Sheetload cards here because I wanted to make note of the recipe challenge that I met. Only 4/5 of the things: orange, white, circle, triangle. I missed on the kraft. September Sheetload by Jacqueline Bruce, on Flickr

Hello all! I have not scrapbooked (or been on here) in several years but all your beautiful pages almost makes me want to start again. The last few years, I’ve taken up knitting and been on a knitting frenzy but I do miss paper crafting and chatting with all you creative, nice people.
