So many of the books about Hillary (especially from her Secret Service staff) have detailed how miserable she is to work for and how she basically treats them as her personal slaves
New information today from the Wiki leaks:
The unnamed agent also said that Clinton’s “poor treatment” of her security detail was so “contemptuous” that many agents sought reassignment or employment elsewhere. Consequently, Clinton’s security detail was staffed by younger, less experienced officers. By the end of Clinton’s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was so difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her,” the document says.

Well, since the Republicans have already said we aren't electing a Bible study leader or the Pope, I'm guessing this is a non-issue.

So? She's not running a daycare. I'm sure many successful, driven people are difficult to work for. I guess there are still people willing to, however.

Does it make a difference if HRC used the N word? Because that is what is alleged here (new link below).
This is the same info I posted previously, but the canadian free press article was tough to follow. Audio is in the link. Tracey Martin, who was the traveling chef for the Clintons, claims HRC used the racial slur in his presence.

So interesting that these anti-Clinton things are always unnamed sources.

Perhaps the "unnamed sources" were just mad because they weren't able to slip away and party when they were supposed to be working. That would be my guess.

I've written this post in the past and then deleted it.
My husband has worked with several ex-Secret Service agents who had worked with different presidents/first families, sometimes from several administrations back.
They ALL have stories. Some talk out of school; many don't. I've heard a couple stories and won't repeat them. (No, not the Clintons.) Juicy as the tidbits are, they're really not our business. Imagine having strangers so close to you so many hours of the day, and in many moments that are otherwise private. Then throw in the stress of the situation...and brewing scandals.
I refuse to believe that the behavior of only one president/family member was so egregious that only she was deserving of all these tell-alls. But I have a huge problem with the existence of the tell-alls, no matter what administration.
Also, agents aren't typically asked if they're willing to accept a certain assignment. Even if some requests were given consideration, they wouldn't honor SO many requests that the detail would end up young and inexperienced. Not unless senior agents left in droves. And that would have been BIG news.
Oh, and ibid on the sexist thing.
(Fun fact: When not working on protection, SS agents investigate counterfeiters.)

Well, this didn't take too long to find. (About the book that came out this summer.) The article is much longer and pretty interesting, if anybody has interest in the rules/culture of protective details.

Just shows how those working in the public sector feel they should be treated differently to those in the private sector. If you are, for one minute, trying to tell me that this egomaniac is any better or worse than any of the other egomaniacs living in that house and any more entitled than the previous residents, you are barking up the wrong tree. WTF didn't the head of the SS have a quiet word with her or her advisers? If there is one thing I will guess at, it's that these people feel that they can have a chat and explain the consequences of bad behaviour/attitude.

That's a whole lot worse than simply being difficult to work with. But I'm going to need to hear it from her own lips before I'm willing to condemn her for it.

I cannot help but agree. I've known some Secret Service people and they were horrified when one book came out. They were very dismissive of the author.

Every leader has their haters amongst the folks that work for and with them. No one can make everyone like them and considering the tribal boys club atmosphere of the SS, it does not surprise me that a strong and assertive woman would not be the most popular person in their ranks. Even my husband's best commanders in the military had people in the squadron who hated them. And they were usually derelicts and do-nothings. So when I hear shit-talk about someone, I carefully consider the source. Since the sources don't have the stones to say these things publicly, then I assume "No, you cannot get drunk and fuck hookers" ends up being "HRC is a complete bitch to work for."
And I don't believe for a second that a woman who has spent her entire life in public service would be stupid enough to use a racial slur in front of anyone. That is simply unbelievable on its face.

Eyeroll. . . show me a video of her talking about grabbing someone by the nuts and we'll have a chat.
If I had a dollar for everyone at work who has said I'm a bitch, I would have paid off my student loans and had a down payment for a house. Those same people eventually tell me (as if I give a shit) that in fact, no, I just have "high standards, and you're not a bitch, M."

I have a couple of college classmates who work for and/or with Hilary Clinton and they have nothing but praise for her. How she treats them, her attention to detail and work ethic.

Infowars is run by Alex Jones, the internet's nuttiest nutjob. Consider the source. Believing that is like believing a tobacco company when they tell you cigarettes don't cause lung cancer.
