I think there is no method to it. I placed my order probably last of everyone ~6:30 and I got my notice yesterday.

Mine hasn't shipped yet, but I am towards the back of the alphabet. 😣 I also got my OLW order, and I had to contact CS. A previous poster mentioned the quality of the label stickers in this year's sticker pack, and they definitely are cheaper feeling than the rest of the stickers. Additionally, I ordered the 3x8 "The Story" notepad, as I have a ton of 3x8 page protectors. I have thicker copier paper at home! It was definitely not worth the price I paid for it. 😞 UGH. I was planning on getting those but wont bother now. Boo. SaveSave

Sure sounds like typical Inked where everything is haphazard with no rhyme or reason. No testing. They seem to have terrible IT testing procedures (if any at all). Seems like they just wing in the changes and let the customer base find the bugs for them.

I bought them knowing they would probably be just like the last pads (which ones were those?- that they gave a partial refund on? My plan is to adhere them to something else...the back is blank anyway so something is going to have to go on the other side of the page protector. I have a lot of patterned paper that is sturdy or cardstock or even a cropped photo...to give it some stability. I realize if you don't know going in (like me last time) its not a good surprise to get the pads like that. I chose it this time, knowing I was going to have to do that...so I am ok w/ it.

I just have the circle of death spinning on where the photos should be. I've tried different browsers, computers, etc. Still get the spinning circle. I give up. SaveSave

I must say, I am impressed that I have already received a response, even though I wish Ali's CS team had Saturday off. They are giving me a $5 refund for the label stickers/note pad.

I just waitlisted.
I've been toying with adding a project life style element to my albums and I figure this is a good price point to do so.

I think she's coining a new word - she would like to be "well". It's a little cringe-y but I get where she's coming from. She probably doesn't realize that "weal" means "that which is best for someone or something." which is why the wealthy so often do better in the health department. From Middle English wele, from Old English wela (“ wellness, welfare, prosperity, riches, well-being, wealth”), from Proto-Germanic *walô (“well-being, wellness, weal”). Cognate with German Wohl, Danish vel, Swedish väl. i.e., the "wealthy" are statistically more "wellthy" because of their wealth.

It’s in the one little word video that keeps playing on Facebook and the one little word homepage on her website. It’s everywhere. I see it 100000 times a day and it’s driving me nuts.

This is what I thought too. Which is fine but it features so prominently everywhere and just seems silly after all the issues with spelling and grammar.

I think it is rad. Ur all just haters. For reals though, she is a grown ass woman. It is bad enough when 13 year old whippersnappers with their texts and snapchats and musiclys use made up words, it is really obnoxious in an adult. I hate it. Hate, hate, hate it.

Why didn't she just choose Healthy or Wellness? Or well..... Maybe she wanted a unique OLW that no one had ever used before and that no one else would ever use in the future?

Maybe she wanted a unique OLW that no one had ever used before and that no one else would ever use in the future? Well you’re right about that...no one will ever use it because it’s not even a word. This whole “unique word” for OLW is bullshit. I’ve seen people pick words that they’ve probably never heard in their life, they only found it through google. Like people of non-danish origin picking Hygge. I was going to use better, but I want to be a cool kid, so I’m going to chose a new unique word because I want to be super trendy.

Do any kit subscribers know how many days it usually takes to get all of the subs shipped? I haven't subbed since the very first year. Granted there was obviously a big influx of people this month, but I would have thought I would at least be in a packing status by the afternoon of day 2.

They don't seem to do them on the weekend. Adding in a 3rd sub might have slowed things down a little bit. I would be expecting a shipping notice today or tomorrow. I haven't gotten mine either for my Story Kit, stamp, and add on. I also think Feb will have a huge backup filling orders for those of us now on the month story waitlist

LOL, I had another thought (blame Monday). I've been toying with selecting the word "transform," so maybe I'll go with the Icelandic "breyta" to be unique AND honor my Icelandic heritage.* ;-) *I'm 1/4 Icelandic...
