According to WHOIS search her domain is current until September this year. It could be hosting that's expired; they don't always run out at the same time, it depends when you renew and how long for etc.
I think it's also possible to see this page if there's a server problem; I know I've had glitches a couple of times over the years. So, it may be the hosting company that's got a problem and this their default page.
It is possible that the site is moving to new hosting, although one would have expected that before any work to restore database information.

But what I expected. I have a sliver of sympathy for her, it's hard to see someone with talent completely trash their potential.

anonrefugee I hear what you're saying about the sliver of sympathy. BUT I think when you open a business that sells online products and classes, then you better know what you're doing. Also? Dont make promises about lifetime access unless you can guarantee that they will be there.

Maybe I should say disappointment in trashing her talent? As far as I can tell,she's not an addict wasting away and willing to do/say anything to get enough for their next fix. As far as I can tell, she's not suffering from a crippling disease or mental illness. So, to be honest, I have a hard time gathering much sympathy. There are plenty of people with great talent who end up giving up on making it in their field but the vast majority of them haven't held money hostage from other folks in the process. Sorry.

On January 26th on Facebook she wrote that there was a "break through" and she is hoping to be up next week, which would mean this week. I feel everyone's frustrations. Hopefully she will somehow make it "right" in the end.

After this long of a wait, I would ask for my money back and find inspiration elsewhere. If she can't give people what they paid for, she should be offering freebies on YouTube to maintain her customer base. What other business keeps your money this long without giving you the product without some kind of giveaway?

Isn't today Wednesday ... and it is after 10:00 PM Central -- and just to be a snot, I just checked her site -- it does have the "coming soon" announcement -- but it isn't up. She probably was too excited to notice what day it is ... and meant ... "soon".

I bought a "bundle of Silhouette 3 & 4", and one other themed class "Here,There and Everywhere". I purchased during her "birthday" sale (and the sale was the total inducement to purchase them), paying $46.00 (which is 50% off). The first two classes, Silhouette #3 & 4 were to complement my previous purchase of Silhouette #1 & 2, and I had earlier purchased a theme class and some specific SVG files. At all times, we are promised "lifetime access" to all information purchased from her. My purchase was by PayPal -- I think that is the only way you can purchase from her -- and the transaction was completed immediately. When I complained in November about the continuing site closure, she said she would give me my money back but also said those classes "would never be on that kind of sale again."

She's posted on Facebook about an hour ago -- apparently she meant NEXT Tuesday or Wednesday ...... Next week, it will be next week again. And it's total BS she wouldn't refund you and let you purchase the classes again at the discounted price when they were actually accessible. It's her store, she can sell them for whatever she price she wants. Way to keep a customer. She would have lost me forever at that point not knowing this would go on for months.
