Ok I need to be enabled this am. I chipped my absolute favorite coffee mug this week and even though I have a ton of other coffee mugs, I need a new favorite one. My old one was a big 20 ounce Starbucks limited edition one I got from Target a few years ago. It was white with a huge handle and little gray icons all over it with a red heart and the word STARBUCKS in black down the side. Since I can't find that same mug to buy, share with me your favorite mug so I can find a new favorite. Thanks

The ONLY mug I use is an el cheapo I got at TJ Maxx. It's white with different shades of blue dots and it says "I Don't Do Perky".

You would think that a coffee cup would not be responsible for so much energy spent and wasted-but in my world, I have probably spent the equivalent to months in the search for the perfect coffee cup. I wish you well and good luck on your search. Finding the perfect coffee cup is like finding the perfect white shirt. It is a quest. LOL

Oh Dear don't get me started about my favorite mug! I have broken three of the same mugs, made by a local potter, Two of the mugs were purchased by my sisters for my daughter to give me as a gift. The last one my niece broke. I miss my mug so much! I may have to post a photo!

Many, many years ago I bought a set six coffee mugs that were perfect. Not too big, not too small, handle just right. I am down to only two left. I worry about that every morning while having my coffee.

Mine is a big turquoise and amber mug, holds 2 cups of coffee! It's handmade by my sister in law, who makes and sells stoneware and pottery.
I get annoyed when it is dirty and in the dishwasher.
I hope you find a new "favorite mug.

I have a big pottery one that seems to keep coffee warmer longer. It was a gift and I love the thing!

My favorite coffee mug is one my niece gave me 17 years ago as an engagement gift. She was only 7 years old and picked it out herself. It's pink with "love" and hearts all over it and came with a matching frame that I still have as well. It has survived 4 moves and all these years. I don't know what I'd do if it ever broke!

My favorite mug was purchased by my daughter while visiting in Canada several years ago. It has "Corner Gas" logo. One of my favorite TV programs from Canada.

I was a coffee drink all of about 2 months. I just started drinking it in April and stopped last week. But I did have a favorite bug. It was the perfect shade of blue. It reminded me of the ocean and was just the right size. Ever since I started drinking it my body was off and so although I did enjoy it I wasn't hooked and needed to eliminate it to see if it was indeed causing any of the issues I think it might have been. Plus, I was cutting out sugar and most dairy so drinking it black wasn't as appealing.

I have two. The one at work is one I got from my middle school best friend, so it's about 30 years old. It's got a koala bear and balloons on it, and says "Have an Up kind of day!" I should put it away so nothing happens to it. It does have a small crack on the handle.
My second favorite that I use at home is actually a Christmas mug. It's beige with these colorful ornate ornaments painted on it. But what I like the most about it is that it's big and round, almost like a bowl you could eat soup or cereal out of it. It's huge.
But more often than not, I usually just use my Tervis's. I have about four of the mugs. One with Albert (in my avatar), one with a colorful peacock and two plain purple ones I got half off at Publix one day.

I love my coffee, but only with cream and sugar!!

I have two - both from WDW: a big green one that looks like Mike Wosowski and one that has Cinderella on it and says "once a princess always a princess."

I feel your pain! While I was on a business trip last year my husband broke my favorite, perfect Starbucks mug. I have been using another Starbucks mug my daughter brought me from Paris. It is good, but not as good as my favorite one.

I am on vacation so I don't have access to mine, but I find most at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I have a ton of big ones with owls on them, different colors but really cute ones, and they were about $3 or $4 each!

I think what I liked most about my favorite mug is that it was so big (20 oz) so I could tell myself I only drank 2 cups of coffee a day, even though I consumed more than 2 actual cups. Kwim

I know this is off topic, but we should do a mug swap. LOL! I know, glass in the mail...pretty hard to ship, but I would love to trade a mug in my cabinet for another one from another friend. Too bad we are not all local and junk.

I have two tall white mugs from Starbucks that are my favorites. They each hold 20 oz, and I think the shape, tall and narrow, keeps my coffee hot longer. I also have a very large Disney mug that I use when the first two are dirty/MIA/in the dishwasher. DH bought all 3 for me, in support of my caffeine habit.
I have 2 large, wide, and rather flat mugs that will fit under the nozzle of my espresso maker for those days when I just don't trust myself to pour the elixir of life from my shot cup into my mug. They don't hold as much or keep my coffee warm as long, but they hold every drop that comes forth, and I am good with that.

Kwim LOL that is my theory also That is why I like mine, it is large. Check out Starbucks, they always have larger mugs.

World Market has great mugs. I have a nice, big white one from there that says "Good Morning" on it.
Right now, though, I'm drinking coffee out of my favorite Tervis Tumbler. I actually prefer them to mugs.

I have a large Disney mug, too, with Mickey on it. It was a great souvenir of WDW, plus it really keeps my tea warm!
