I have some interest in some of Lovely Lane but not enough to get past the papers being sold in a pack. Legendary is totally disappointing. The patterns are totally random and don't seem to go together very well.

I don't like the first collection at all because it's just not her style. The second collection, on the other hand, looks really good. No pink for once. The collection reminds me a little of the ‘Coast to Coast’ collection from American Crafts, in terms of the colors and also some of the motifs.

😬😐😶
I like the letter stickers for Legendary.
I guess the PFS breakup is finalized. I was so looking forward to new, fresh papers from them. But these are the same but in a worse way.
And no way would I buy a paper pad for maybe 1 or 2 papers I could see myself using.
They just shut the door more on potential buyers with that.
Horrible business decision.

I sincerely respect Paige Evans and think she is very talented. That said, her style is not one I use and the Legendary line does not read masculine to me. It's fairly gender neutral, which is good-I might pick up some of the ephemera but none of the papers.

kmage I am the same, her style is a bit too whimsical for me but I can see the appeal for others. There are several more basic papers for each line I would like, but I’m not buying a collection only to use a small portion of what’s included. And that’s a shame because I’d buy some of the embellishments as well but won’t without the papers.

Lovely Lane isn't my style at all, so I already knew I wouldn't be buying any of that. But I'm bummed out by Legendary. It is a lot younger looking than I expected. I was hoping for more general use. That said, I do like some of the papers, BUT since I cannot buy them individually, I'm kind of stuck because I don't even want enough to warrant buying the smaller pad. (Also, I totally view one of those papers as having flowers. Not a complaint, but merely an observation.) I like some of the ephemera images, but not nearly enough to buy them. I like more of the puffy sticker images, but I don't like puffy stickers. And I don't have any interest in any of the other embellishments at all. So I just feel like I'm running into brick walls in every direction with this collection. So ultimately, I won't be buying any. I was really feeling hopeful for this line. I thought maybe we'd get something really different and really useful for everyday photos, but it didn't turn out that way for me, personally. I hope others find it works well for them.

I like the legendary line quite a bit. I can see using most if not all of it. I like the versatility of the images and phrases.

I'm relieved to hear that some people are really liking the Legendary, because I really want to see companies encouraged to keep offering non-pink, non-floral lines. I'm happy for those who can use it, plus I figure if companies offer more of the nonfloral lines, then there's a better chance of me finding a few I want to buy as well.

Legendary almost looks like a travel line, until you get to the embellishments. Then it’s geared towards, Instagram? I never say Vibes, and I am not an influencer, so this doesn’t appeal to me. But maybe it will draw in younger scrapbookers. I’d love to see Paige and PF succeed.

Paige is usually not my style. I do like some of the Legendary line, especially the paper, but not enough to buy the whole paper pack.

Legendary almost looks like a travel line, until you get to the embellishments. Then it’s geared towards, Instagram? Yes! At first I was thinking that a few of the papers would have been cute for hikes/day trips with my kids when they were small, but then then all of the social media stuff threw me a bit. The first paper, with the arrows on one side and the triangle tree type look on the back is exactly the kind of paper I would have bought multiples of if I could. I love arrows and probably would have used a sheet or two just to cut them out.

LOVE Legendary! I see it as an everyday use collection for my lifestyle and loved ones. So versatile! I am wishing for single papers because there are a few designs I would get multiple of to spread through my stash. Geometrics are my vibe. Excited for this one!!!
Love, love, love the black paper with the line-work leaves.
ETA: it’s funny how we all perceive things so differently. I just went back and read the comments. I don’t see the images as childish or young at all. I would use them for most any age. Nor did I pick up the instagram focus. Things that are “trending” to me refers to the predictability of where I am in life. I saw phrases more as language trends more than actual documentation of digital life. I feel they are very usable for so many things.

I guess the PFS breakup is finalized. What do you mean by "breakup"?

I guess the PFS breakup is finalized. What do you mean by "breakup"? I really liked PFS as a company and bought all their previous lines. I was sad that they stopped manufacturing scrapbook products and honestly never felt like they would return. When they did I got excited until I heard who the new creator was. I had reservations. Then I saw the first line and was disappointed at the flowers and colors and not being able to buy sheets alone. Then Legendary came out and I was not thrilled. So the break up is that of me and PFS. It was a slow break up. Like slowly ripping the bandaid off. But now it's done with this latest release. The big thing for me is not being able to buy individual sheets. No way am I spending the money to get the 1 sheet I may want. Hope that makes sense. Kind of like when you know a relationship is done but you hang on to hope or so you aren't alone but then something else happens and you finally give up and end it.

Got it. I was wondering if you meant the Lea and Heather thing, but that didn't make sense since it seems that was final months ago.

I like the embellishments and alphas more than the papers in Legendary - I'm another who wishes by the sheet was still an option. I don't need to buy ANYthing at the moment but I'll add some of this to a wishlist. I do agree -more gender-neutral than masculine but for ME - that makes it more usable.

I wont bother with any of it, honestly. I would have bought some of Legendary if it was by the sheet, but I have no desire for an entire paper pad of any of it.

The first is not for me I hoped for more from the second as I felt it was hyped to be different and masculine. It is very Pinkfresh and similar to other things I’ve seen. I am also torn by only paper pads. They were already a more expensive brand so….ill need to look more closely.
I feel like Pinkfresh is having a hard time being ok catering towards a more masculine approach. Even in the cards for men event it was said many times that even men can do pink and purples and flowers. Which can be true of course BUT when many are seeking impressed masculine that’s exactly what they don’t want.

I like some of the papers in Legendary but the embellishments won't work for me. I was hoping for a more masculine line. This seems very general. Though I hope it's a hit just so we can see more from PF

Love, love, love the black paper with the line-work leaves. I really loved this one as well. This was another sheet I would have purchased multiples of. I also liked the yellow B-side papers.

The big thing for me is not being able to buy individual sheets. No way am I spending the money to get the 1 sheet I may want. I wonder if we'll wind up seeing individual sheets being re-sold on places like Etsy. I see people do that with out of print lines all of the time, but if companies start refusing to sell individual sheets, then resellers may start trying to see if they can convince buyers to pay a bit more per sheet to only buy the papers they want. ETA: Sorry, I keep trying to delete the empty quote box from Shakti since I was only quoting pantsonfire, but every time I delete it, when I hit post or save it magically returns!

Though I hope it's a hit just so we can see more from PF To me they seem to be targeting younger crafters. I have zero desire to scrap about TT or IG. Also previous "masculine" lines were more just that but could very easily be neutral or used for feminine layouts. I used several of PFS masculine lines for DD.

At sneak peek I liked legendary because it looked so much like Geralyn Sy/IACB designed it. Then I saw the full reveal, and it looks like a temu version of Geralyn Sy. So bummed. I wish they would just bring her back. I would buy any of her lines, sight unseen. I also think I would’ve bought some individual sheets and most of the embellishments, but since I can’t just buy single sheets I will likely skip it all.

Yeah, as near as I can tell one really needs to go back to the original post one really wants to quote rather than trying to quote it from a poster who quoted it. I've gotten so frustrated that I just delete my post and start over, going back to quote the older thing.

Lovely Lane is a no for me, too floral and not my style.
Legendary, I like a few of the papers, but would most likely buy some of the ephemera. I was hoping for chipboard flair but I guess they are not doing that anymore.

I really like Legendary and depending on the price will probably get the paper pack. As I often say with PinkFresh, I wish the ephemera and stickers didn't have words on everything. Like I love the laptop (not a typewriter!!) and notes with tape but the words are completely irrelevant to me so I'm not sure if I'll get many embellishments or not.
