I like the Bookish color palette but I don't really scrap books that I read. I may buy a little of it. I LOVE Feels Like Home and will buy a lot of it. Not interested in Plan On It. I like Pressed Floral but mulberry isn't a favorite color. I may buy a few pieces.

I like several items in the bookish collection.
The other collections, I do not like.

Bookish I love the colors and the theme is cute.. I don't think I would scrap what I read, but I like the thought of it.
Feels Like Home I like some of it.
Plan On It not really speaking to me.
Pressed Floral I like a lot but I am a sucker for flowers.

What a surprise! I find Bookish to be quite fresh and the colour palate to me is a beautiful Autumn scheme! I will be buying some of this for the b-sides and generic pps, not for any book scrapbooking (we read, but I don't scrap our reading!).
feels like home - nice colours, but the icons and pps miss the mark for me. It's a no.
Plan on it - I think it's really cute but I know myself and I probably won't use this particular colour palate so I'll skip this one.
Pressed Floral - too twee for me!

EP Bookish: I laughed at the "I read past my bedtime" tag. I definitely love that! The colors, while very pretty, are not ones that I would typically use to scrap something about myself, though, unfortunately, and that's what I would use this theme for.
CB Feels Like Home: Nothing I need. I think some of the papers are pretty, but they are nothing that screams out to me to buy it.
EP Plan On It: Nothing I need, although some of the stickers are cute.
CB Pressed Floral: I don't have any need for florals, but I do like the color palette.

I really like Bookish - several things went on my wishlist
Feels Like Home - doesn't feel much like MY home...it's not for me
Plan on it -there's a few pieces I like but I don't tend to scrap planning
Pressed Floral -there's some pretty prints but I find white background prints like those hard to work with so not a collection I'll buy

I really quite like Bookish, even though it's not a collection I would buy. It is too heavily themed, and I don't read enough to warrant scrapping any photos about books or reading.
Feels Like Home has some nice papers, but again it is too heavily themed for me to use.
I really like the cute colour scheme of Plan On It, and I could probably make most of the papers work, even though it too is themed, and I don't do planners.

I don't mind the colour scheme is pressed flowers and while the florals are pretty, the patterns are not ones I think I'd be able to use.
Plan On It is not really my thing, so this is an easy pass. As Linda mentioned, Feels Like Home doesn't feel like my home, so while I like some of the b sides, I also know I have similar ones already in my stash.
Bookish has some really nice b sides, I love the multi-coloured heart print on the reverse of the 3x4 cards. I occasionally add reading related things into my PL so I might pick up a couple of pieces from this collection to give me some more embellishment options.

I like the Book one very much.
The Feels Like Home one feels like early 1900s home - not for me
I don't do planners.
Didn't look at the Floral one. I do not have to. I know I will not care for more florals.

EP - Bookish - I don't need this theme but the color palette is lovely. I like the stencils and I'll get a couple of the papers for the b-sides. CB - Feels Like Home - Yuck! Very dated. Kind of ugly. The roses are so old fashioned- It reminds me of my great grandma, and she was born in the 1800s. EP - Plan On It - This is so tightly themed that you can't use the ephemera for anything else. This art teacher loves the scissor and the pencil paper. Will get those sheets plus a sheet or two to go with them. I like the colors and I like the washi tape. CB - Pressed Floral - I usually love CB floral collections but I think the color palette isn't speaking to me. A couple of the papers are quite pretty, though.
Why does EP/CB make everything so tightly themed? The words just keep repeating the theme over and over. They need to throw in some more generic embellishments that don't have words. Echo Park is always so word heavy.
I really don't understand it- I would think if you added more generic stuff to each line then more people would buy it, even if they didn't need that specific theme.

I really like bookish. I'm hoping my LSS gets this in open stock so I can pick up some single sheets to go with the collection pack.

I completely agree, which is why I don't even bother to look at the die cut packs and really only glance at the other embellishments unless I really like the collection.

Echo Park is always so word heavy This release is sooo themey. I don't really need these themes, so I will usually pass unless I see them on clearance and the B-side is something I can use. The color palettes of these are nice but it's just hard to work around how themed these ones are.

... Pressed Floral ... I am a sucker for flowers. ... Given the industry is in its stereotypically feminine/oversaturation of florals era, there are numerous flower-focused/-adorned collections/options!

Like others, I actually like the Bookish collection. I like the color palette also, and I think EP actually did something a little different here. Yes, there are other reading collections out there from the last couple of years, but this one feels different. I don't really have a need for it though. I actually like all the furniture pieces in the sticker sheet of Feels Like Home. I think they would be fun to use. I also like the oven mitt paper! In the other thread, I was talking about a kitchen/cooking collection that isn't all about baking, so this paper caught my eye! Do not like the Plan On It collection. I don't mind the floral collection and I like the mauve/burgundy color. But, I have so many florals already and don't really need more.

EP "Bookish" - Good line, but the colors are so muted (at least on my monitor). "Plan on It - Although I don't make planners I like this line and definitely love the scissors pp. CB "Feels Like"- Want to like this but just don't. Maybe the colors? "P.Floral" - I def. don't need any more florals. However I do like the pp with the ferns. Thanks for showing us PaperAngel.

I haven't done much browsing of new collections and haven't bought new 12x12 supplies in about 18 months so a lot of this feels fun and new for me.
Bookish - Buying all of it. Might do a mini album. My daughter is an English major, she devours books. Her personal library which she has crammed into a very small room is over 500 books. This is perfect. Plan on It - I don't like the colors. I'm a planner girl. I have a dedicated planner that goes everywhere with me. I have no idea how I would use this collection or why I would. Probably like books, you either want to scrapbook it or you don't. Pressed Floral - I like this one, the colors are my jam, love the tiny prints.
Overall, I'm happy with these. I love that the collections are smaller and no so massive.

Prob don't need the whole collection, but Bookish would be perfect for scrapping Book Club, making cards for BC members. Would also work for back to school &/or grad pages and cards. And I like the colours. Okay, I am talking myself into the whole collection.
The only other item that caught my eye was that little light bulb die with the Plan on It collection.

It appears many scrappers don't use/need this theme, yet entire collections & (floral-adorned) bookshelf patterned papers/embellishments in school/wizard/home/her themed collections continue to be released.

PaperAngel I did use book themed papers recently, but for pages about my baby girl. If they made kid/baby book themed collections, I might need it. Eric Carle illustrations?! Yes!

Check out the various Winnie the Pooh collections from Echo Park, Simple Stories, Reminisce, etc. released over the last three years (since the original A.A. Milne story & E.H. Shepard illustrations became public domain on 1/1/2022). Other popular/more modern children books/illustrations won't be included in scrapbook collections anytime soon due to copyright (e.g. Eric Carle books/illustrations are copyrighted through 12/31/2091!).
