Why did they lock Christine's thread? There was not one response on there that warranted that being locked?!?!? Everyone was posting weights and when they were expecting to receive their kit. My post on it was removed from earlier in the day. All I posted was that my box was due to arrive today, but something about a trailer not being dispatched had caused them to delay delivery. Not sure why that warranted being deleted!

Guess they don't want people having that link to the FTC. It could be an "honest shipping error" but any scam could start using that excuse. I don't mind giving them the stuff back... but not at my inconvenience...especially when they won't give me what I paid for.

My boyfriend is almost convinced that I'm making this stuff up. He thinks SC is going to run themselves right out of business within a year. If they keep on like they have been, they might just.
Not gonna lie, my disappointment is turning right into abject hatred. Like, I want to start an anti-SC social media campaign just to make sure they don't gain any more subscribers.

Ok, this is ridiculous, but I am SO HAPPY I found another way to use those Brimfield main kit alphas - I attached them to an adhesive block with foam tape, then used a brayer to apply both ink and paint to them. That said, I still think kits with 1 letter alphas need to be supplemented with a second alpha.

It looks like the return service they're providing is called UPS Returns Plus and is listed as costing $7.70 USD in addition to the shipping fee they'll have to fork over. Ouch. I wouldn't want to be them right now.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. Honestly, I'm still a bit peeved about it all. I know that when the shiz hit the fan back in June, I was pretty harsh. Said some pretty points things towards April and definitely beat the dead horse. But I was never outright rude. And since the TOU change, I've honestly been on my best behavior. Sure, maybe not a rah rah sis boom bah positive but I haven't outright violated any TOU. I haven't been on the boards since later this afternoon. Lots of work to get ready for my market tomorrow and, honestly, I'm over it. But I'm reading about all the emails and it literally made me LOL. I conversated yesterday inquiring about my duplicate packages. I received a response today say I was only getting one so I responded back with copies of the two different tracking numbers. I have yet to receive a response about that but 3 hours later, I received Savannah's email. If I receive another about the duplicate packages, I will just refer them to the first response I received. And hell to the no about waiting around to return a package. They can go eff themselves. Thank you very much cath4k thanks for that post. Sorry it got locked so soon. It made me cry, though...I'm still pretty worn down from almost dying this past weekend (ok, I exaggerate...I just FELT like I was going to die from the nasty bronchitis I ended up with) so that may have made my emotions a bit more heightened. But I do appreciate it. Have a good night ladies.

Because, I mind my p's and q's since the new TOU... Have you and @aggiebonfire sent them an "Are you sure?" email? Someone should give them a taste of their own annoying medicine! And I'm really surprised that I did not get a kicked out message. I have been very vocal and negative as well. All I can say is "Bring it on!" Have any of you seriously considered consulting a lawyer? One that focuses on consumer issues?

And there was no "If you are negative on our message boards, we will delete all the files and classes you paid for." TOU when I paid for the class. April is just a little bitch that can't handle the truth.

I have been reading but haven't replied in awhile- all I can say is Wow! The letter and then the shipping issue. It has to be a lot of kits for them to ask for them to be sent back. I got the wrong add on in my box one time and they just told me to keep it and sent the other one the next month.

I am also referring to all of the illegal activity that they seem to be getting away with. The giveaways, the stalling emails and then charging cards without permission, and I'm pretty sure that it is illegal to stop someone from purchasing from their site. What other illegal actions can we add to the list?
