I just checked out the printables at SC and 4 of the cards from the new stationEry kit are available.  ?? The planner pieces are printable too. No shipping screw ups this way! And high profit margins. |

I'm another one who reads a lot and doesn't say much. I will, however say that at this point, I feel SC did me a favour in providing me with the shove I needed to find an alternative. I had subbed to the PL kit since it began and was getting increasingly irritated by the way new subscribers got all kinds of incentives and special deals when those of us who were loyal to the brand from the off got nothing at all. On more than one occasion I felt I was being stupid for not working the system more effectively to get all the deals..and yet, life is too short and my time is better spent being creative. Yesterday two presale announcement emails dropped into my inbox almost simultaneously. One from SC and the other from Citrus Twist, my new best friend. SC offered the usual 50% off incentive to new subbers, the CT email not only reminded me that I'll get my 13th kit for the cost of the postage only, but reminded me that after 12 consecutive months of subscription I'll get a 10% discount off all kit add-ons and shop item purchases too. Being the kind of person who sticks with a brand, I don't need to say which one appealed the most ;-) So, it's all about the new customers with SC - which is maybe what they need to boost their corporate results? For example, "5k new subscriptions this month" sounds good in business terms, if you "forget" to mention the number of account closures. I don't have a clue about how many subscriptions they have and pull that figure out of the air, I should add! Yes to the bonded part. At first I was sad and angry but now? As I said a few pages back, I feel free! |

Now that I'm not involved in it, I'm interested to see how reveal goes today. It's a weekday, so they should handle any issues (and I'm sure there will be issues) right away, right? ha.  |

(I can stand almost anything else but thinning out the kits is making me so mad. It's like they don't even want to make good, versatile kits anymore. So was it confirmed that there are only 2 pieces of card stock. I was looking but didn't see answers. I mean I don't use the color, but how about 2 white, 2 kraft or throw in a piece of black or gray???

I can't even bring myself to lurk in chat. It pisses me off so much and I don't even want my name in the list of attendees.
I love how they have a preemptive "hey! We're giving away 50 THINGS!!!" post....so when people start bitching about glitches and other BS. I feel like shit today so I think staying away from the SC site is probably a good idea for me.

OF COURSE they shrunk the kit!! I said it weeks ago - all the kits are going to change by January. Next up, I'm guessing that 12x12 papers will shrink to 9x12. And I bet anything that PL kit will get card quantities cut. I bet chat got really interesting after she admitted to on 2 sheets of card stock. I know there will be people who say "well, I never used color card stock anyway...so...." but they don't freaking get it - they are shrinking the kit, people! You're paying MORE for LESS! Figure it out! Freebies and giveaways only go so far. |

Samantha implied it (the cardstock) was traded for the roller stamp, but somebody else said in the Odissey kit there was also a roller stamp and 4 pieces of cardstock.

Maybe they should have freaking COMMUNICATED the change before reveal and then had people ask questions through their preferred method of contact. Finding out on reveal day that kit contents have shrunk is BS and hell yeah people are going to have questions. They only want questions about how we can be as awesome as they are and praise for all the awesome giveaways they're doing. JFC. I gotta get to work and stop reading about this cluster before I have a stroke.
