I wonder if SC does lurk here? I'm so sorry for calling out your post and bringing more attention to it. Oh, no biggie. I don't blame you or this thread. I don't really understand their TOU and don't think my post officially went against it, but I guess I knew they wouldn't like the thread or I wouldn't have titled it the way I did. It wasn't transactional, it wasn't a customer service issue, it wasn't rude, it wasn't disrespectful, it wasn't personally criticizing staff or other members. I thought it was real and meaningful - not rude and mean. There was only one comment underneath before they locked it and I don't remember it breaking the TOU either. They locked it before anyone else could comment. It wasn't rude or against the TOU that I could see either. I just think, like the post about how no one is required or obligated to send back the extra packages, that it is info SC just doesn't want their customers to know.

There are a couple people that posted on a shipping thread saying their packages haven't shipped yet... They probably have nothing to send them! I can't believe SC hasn't reached out to them yet to explain! It's 9/13 already! Crazy. That just boggles the mind,doesn't it? They must be waiting for items to be returned, but has anything sold out except the Halloween stamp and a few of the half priced add ons? I would love to know how many orders they really sent. Were any of them regular sub orders? I have two boxes coming, but I only ordered from their Labor Day sale. Who else here has double boxes coming?

How was DL? Did you see the HMH? I can't wait to see it 3.5 months!!!!!! It was great! We hadn't been in over two years as our family has been saving up to go to WDW in November. So today was the day that we got our Premier Passes good for both coasts! And yes we went on the Haunted Mansion ride and even though we were miserable standing in line for it (91 degrees with 40% humidity) it was worth it to see the updated technology in the elevator ceiling! I thought of you while I was on it! My son had me take a picture of Jack during the ride! I'm going to try stamping mine before I go to bed but it definitely is not a U on mine but more like a backwards N. I was just wondering if anyone else's was like that. Glad you had a great time, I am so excited about my trip! Super jealous you have the premium passes, I would love to necessitate annual passes!!!! Have a great time in WDW, ride the new 7 dwarves mine train for me!!!!

I don't understand why Brene Brown would sign with SC when she had a partnership with Oprah. Oprah! She had a class related to her first book there that I took. Actually Ali was a contributor for one piece. Maybe that's how she connected to SC? I just don't get why SC is biggering and biggering themselves when they can't adequately handle what they already have! They keep touting themselves as a small business, but they keep adding more collaborations when they are already having trouble maintaining what they have. Is April really that un self aware? I don't know of any other kit clubs A. Requiring a 12 month commitment from their members or B. having sale after sale after sale of left over kits or C. having such extreme promos to get new subbers or get old subbers back. It is just astonishing to me that they still think they are the premier SB kit and are peddling themselves that way. Clearly SC wants Brene Brown and Jaquari because they see $$$$, plain and simple.

They said I have a duplicate box coming. UPS shows the weight of one box is 3LBS and the other is 2.7LBS- that seems like a pretty big discrepancy to me since this is paper products. I'm opening the 3LB box and the other box too if there's anything missing in the first one. I won't do it, but I would love to return the duplicate PL kit in one of the flimsy boxes and keep the extra pouch! Haha. Did anyone else have that thought?

I ordered the PL Main kit (my sub) Bakelite and Saturn addons 2 tubes of Color Theroy ink class kit
I got doubles of all of these. The only thing I even want to keep is the alpha from the Saturn addon lol maybe some cards from my PL kit that I really like, but nothing else.
I could see them wanting the class kit back because I don't want someone to miss out on that because I got 2, but I really doubt they need any of the other stuff back. Of course I'm willing to send it all back.

I can't wait to use my "The End" card! Yeah, I have a blog. I am not sure how inspiring it is for crafty people, though. I have embraced a simpler approach this year and don't post about techniques or products that I use. I did post about how I achieve white borders in PL because I was asked about it several times, but I only occasionally make a scrappy comment.
I mostly blog to share the weekly details with family and friends and because I think my kids are more likely to go back and look through their lives online rather than through my albums. Although, to be honest, I think the majority of viewers end up being my online scrappy friends, so maybe I should change things up. Who knows? Haha.
Let me guess what you are going to use that "The End" card for??

On another note, I received my PL kit and I am happy, Happy, HAPPY!!!!! Why? Because it's the last of them. I am out! Done! Finished with SC products. I'm still on the fence with Ali and am committed through the end of the year. But next year, I just don't know. And I've been a huge Ali supporter. I guess all the drama has worn me out. so you're finally free at last?

My order from Labor Day was shorted because they sent doubles to everyone. The stickers I ordered contained a nice little note saying sorry but we oversold (a.k.a. Sucks to be you.) They said they would be in touch but, of course they didn't let me know before they shipped my order. Or after they shipped my order. I've heard they will offer a store credit rather than a refund. Does anyone know if this is true? That would be a violation of FTC rules.
I don't understand how they can be so profoundly bad at customer service and business. They make the same mistakes over and over. Sending out the double kits was the cherry on top. I don't see them in business three years from now. I think we need to start a pool.

Store credit is okay (I think) if YOU as the customer made some mistake, but if the company makes the mistake, they should offer either a refund OR a store credit. Credit might be totally fine with some people, but I imagine a lot of people just want their money back.

Why would they do that when they could just restock the item in the store, notify the folks who got the oversold card, then let them duke it out who gets to buy it the fastest before it sells out again, and charge them shipping on that one item.
