I'm planning to make a 2 page LO with my favorite photos from the trails and gardens. What will you all be doing with your photos? Will you be making separate layouts? Or a photo-a-day mini album? Or what? Thanks to GiantsFan, I have a PSE template and I now can slot my photos and legends into it. It has spaces for 15 photos each 12 x 12 page. I will need to beg justjac to print it on her 12x12 printer. This will be my first digi project in forever!

grammadee I'm so glad it's working for you. Back in March I did a 31 day IG photo challenge with a few friends. Since you reminded me I had that template I dropped those photos in it. Now I want to finish the scrapbook of our Mediterranean Cruise - from 2013! Thanks for the push to start scrapping again.

Day 13 prompt - Together I did see 2 deer together yesterday as they crossed the road about 50 yards in front of my car, but I didn't get a picture. So I took this one last night. My Cricut Create that I have had for 7 years and my Silhouette Cameo that I have had for 1.5 years. Love them both and use them both. So they sit together in my craft room.

I am loving all the flowers and birds and outdoor photos everyone is taking. (and interesting details like brightly patterned suitcoats and weird worms) Do you normally take photos like these? Or do you usually focus on people and events? I used to take tons of photos of my children but now they take tons of selfies, so why am I begging them to smile for the camera? lol A little food porn, weird or odd things, a bit of kitty cuteness and unusual weather are typical things I will pull my phone out and snap a photo. Usually I go out to local parks and natural areas several times a week with a "real camera" not just my phone to take photos and walk a few miles for exercise. I took up "wildlife photography" or something like that as a hobby in January to appease my family who thought I needed a break from all of my political activities & photography (I love seeing peoples signs or outfits when they attend political events!). Truth is my family just wanted a break from my political activities.

We are on our 16th straight day of rain here in my part of sunny Florida! All this rain is starting to put a damper on summer. 11. Smile Back to the lakefront park in town today after the orthodontist. So "smile" is appropriate today. Playing catch up on some missed days. 12. Something cold...not really! It is Florida it never snows here but when the wind before a thunderstorm kicked up this afternoon at the park it blew all the flower petals upward and looked like a snow shower.

Love that alligator smile, betty! Here is my photo for today for the prompt PLAY. Got to attend my dgs's pre-tee ball "game". They practiced "alligator" catches, throwing, and hitting. But the part my dgs loved the best was "What Time is it Mr Wolf" that they played at the end. Attachments:

I haven't been very good about posting my pictures - - - but, I just picked up my office camera and took a couple of shots. The neat and tidy, "let's sit down and have a chat" side. The "let's get to work side"

Here is my photo for June 15th. I kinda cheated b/c I didn't take a photo of an actual window or the view through one. Today I put together a wedding card, and I used a die of a church window on it: thought that would fit the prompt. Attachments:

28. In your hands DD and I went down to the local boat ramp today to watch the tourists go out on airboat tours and spotted this snake on a tree. She used my phone to get a little video for me and I got to stay away from the snake and use my zoom lens.

Catching up on this thread. Loving the bits of life everyone is sharing. warrior1991, writing a book is an exciting venture. Good luck. @elaynef, I would love to go to any hairdressers whose building looks like that. sleepingbooty, I'm glad I saw the photo of you the other day before you took it down. You're beautiful. And the black and white photo was so dramatic. Very nice pool - I'm another non-ac person. grammadee, love the doily. Lilacs are one of my two favorite flowers as well. Your looking back photo is very clever. scrapincin, you have some great shots of birds. msliz, I like the idea of a making a layout with our not everyday photos. betty, eww to that snake.

Here's my photo for today: Something Sweet: a bowl of the rhubarb crisp I made yesterday. Went for a walk to look for something with wings, but they are all too fast for me. Decided that a walk deserves a bowl of dessert. Will have to try again tomorrow. Attachments:

. Happy. Going out and checking my bees each day actually brings a smile to my face. I never thought that would be something that makes me happy. Quiet - my beagle all tired out. Forgive the junk piled behind. I was in the middle of painting this weekend and everything was piled on this side of the room. . Together. Before I went into the coop, she had at least 4-6 of the girls around and on her. They were pecking at her polished toes and fingers - ha. They were even enjoying her petting them. I walk in to get the photo and they scatter. A bit of a catch up.

LisaDV, bees always intrigued me. It's seems so cool. grammadee, yum. That looks amazing. @elaynef, such an awesome picture. We have a dinosaur park by me that is so fun to take pictures at. betty, you are brave to stand that close. I would have been so far away probably finding a stiff drink. I can't deal with snakes. They terrify me.

I am a couple of days behind but will try to start up again tomorrow! Just wanted you to know I didn't quit1 Just a little craziness around here this week! I am loving all the photos. A couple of things I do for pics of birds is to use continuous shoot and sometimes you just have to be ready to snap and wait Some you even need a tripod. be back tomorrow

Here is my photo for today, June 17th for the prompt QUIET. This little guy is always on the go, but he dragged some toys out onto the deck this morning to play quietly so his parents and grandparents could enjoy an extra cup of coffee after brunch out there. Attachments:

I am SO jealous of your cousin camp, nylene. Looks like it was a fun time. Love the Tee's. betty, we are paying $1.00 CAN per litre here. I think that amounts to about $3.80/US gal. (or about $2.85 US$) So even after all that math, your prices are still better than ours!

nylene -Love the cousins camp! I had never heard of that, so I learned something. grammadee - Wow! That is pricey for gas even by the tourist and airport districts around Orlando, but exactly the type of thing that I love comparing and contrasting. 22. Yum! Dh and I hiked about 3 miles today at the nature preserve but of course the daily storm came up quickly and we ran for the covered pier..it was already occupied by this osprey . So like fools we stood in the wind threat of impending downpour to take photos and video of the bird enjoying his meal. Thankfully the hard rain stayed off shore and we got to finish our hike. It looks startled to see us.

Off the boat this morning before the rain storm chased us off the water. Part of the drive (path) I take to get to town.
