I bought a bundle of classes as well. Can't remember how much I paid now, it it was a reasonable amount even with a discount.

It doesn't sound like she's taking this seriously. I would demand my money back and not buy anything from her again. I hope you all get either a refund or all of the things you paid for. She's sounding more and more unprofessional and silly every day.

I haven't used all the classes, nor downloaded a file of it was bought for "someday". My mistake, I realize. I've purchased over multiple years a consistent buyer, maybe losing my business doesn't matter to her. But the kind of bread and butter customer a business usually appreciates.

She sounds like she's talking to pre-k kids who are waiting for snack time, not customers who have paid for products she has not delivered or made accessible since September. I don't know if she was unable to reach customers via email but I am also bothered by the lack of formal communication. If she couldn't, her landing page should have had more up to date information. It said "coming in November" well into December. I don't want to go hunting through her Instagram feed or Facebook wall to find out what is going on with the classes...sifting through all of the other products she's selling and all that she has learned through this process. I just know that I learned I need to download all of the content for my classes and never purchase anything else from her again.

I agree christinec68Normally I like to separate my attitude about a person from their business, but when an owner insists on using their personal life for marketing it is hard to do. I realized I couldn't look at her FB when she wrote about stress eating chips, but nothing about the burden she put on her customers. I assumenour money purchased those chips and contributed to other good times. She really can't whine about people being mean when she creates the drama herself. If she'd put the announcement in a logical place to begin with it would have helped all of us.

Today's Facebook update 2/2/17: "Just a quick little update on the website everyone. It's sooooo almost there! I'd hoped for it to be by this week's end, but it looks more like Tuesday or Wednesday as we get everything finalized. But.....YAAAAYYYY!!!" This sounds so unprofessional and not like a real business owner. It's as if she thinks all her customers are her biggest fans. I checked back and I believe I have paid over $120 to KB for her classes with "lifetime access". I have been unable to access those classes from September until February. This is the comment I posted in response to the FB post that nylene shared yesterday: Once the site it up, I sincerely hope we will be able to download the tutorial classes we have previously bought so that we will actually have the access to them as promised. MANY other on-line classes offer this option, and it is the least you can do to make up for being unable to deliver the promise of access from September into February.

Part of my aggravation is that she made an affirmative decision to go entirely off line when she was "hacked". She said it was "easier" to remove access than to put together some access since they had planned a renewal of the site.

I bought 2 of her classes from Jessica Sprague and I have access there forever. I have nothing constructive to add to this, but I would contact your credit card companies or BBB as this is not a happily ever after scenario anymore. I am sorry

I am in no way involved in this whole situation but I like to know and be informed so I have been following this thread from the beginning. All I can say is that even from a bystander's point of view there is no way I would ever buy anything from her. This sounds as disastrous as the SC Warehouse Box kerfuffle (which I WAS involved in)!! Such a ridiculous and inexcusable disaster! This is one I will definitely steer clear from but I'm so sorry for all of you caught in the middle of this.

I wouldn't be too worried about that message. We recently reposted our site and that message appeared very briefly during the transition from the old to the new host.
I am hopeful for anyone who has money invested that this is the case. It could actually be a sign that the migration is just about complete.

And my favourite part is how loooooong she's been taking to make this all perfect and pretty and shizz. But the coming soon page isn't even showing properly on my screen (no scroll bar or possibility to scroll using the arrows). The design isn't adapting universally. I'm just shaking my head.
