I can't even get to the message boards from my phone now  ? I have the same problem. I have to go to notifications and click on a post to access them and then navigate from there. The 'Be inspired' just takes me to the member spotlight. |

My husband keeps telling me to just be done over there and yet I just keep going back. It's like the train wreck that you can't stop watching! I do still like my project life kits but you won't see me buying things at reveal and I only occasionally will buy a couple of stamp sets that I want before I decide to be done. I don't know if that will be in December or not but you definitely will not see me post on the boards much anymore. I'm not going to kiss April's ass. I will get my kit and that is it!

Oooohhhh, you are going to get a letter from April, you cheeky girl!!!! I wonder if she will actually sign it or just use a signature stamp like she used on my letter outlining my transgressions! I got it awhile ago, it was about all my negative posts after one of the DD fiascos. What cracked me up most of all ( other then the fact that April couldn't bother to sign the letter herself but had to use a stamp of her signature) was that they copied and pasted several of my message board posts outlining my transgressions, but 2 of the 5 they had were positive posts and ones in which I either praised them or stood up for them! The others were blatantly calling them out, but what ever it was about it was deserved! I didn't name call or anything and they weren't personally attacking anyone, just stated facts.
Basically it stated that if my behavior didn't improve SC would remove me as a user and I would lose access to all my classes and digital files. Speaking of which, I should probably resale everything pretty soon!
I saved the letter, it makes me laugh, when I come across it again I will scan and post it. Really the signature part is just so ridiculous, how pompous to have a stamp of your signature! It was obvious it was a stamp because it wasn't even stamped well. SMH.

You got a letter??? What??? When? I need to know more! how cult-ey I cannot believe I never got a letter via USPS though I did get handslapped via email. Didn't someone else (maybe Devildog?) get a letter at her house too? I cannot remember but I seem to remember that.No, I never got a letter but I think I got a warning. I'm fairly certain there were more that did get a letter though. There were a lot of people really, really ticked off. I was getting messages from whomever was running CS at the time because I demanded a refund, and I wasn't letting up. They kept saying there were no refunds and I was committed. I kept saying "false advertising" because one of the selling features was an "exclusive" item which wasn't true, and I was going to do a chargeback through my credit card, and file a complaint with the BBB. Seriously...all these years later and it's the same crap over there. It's quite amazing actually that they still run their business like this and are still hanging in there. |

My "warning" had that threat also. I remember thinking, "Oh...HELL no." No where when signing up for classes did I agree that I would kiss April's ass, never complain, and just accept whatever BS they were slinging. |

That actually sickens me....more than anything else that has gone on. I'm absolutely disgusted. I have not received any warnings - via email or USPS - but I might lose a gasket if I did. The nerve!!

I actually can't stop thinking about the audacity. I'm sick to my stomach about it. I've started the process of deleting all my stuff over there.
I've never been more disgusted by a company.

Just wanted to chime in and say hello! Another SC refugee here, same username and avatar :-)
Nice to see some familiar faces!
I don't agree with many of the changes and poor business decisions they have made recently... and the recent TOU edit made me laugh out loud!
I quit my 5 year sub just before the new site went live, and I don't regret it for one second.

Well I am fuming. I started a convo about why my replacement letter stickers haven shipped yet. It has been 2 full weeks since I got my Fairground kit and noticed that my stickers were defective. TWO WEEKS! Their response was that they are inventorying the warehouse and that my stickers would be sent "soon". (Yet they still managed to send my Christmas in July package during the warehouse inventory). A new kit is being released tomorrow and they can't put my frigging stickers in an envelope in a reasonable timeframe. Their CS seriously sucks.

kaybree ask for a supervisor or manager. According to Rob, that is what we're supposed to if the resolution is less than satisfactory.  Ridiculous. I got my Christmas in July package and I haven't even opened it. Normally I tear into those boxes so fast.

I went over to reveal to check it out. Man, they make it so difficult to find anything! I found a few things, mostly stamp sets but they are just sitting in my cart. I really don't want to give them any more money but I'm torn because I do love those planner stamps!

Boy, SC isn't kidding about not complaining, questioning, etc. on the forums now. I was looking at a thread about the new "Double Up" feature (?) and a few said they didn't like you couldn't buy items for subscriptions you don't belong to, or were wondering if that was really the case or a glitch.

WTH?
How in the hell is anybody supposed to know anything if they can't ask questions? I suppose everyone is supposed to wait what, 24-36 hours before knowing?

Is it just me or is it a big confusing mess over there? The way they re-direct people to different threads for information, the way the store is set up, the way they're locking threads, changing when preview/pre-sale/etc. is set up, changing when you can bundle, what's included in shipping, and I truly can't stand the "hidden" reply feature in threads, etc. Maybe it makes sense to people that have been there through the changes, but for someone that really doesn't go there much, I can't figure what/when/where things are supposed to be.
