People are tweeting pictures of Melania's (alleged) boyfriend to him tonight. Maybe they think it will push him over the edge? Oh I'd like to see that, do you have any links? Searching myself but haven't found anything yet

Searching myself but haven't found anything yet Melania's Boyfriend Tweet
the tweet is by Real_Patriot (don't know how to insert the image in my post so I linked it) it's under Trump's Space Council tweet. The rumor is Melania has been having an affair for years with the head of security of Tiffany's in Trump Tower and that's the guy in the picture. A few people posted tweets of him tonight.

I'm not enjoying that. I know Trump is an appalling jerk, but I'm not enjoying seeing others sink to a similar level. 2 wrongs don't make a right. I mean I have no desire to defend Trump. And he ought to be able to take what he dishes out. And people have the same rights to saystuff as he does. I understand the people who are doing it. But I'm not enjoying it. Make any sense? Point out his lies, argue about his crappy policies, point out his conflicts of interest, make fun of his embarrassing international gaffes, whatever. But that tweet is just as petty as Trumps. AND it involves other people. Ah well, freedom of speech and all that, they have the right to say it. Guess you better get a thicker skin Donald. All past presidents have had to deal with personal attacks. Comes with the office.

And then there's President Obama's comments....
"My time here made me cherish respect for people's differences": Obama pushes tolerance, respect in Jakarta abcn.ws/2uaDety"
This after some on the right went bonkers because of the number of high end vacations the Obamas have taken since he left office. Meanwhile that current fool in the Oval office is dragging the Office of the President down to his level and those on the right just shrug.

Fair or not, since Melania took a stand and supports her husband's bullying, she's going to find her self being criticized and scrutinized right along with him. Especially given her stated platform of combatting cyber bullying.
I just cannot even fathom a POTUS stating that ANYONE is as "dumb as a rock."

And yet, the rest of us are still expected to Give Trump a Chance.

As far as pres Obama, I can't blame him, travel away. 1 ) not exactly sure how safe it is for them here 2 ) they haven't had time to be themselves for 8 years, let them live their lives. Besides some part of me is tremendously happy when The Obamas visit foreign leaders. And I wasn't an Obama 'supporter'. Although, as some of his policies are removed I find I agreed with him more than I thought. But I respected him. ( and respected her too ) you can respect people with whom you don't always agree with, ( well civil people can ) It's not Obamas fault he knows how to conduct himself in public and the current POTUS does not! Eta I think it embarrasses people when Obama show positively in foreign places and Trump is .... well Trump.

You can "not like Hillary [or Obama, or whoever] much" without becoming a frothing hater who responds irrationally no matter what they do. I'm sure someone may come along and accuse me of being a frothing hater of Trump. And actually, they'd be right. But I'm going to claim rational frothing hatred. I hate him for the things he actually says and does, not some made-up crap like supposedly invading Texas or being born in Kenya. Basically, if they're pissed off because he's doing something they'd have no problem with Trump doing (expensive travel, anyone?), that's de facto evidence of the crazy.

Axios...
"The WH is planning repeal-and-replace campaign-style rallies to get support for the health care bill"
Rallies to gain support for kicking millions off their insurance not only the ACA expanded Medicaid but other portions of Medicaid will be cut kicking even more off their insurance. By all means let's cheer that on.
If trump, Ryan, & McConnell weren't such cowards they would have town hall meetings and you know, answer questions.

OMFG HE IS A FRUIT LOOP. www.washingtonpost.com/news/speaking-of-science/wp/2017/07/01/it-has-to-be-something-but-it-could-be-infinity-trump-ponders-space-in-strange-ceremony/?utm_term=.fb6686f1cf69"The human soul yearns for discovery,” Trump said, for example. “Our journey into space will not only make us stronger and more prosperous, but will unite us behind grand ambitions and bring us all closer together. “Wouldn’t that be nice? Can you believe that space is going to do that?” "“This is going to launch a whole new chapter for our great country,” Trump said near the end of his speech. Then he sat down at a table and opened the executive order. “I know what this is,” he said. “Space!” Beside him, Aldrin chimed in with a quote from the astronaut character Buzz Lightyear from the movie “Toy Story.” “Infinity and beyond!” Aldrin said. Everyone laughed. Then Trump added some lines of his own. “This is infinity here,” he said. “It could be infinity. We don’t really don’t know. But it could be. It has to be something — but it could be infinity, right?”

Fourth of July marks our nation's independence from King George III, a mentally deranged leader. We've come so far. #USA

: : Yes, by all means: let's imply that a steady stream of 140-character juvenile, posturing incivility makes one a singularly "modern" leader...and then let's immediately invoke the tired nostalgia-for-the-past anthem. Makes total sense. Linear thinking at its best. He is the "very model of a modern major-general," ain't he?

The Republicans brought this on themselves by lying. I have no pity what so ever for them. I watched a couple of the Republican town halls when the representative actually shows up. The people start yelling at them when they start lying. People ask them questions and they lied. I couldn't believe it. However there was this one Republican Congresswoman who stayed. A mother was showing pictures of her daughter who has cancer. She has her insurance through her job and she is afraid if the cap the payout, that is on the table, she doesn't know what she is going to do. The Congresswoman stayed and heard out what the mother had to say. Got give the a Congresswoman credit for staying. Even though she could very well end up voting to limit the daughters insurance with caps.

I was appalled by that tweet. The president promoting violence? Absolutely despicable. I'm so ashamed. Horrified, sad, I guess there are no words. And have our GOP leaders come out yet and said "enough". I immediately did resistbot when I saw this insanity. Told them to have the courage to come out and condemn this violence, stand up for our Country and not Party.

And you know the real scary thing? He's not tech savvy enough to create that CNN bubble so that means someone in his staff did it, thus supporting and encouraging his childish reckless behavior.
